Great customer service. Food was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend the Thai Red curry which is full of flavours.

Food was terrible. Not fresh food. Service was also really bad. Not a vast menu. We ordered Bao Buns, fried rice and sticky rice. We did visit before and food used to be very flavoursome. But it was really very bland and felt like reheated food. Fries were really good though.

Until recently, I ate here often and gave a good review last time around. I know that the cost of materials has spiked but, while the quality is still good, the quantity has diminished, prices have risen, and service has become miserable and unattentive. Sorry--will find somewhere else to eat.

the worst dining experience in Basingstoke, half of the menu was not available, we waited quite a while before getting the food and we were the only ones in the restaurant. when the food came , we realised that it was re-heated food or ready made and deep-fried with that horrible taste of over used deep fried fryer oil. it was expensive for the quantity we ate and everything was served in disposable boxes, really awful and so bad for the environment.

The food is very very good. Great value for money as the portion size is very nice for all the dishes. We have been to Chi a number of times, our especial faviourites are: Chicken Goyza, Bao bun (all types), Thai green curry and especial mention to Dirty fries. For dessert you have to try the bubble waffle with icecream. As other revieweres have mentioned, sometimes they do run out of stock (especially weekends as I have seen) and offer substiture. We take it in the spirit of Street Food restaurant. Also in the spirit of street food most of the menu item is meant to be eaten fresh, served immediately in the restaurant. I wouldn't redommend takeaway. The only thing I would ask the restaurant is to have the option of nut-tree food so that all in a family can eat together.
