Great fish and chips with proper mushy peas ( the cod is a big portion and lovely and fresh) Chicken shish with all the trimmings is the best around Donor kebab and chilli sauce is the best around Everything is fresh and clean it’s definitely our go to place for a takeout dinner The two guys are so welcoming too 10/10

were on a stopover in the small booth. Only take away, but worth it. Super friendly owners. The fish was fresh and extremely tasty, portions were large, sauces were good - especially the hot one 🔥 Price is also reasonable, we are happy!

Our first time at this Cafe we took my goddaughter and her two boys for a birthday treat and where very impressed by the service quality of food and friendliness.

Some nice staff, the service is rather slow though and the opening times are extremely unreliable. I’ve come by 3/4 times and it’s been closed early for various reasons.

Ok for a quick stopover if you want an early start for the shuttle, competitive pricing👍

Don’t know if the do food but a nice quaint old beamed pub. Comfortable and plenty of drink choices

After trying many of Ashford’s Indian takeaway restaurants over the last few months I can honestly say this is the best one in Ashford in my opinion I always collect my food so everyone has been judged purely on service and taste This will be my go to place for an Indian from now on 28/01/22

Mixed grill - eggs overcooked, yolks rock hard, steak was at best 2 mouthfuls in size, chicken dry. In general portion very small compared to places like Beefeater Service was OK but once we'd finished eating we had to wait for about 15 minutes before somone come to clear the table and bring the card machine to pay Floor was filthy, had to kick other peoples food out of the way for me to sit down and put my feet under the table.

Cannot get an order right, on several occasions I have visited this restaurant and the staff literally cannot be bothered. Ordered a Filet of Fish with extra sauce and extra cheese and guess what the box stated both requirements and after driving the 25 miles home No Sauce and No Cheese called restaurant only to be told that we should have checked, this has happened on several occasions, staff didn’t want to know. DON’T USE THIS RESTAURANT the others in Ashford are far far better.

Tracy and Karen were wonderful. It’s a shame that whitbread don’t take the brand further. It has such potential. The food was fine. It’s standard table table If you walk in knowing what you’re getting (chain restaurant. Good but not over the top wonderful food) you won’t be disappointed. I was using the premier inn meal deal.

Dear McDonald’s Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service at your orbital park branch. For the second time now, I have experienced missing items in my order. Most recently, my order iw82 was missing two double cheeseburgers, twenty chicken nuggets, and a wrap of the day. Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable that I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Fast food should be exactly that—fast. The prolonged wait time exacerbates the frustration of finding crucial parts of my order missing. This level of inefficiency is simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the food quality was deplorable. The cheeseburger buns were stale, the nuggets were cold and rubbery, and the fries were extremely undercooked. This is far below the standard I expect from McDonald's and significantly detracts from the overall dining experience. This recurring issue is utterly unacceptable. I expect to receive the items I pay for, and it is infuriating to repeatedly find crucial parts of my order missing. The oversight, combined with the poor food quality, demonstrates a concerning lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I request immediate rectification of this issue. I demand either a full refund for the missing and subpar items or the prompt delivery of fresh, correctly prepared food at your earliest convenience. Additionally, I urge you to address the systemic issues at this location to prevent further occurrences of such unprofessional service. Serving larger in ale pint glasses with no widgets is the worst. No one in this day and age ever wants to drink a lager that looks flat and tastes flat. You can do better than that. Breweries don’t charge for pint glasses like you keep telling your customers

Absolutely disgusting on entering shop, food and rubbish all over the floor, bins overflowing, staff just standing around, toilet was dirty, no toilet paper and no hand towels. I informed a member of staff who seemed to be the only lady serving and really not interested in my complaint. Will never enter here again. Health and safety need to investigate!
