Such friendly staff and the avocado and poached egg on sour dough toast was incredible, such good value. The location is amazing, with a choice of places to sit: inside, upstairs with incredible views, the decking or the beach. You can even have a glass of wine! Love it

Never go there, zero customer service had to ask for menu after 15 minutes chose then told that wasn't on meal offer and gave us another menu another long wait had to wave at them to take order went out of their way to avoid eye contact No garden peas. When fish chips came got piece of flat bread! Asked for bread and butter brought plates with two slices thin sliced white bread still half frozen not even cut in half and rock hard. butter There was 3 staff but most of time they were hiding away to stop having to serve. They were in polite heard them bring food to one table and say" there you are" We await what happens at breakfast tomorrow Premier Inn need to be reading these reviews and do some customer training

Have honestly had about 30 orders from here over the years and the last 3 have just been horrific. New chefs, management? I really don’t know. Ordered again last night just to see if the last 2 were just a bad day for them. But no. Took 2 hours to deliver. Everything was honestly stone cold and weirdly flavourless? The madras was certainly not a madras lol. The sagaloo had an interesting spiky bit of wood that I almost choked on… which is attached in the photos. Honestly what’s happened? Phoned up to make taroka aware and they just said it’s a Saturday night, we’re busy, which yep I understand that lol. They did apologise but really didn’t come across like they’d acknowledged anything.

Clean pub, friendly and welcoming. Dogs and children welcome. Food was very good, good quantity and plentiful choice. Drinks were brought to table but you could also order at the bar. Quite a good size car park but lots of cars. Outside area and a smokers hut. Definitely one to visit if you are in the area. Would recommend booking ideally, and also be aware people tend to eat early and leave quite early compared to some pubs in the area.

Ordered for first time here the other night as a walk in. Took a while for someone to serve me. Food was ready in 10minutes which I was pleasantly surprised with at first but extremely disappointed with the food recieved for £20. The chicken in the curry was either rock hard or really slimey, chow mein was super greasy and tasteless. The prawn crackers were the worst I've ever tasted, pure utter grease with no taste. So so disappointed. Won't be returning.

The new cafe round the corner was fully booked (Saturday lunchtime) so we tried here - but wish we hadn't. Ordered two Welsh rarebits, paid and sat a table. After a while someone came over and said they only had one left so we changed the second to a cheese and ham toastie. After an eternity they finally came - the rarebit was flat and just tasted of melted cheese with a bit of ham - no flavour. You would think at Waitrose they would use decent ham but no, the ham in the toastie was just the thin, processed type. We left distinctly underwhelmed and won't go again.
