We visited today for a Roast as a treat for my birthday. The food was excellent, big portions and served in a timely manner. Pudding was lovely and fresh as well.
The staff were very friendly but do have to say we had to keep asking for drinks, but this would certainly not stop us from returning.
Thank you for a lovely afternoon.
Delicious Sunday roast. Tasty and just like a home cooked one. Yes, you do have to wait a little while, so allow for this, but it makes it all freshly cooked.
The service was excellent. Cheerful, polite staff who are attentive enough.

I would give 0 stars if I could but that's not an option. We ordered from this restaurant for the first time and may I add for the last time too. The Chow mein was dry and tasteless and the rice was dry, smelled and tasted like cigarettes. When we called to inquire about the rice we was told "it was probably over cooked" and offered a credit note for the next order we place. We will never order from this restaurant again!!!!!!
The milkshake was not blended properly and the service from the young girls did not have very good service manners wouldn't go here again even though I really like shakeaway milkshake.
I am writing this as the staff memeber Adi is amazing, helpful, respectful and friendly.
When I receive this level of customer service I just have to write a review.
A legend, wish more businesses had staff like Adi.
The place is quite messy, and the ceiling looks really unclean. The wait time is frustratingly long—there are four people who seem to be just going through the motions, while only one person is actually making coffee. Meanwhile, there's a huge line of people waiting.
Food is decent like any other subway, but Christ the customer service is awful! Workers acting like their at a party, just stood behind the bar doing nothing, what are they actually getting paid for? Stupid machines that aren’t up to date and risk charging vulnerable people £99 for certain sides because although they are an option on the machine, they are not part of the deal… take them off, this is not a customer problem, this is a shop problem. Rude man, I think is the manager, awful process, there should be an option to order at till, because if there isn’t there really isn’t any need to have 5 people behind the till.
We did a hike in the area and called into the Fox for lunch and a pint. The pub exterior looked a bit tired so our expectations weren't high, However, as soon as we entered the pub and were met with a friendly welcome things started to look up. Like a previous reviewer we had the tuna sandwich and the steak burger with Stilton but our experience was far more positive. The food was simple but very tasty, especially the chunky chips. Likewise the beer was well kept and very refreshing after a long walk. There was a large group of ramblers in the pub who had clearly arranged to park in the pub car park before doing their walk. They all appeared to be enjoying their post walk food & drinks too.
The chip were freezing from a less than 5 minute drive home. The chips where two days old the oil old and the pancake roll greasy. And then to to it all of the curry sauce was like glue. My partner didn’t eat any of it what a waste of £30
food is consistently delivered quickly, pizza is always great, friendly drivers, sides are pretty good, quality exceeds the price one of my favourites!

Terribly slow and the staff are just ambling around. The milkshake machine is always broken and there’s never any receipt paper in the automatic order machines
