Pizza Hut Delivery in Eastleigh

it was delivered early but not what was ordered as large pizza was a medium. then when it came second time there was no garlic dip that I'd paid for. very disappointed.

Order did not turn up - tried to phone, but no contact and rejected call.

Can anyone cut a pizza into equal slices??

Shame - first experience with just eat. Estimated time 20-35 minutes and it arrived 1 HR after the order was placed . If we'd known would have chosen elsewhere. Will only use the rest of the money on the voucher and then won't bother again.

Food arrived within the delivery window but no updates were provided other than that my order had been accepted. Also, I specified as a delivery note NOT to ring the doorbell (I have a sleeping 4 month old and a puppy that barks at the door if it rings) and this was not relayed to the delivery driver/restaurant so the delivery driver rang the bell, set my dog off and woke my baby up.

Order placed at 19:50, estiimated delivery was 20:10 to 20:30, after serveral calls to the restaurant it was finally delivered at 22:00.

early is a good thing said it would take 40 mins- 1 hour and then took 30 minutes

Nver received my food, waited an hour and a half and not delivered. would like my money back!

stood in store waiting for 30 minutes past my collection time and wrong order then given. they then gave right order which was somehow cold, no garlic sprinkle and no dip!

Hi very good service! esp when i made a mistake and ordered a wrong pizza, they gave me a drink and dips on their behalf which i thought was sweet :)

Ordered food from Pizza Hut and it came within half an hour, the food was amazing and came hot, delivery driver was very nice, overall very nice pizza, will definitely order again

Never delivered food even though I was told they were leaving to do it after 1 whole hour of waiting. When called the second time said they had no info about my request. Completely usel*ss

Absolute state of the pizzas that I’ve just had delivered. Hopefully the replacement pizzas they are sending out won’t have been kicked across road like these ones. Update - pizzas were re-delivered fairly promptly so a plus in that respect.

Never felt better even after a small delay in the kitchen. A gentleman called “Makessh” sorry about your name, not sure if that’s how it’s spelled. You made me feel satisfied even before eating my pizza. Thanks for the spicy trips, they were out of this world.

It was a nice deal. 10 Sterling for any size 1 pizza. Service friendly. Very nice. Everyone else who has complained about delivery, it may be because of other delivery companies which to be fair is not always the fault of Pizza Hut. Good pizza, unreasonable prices for sides though.

Dumped the pizzas outside 20m from entrance on a random bench, didn't call us to say it had arrived.

Left a note to call me when the driver arrived but I had no phone call. The restaurant told me the driver had delivered it directly to me. Currently staying in a hotel and I found my food sat on the front desk 20 minutes after they said it had been delivered

Unfortunately the food that was delivered was incorrect. We ordered a small margarita and what arrived was not a margarita pizza. I would like my money back as im not happy with this?

Walked in and ordered, food was done in 10 minutes even though it was busy and still hot after a 10 minute walk home in the cold 👍

Had an issue with an order but the team at Eastleigh Pizza Hut proactively called me and resolved it quickly. Commend them for this, will order from them again next time pizza is our choice.

Unfortunately cannot get Pizza Hut delivered to us but whilst we were out decided to clock and collect on the app. Very quick and great service.

When ordering it states delivery time 25 mins then once u have paid it is states an hour then my food turns up stone cold and crushed

Dear Pizza Hut, I never write reviews but after a really stressful week at work and lack of sleep I needed some comfort food tonight for myself and my little boy who’s 4. My child was so delighted with the ninja turtle pizza box and I absolutely loved the thought of writing a hand written note. Not only did it make me smile but it really made me believe that you guys are really working hard and taking that little bit of extra time and care- thank you. The pizza was absolutely delicious and it put a smile on mine and my little boys face. The delivery driver was also really friendly. I didn’t have a tip in my purse but I will be sure to tip in future. Thank you so much to the team at Pizza Hut.

Amazing food and good customer service

Unfortunately can't get Pizza Hut delivered to my address and had an errand to run and saw the car park adjacent to Eastleigh. Placed an order via the app with a discount code found on Google. Arrived to the store and instantly greeted by someone with a smile, told me my order wasn't quite ready yet but not a problem as I wasn't in a hurry. 2-3 minutes later, whole order handed to me and back home we went! Despite the 15 minute journey it was all still hot and exactly as I remembered from the last Pizza Hut I had. Kudos to all the team on this one!

