Pizza Hut Delivery in Eastleigh

The wrong address was put on the receipt so the driver went to another address before mine meaning the food was cold

Ordered Sat morning for an afternoon delivery for my child's birthday at a leisure centre. Driver called me when he was outside, all arrived on time piping hot & super delicious, 17 very happy 6 year olds 👍

it took approx 4 hours to arrive and was cold. ruined our plans for the day and was a real shame.

Nice pizza, delivered ok, but I’m afraid it was stone cold.

Very disappointed. Delivery time kept changing later and later after 40 minutes rang up to find out what was going on. Was informed they were waiting on Uber driver. Went and collected myself, got home to find out I had 2 cheese pizzas instead of one being Hawaiian. In the future I will be going elsewhere.

Worse pizza I've ever had! Hardly any cheese on it, lack of flavour. It looks like it was literally thrown in the box. Won't be ordering again. I'll stick to Domino's

Loved using pizzahut. My wifes fav pizza. Was always piping hot and deliverd quickly. Now Gone to pot. Mainly due to how its delivered.

The food has been incorrectly delivered more often than not. Please apply more care checking the order

The pizza and onion rings were cold. The pizza wasnt very flavoursome and didnt have much meat on.

I order my food 8:00 pm and received 9:05 pm call to the store and find out where is my food on 8:50 and the said our driver will be there in 5 min and I went out side to collect my food like 9:00 pm I saw the driver after 2,3 min he was walking on street with my food holding pizza boxes without hot bag I got my food when we start to eat it was freezing cold we did not like at all I called to the store but no one answered so I won’t be recommend to anyone Eastleigh Pizza Hut wish I can give them 0 star

Took over an hour then the driver contacted and he said he couldn’t find the house so he just left been charged for expensive food that never even got delivered

it was delivered early but not what was ordered as large pizza was a medium. then when it came second time there was no garlic dip that I'd paid for. very disappointed.

Shame - first experience with just eat. Estimated time 20-35 minutes and it arrived 1 HR after the order was placed . If we'd known would have chosen elsewhere. Will only use the rest of the money on the voucher and then won't bother again.

Food arrived within the delivery window but no updates were provided other than that my order had been accepted. Also, I specified as a delivery note NOT to ring the doorbell (I have a sleeping 4 month old and a puppy that barks at the door if it rings) and this was not relayed to the delivery driver/restaurant so the delivery driver rang the bell, set my dog off and woke my baby up.

Order placed at 19:50, estiimated delivery was 20:10 to 20:30, after serveral calls to the restaurant it was finally delivered at 22:00.

early is a good thing said it would take 40 mins- 1 hour and then took 30 minutes

stood in store waiting for 30 minutes past my collection time and wrong order then given. they then gave right order which was somehow cold, no garlic sprinkle and no dip!

Hi very good service! esp when i made a mistake and ordered a wrong pizza, they gave me a drink and dips on their behalf which i thought was sweet :)

Never delivered food even though I was told they were leaving to do it after 1 whole hour of waiting. When called the second time said they had no info about my request. Completely usel*ss

Absolute state of the pizzas that I’ve just had delivered. Hopefully the replacement pizzas they are sending out won’t have been kicked across road like these ones. Update - pizzas were re-delivered fairly promptly so a plus in that respect.

Never felt better even after a small delay in the kitchen. A gentleman called “Makessh” sorry about your name, not sure if that’s how it’s spelled. You made me feel satisfied even before eating my pizza. Thanks for the spicy trips, they were out of this world.

It was a nice deal. 10 Sterling for any size 1 pizza. Service friendly. Very nice. Everyone else who has complained about delivery, it may be because of other delivery companies which to be fair is not always the fault of Pizza Hut. Good pizza, unreasonable prices for sides though.

Dumped the pizzas outside 20m from entrance on a random bench, didn't call us to say it had arrived.

Left a note to call me when the driver arrived but I had no phone call. The restaurant told me the driver had delivered it directly to me. Currently staying in a hotel and I found my food sat on the front desk 20 minutes after they said it had been delivered

Unfortunately the food that was delivered was incorrect. We ordered a small margarita and what arrived was not a margarita pizza. I would like my money back as im not happy with this?

Had an issue with an order but the team at Eastleigh Pizza Hut proactively called me and resolved it quickly. Commend them for this, will order from them again next time pizza is our choice.

Unfortunately cannot get Pizza Hut delivered to us but whilst we were out decided to clock and collect on the app. Very quick and great service.

When ordering it states delivery time 25 mins then once u have paid it is states an hour then my food turns up stone cold and crushed

Dear Pizza Hut, I never write reviews but after a really stressful week at work and lack of sleep I needed some comfort food tonight for myself and my little boy who’s 4. My child was so delighted with the ninja turtle pizza box and I absolutely loved the thought of writing a hand written note. Not only did it make me smile but it really made me believe that you guys are really working hard and taking that little bit of extra time and care- thank you. The pizza was absolutely delicious and it put a smile on mine and my little boys face. The delivery driver was also really friendly. I didn’t have a tip in my purse but I will be sure to tip in future. Thank you so much to the team at Pizza Hut.

Amazing food and good customer service

Unfortunately can't get Pizza Hut delivered to my address and had an errand to run and saw the car park adjacent to Eastleigh. Placed an order via the app with a discount code found on Google. Arrived to the store and instantly greeted by someone with a smile, told me my order wasn't quite ready yet but not a problem as I wasn't in a hurry. 2-3 minutes later, whole order handed to me and back home we went! Despite the 15 minute journey it was all still hot and exactly as I remembered from the last Pizza Hut I had. Kudos to all the team on this one!

Food was a little warm and tasteless. I was starving having waited for two hours for my food to arrive. The delivery person was polite. I think poor management led to my food order being so late. I checked the traffic seemed fine and it was late in the evening so not the best excuse. Will not order from Pizza Hut again. My order should have been offered free. It was over an hour late!

Missed items off the order. When called to ask they argued, talked over me, didn't know their own menu, and tried to blame just eat when they didn't even know what was supposed to be included in their own meals. Useless.

About 1 hour late and counting. Ordered in advance. Update: Had it delivered to the hotel where I'm staying. They claimed that reception and delivery guy tried calling me. No call was made. Waited for re-delivery and the guy didn't even come inside the hotel. He waited outside. Can't let reception know when the food is here if you wait outside.

had to ring the store as the website was saying that my food had been delivered but it wasn't here. they had to re do the order and I had to wait another 20 minutes. On a positive note, the food was fresh and very hot, but very late! Estimated time for delivery was 19.50 to 20.10 - I got my order at 20.55,

AWFUL never received order and the customer service was awful.
