Super Wok in Eastleigh

Fantastic take away. We have used super wok now for about a year and their food just keeps getting better. Delivery to Fair oak.

We often order from here but tonight is the last time we will be ordering. Hair in the crispy chicken and in the bbq ribs! Finding hair in two dishes completely put us off of all the food.

Recommend to try Superwok,and to be honest we where not sure, but they pulled it out the bag and is was fantastic, defo going to go back

Food always fresh and quick delivery even when it's busy! One of the best take-aways around. Especially love the salt and chilli chips.

Order from here at your peril. The most alarming dish was the pork omelette, which didn’t quite taste right on the first bite. After unfolding it, the egg was a revolting shade of greenish grey & a bizarre texture 🤢 The salt & pepper squid was solid & even when we did manage to chew into it, the squid itself was again a strange grey colour. The chicken fried rice could only loosely be described as much due to the teeny amount of actual chicken in it. We didn’t eat any of that either though, no longer hungry at that point.

I have often used this take-away over the years and recently have been pleased with their food. However, last week, what a disaster. Crispy pancake roll wasn’t. It seemed to have been partly cooked with one end not having been in the fryer. The end was soft, slimy, cold an raw. Pretty horrid. BBQ spare ribs, a couple not coated in BBQ sauce, dry and unpleasant. Special chow mein was inedible. It was tasteless, undercooked and very unappetising. I left it and I don’t find much inedible. My Labrador ate it all without any adverse effects but then they are pretty happy to eat horrid stuff. My wife had a different selection and found it ok. I won’t be using them again. Plenty of other take-always in the area. A very disappointed customer.

Really delighted to have such wonderful food,decided to order a delivery what a surprise ,food still piping hot and delivered to Wickham so did not expect that !! Hot and sour soup the best i have ever had along with all our other dishes . Would certainly recommend the quality is so good will order again soon Well done SUPER WOK 10/10

Extensive menu, fabulous food, good portion size, reasonable prices. Has always been ready for our collection time, with bonus prawn crackers. We'd given up ordering Chinese takeaways after a number of disappointing meals from elsewhere, but this has restored our faith and now we can't stay away!

Microwave Dog Sh#t, could enough taste the hot plastic. £40 straight in the bin. Worst Chinese I've ever had!

We love the food served here,always tasty,hot and plenty of. Prices are competitive too.The staff are always friendly. We've been buying our Friday evening takeaways from Superwok for many years. It used to be the Canton House and the new owners have made it better. Thumbs up Superwok!

ordered from here as a little new years treat due to my usual one being in high demand. for two people it was just shy of £40 and for £40! we got tasteless try salt and chili chicken literally dry batter chicken with some onions no salt or, nice fried up chilis and veg like you would expect.for the lemon chicken it came as a breaded dry sliced piece of chicken and a pot of lemon curd to pour over i thought this would be a different change to sweet and sour chicken hong kong but i was so badly mistaken, the shredded pekin beef had NO beef in it it was literally sickly batter with a sweet sauce ive never been so disappointed the entire chinese taste terrible 1/4 aromatic duck was standard and the only thing i can honestly say i enjoyed and a really kind free can of coke i feel terrible writing a bad review but sometimes you gotta let the people know. the front of shop is really run down and isn't clean at all, for the prices they are charging i honestly have no idea why the quality of the food and the place is so bad for a nice little village to! this is a cash only take away. the front of house lady and gent were very kind i can only get the vibe they are over worked and not treated to great not sure why i get that vibe but i do?

We ordered a delivery on line at 3.30pm for a 7.00pm delivery, the order was accepted by the restaurant and we had two emails to confirm, 7.30pm and no food arrived so we tried phoning the restaurant but the phone had been taken off the hook so consistently engaged, I tried a total of 36 times but could not get an answer, I gave up and got my food from somewhere else. Guess what 2 and half hours late the door bell went with my delivery, who turns up two and half hours late and expects this to be ok, why do they not answered the phone or contacted me as requested in the original order it and explained the situation we could have sorted this mess up, instead I would never use them again and advise anyone thinking of using them not to bother, looking at the reviews this seems to occur all the time.

Unfortunately our usual Chinese was close today so decided to change it up and try super wok. All I can say is I wish I’d listened to the reviews that discussed the poor customer service of this place. Food came within an hour as expected however three bags of chips and three lots of chicken balls were missing I called and informed the young girl on the other end of the phone of the problem. She was clearly unsure of what to do so went and spoke to the head chef, I assume she didn’t realise that I wasn’t muted and could here everything the head chef, about me! He was extremely rude to say the least about the issue with my order and very sharp with the poor girl on the other end of the phone. The Chinese was no where near good enough to even justify another visit. Will be returning to R2 in bishops Waltham for sure!

Take away is not cheap, ordered house special curry for collection, when i got it home did not expect to do DIY . ingredients for house special at bottom of container, curry sauce pored over the top(not cooked together), second time this has happened will not be buying from here again.

We ordered a takeaway for delivery, when it didn’t arrive I phoned to be told we had to either wait another 45 minutes or collect ourselves... so we decided to collect it. To say the food was average would be a compliment. The crispy duck had barely any meat on it and came with no cucumber or spring onion. The chicken in black bean sauce tasted of nothing but salt and the chicken was chewy. The special fried rice was just bland. Would not recommend and we will not have a Chinese from here again.

First time I've been to this takeaway. The food was fantastic, fast service, online pre-ordering was straight forward, lovely extras like fortune cookies etc. Will definately use again.

The second time we have used Super Wok for delivery, and both times very happy with the service and lovely food. Would highly recommend them, would not order Chinese food from anywhere else now.

The delivery was so fast! Took 20 minutes, food is so lovely! Would highly recommend ordering from here. We had it for our Saturday night takeaway and all really enjoyed it! Definitely be ordering from here again :)

Nice staff but the food was a disgrace really, truly awful....... so very awful!!! The 1 star is for the fact that the food arrived within 10 minutes. ..... but I wish it hadn't.