Food was a little warm and tasteless. I was starving having waited for two hours for my food to arrive. The delivery person was polite. I think poor management led to my food order being so late. I checked the traffic seemed fine and it was late in the evening so not the best excuse. Will not order from Pizza Hut again. My order should have been offered free. It was over an hour late!

Missed items off the order. When called to ask they argued, talked over me, didn't know their own menu, and tried to blame just eat when they didn't even know what was supposed to be included in their own meals. Useless.

About 1 hour late and counting. Ordered in advance. Update: Had it delivered to the hotel where I'm staying. They claimed that reception and delivery guy tried calling me. No call was made. Waited for re-delivery and the guy didn't even come inside the hotel. He waited outside. Can't let reception know when the food is here if you wait outside.

Food delivery was late,cold and of poor quality in taste,ingredients and look. £40 odd pound for a low quality meal. Won’t order from here again and will stick to Dominoes in future. You don’t mind it being late but cold,rubbery and lacking in taste and presentation is just not worth the cash paid…

had to ring the store as the website was saying that my food had been delivered but it wasn't here. they had to re do the order and I had to wait another 20 minutes. On a positive note, the food was fresh and very hot, but very late! Estimated time for delivery was 19.50 to 20.10 - I got my order at 20.55,

AWFUL never received order and the customer service was awful.

The drink I selected was not what was ordered, I didn’t get the dips I chose. My order was 30 minutes late, and there was no update or warning from the website to indicate this was happening.

It arrived 10 mins late but that was fine. Pizza and wedges were lovely. Unfortunately let down by sending a bottle of water, when I’d ordered Pepsi and no garlic dip which was on the order as well.

Good pizza but watch what you ordering, Large pizza is same size as medium but cut for 10 pieces. We ordering pizza once a week and one day my wife noted that big pizza looks like medium. After measurement we discovered she was right. Same size but you paying more. It's the same cheat with promotions, big pizza for 9,99 but after all you receiving medium pizza for standard rate. About pizza - taste very good.

No ice cream delivered with dessert!!! So did not get proper dessert & what I paid for.

We ordered a pizza on Just Eat before it even opened and when it was 30 mins over the estimated delivery time, we decided to call because it hadn't shown up and the app said it had. The person who answered said they were busy and it would be delivered at some point but couldn't give us an ETA. It was obvious they had no intention of delivering it and they weren't bothered. We cancelled the order and requested a refund. Deffo would not recommend...

Food was ok although one pizza didn’t seem to have the garlic salt crust. Problem was it was delivered 30 minutes earlier than the time I had chosen. I hadn’t received the delivery updates I had requested and a few minutes early or late wouldn’t be a problem but 30 minutes early meant my husband wasn’t even home from work yet.

I pre ordered the pizza, the order was accepted, the time was still set as 12 midday and no updates. But the pizza was 45 mins late. I did ring up hut was fobbed off that it was on the way even without checking my order number.

Lied to about order leaving shop twice

The most atrocious service I've had for a while. Ordered over two hours in advance for a set time because I was working from my hotel room and had a half hour lunch slot. When 5 minutes late and website hadn't changed the "estimated delivery time" phoned. Was told "we are busy" and that it would be another 5 to 10 minutes, waited another 10 minutes, nothing, so phoned again. Was told this time it was just being packed up and would be with me soon. Nearly 20 minutes later finally arrives, get it to my room and the food was like warm and then realise they had forgot the dips. Phoned again and told I could get credit but I don't want credit as I live in Germany, asked to speak to someone senior then after a brief on hold, told they are busy and they will send the dips out. As of half an hour after that still no dips... Avoid at all costs, atrocious service!

After a 45 minute delay on the food and 3 attempts to call the restaurant, the food arrived and the restaurant hadn't followed the order notes. Asked for no garlic and got given garlic, asked for BBQ sauce and got given a tomato base. Don't recommend this restaurant.

Our order still hasn't been delivered, is over 45 minutes late. Rang them, asked to speak to the manager and he said it was late due to traffic. There was absolutely not traffic on the roads (Google maps). This is the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. It takes nearly 2 hours to get a pizza, just FYI.

Good pizza but you need to address these fictitious delivery times. Over a hour and a half later than the latest delivery time quoted - joke. I could bought one in a supermarket, cooked and eaten before my order was delivered.

First time for online order and was satisfied. My friend thought chicken strips tasted a bit off but pizza was ace.
