Food ok but chicken mushroom soup is very salty! Ruined remaining dish

Sliced beef was simple and good with lots of vegetables. Wings, tom yum and ribs really salty. If I regularly intake this much salt it is really unhealthy. Had to drink lots of water due to high salt in the food.

I think it was the best Chinese take away, the lady in the shop is so sweet and so are the cooks so I definitely recommend her shop :)))

Fantastic food plan to go back there, but the only issue was we had one dish missing. Reported via the App just waiting for refund to be sorted. Will definitely use again as flavours were great so long as the one dishes refunded.

Packing wasn’t adequate so lots of spill in the bag which also could be due to shaking during travel

My absolute only choice for Chinese in Ashford and maybe even Kent!

King prawn Ho fun tasted fridgey and there seemed to be different texture prawns and half prawns which were a little chewey and drier than I'm used to from this establishment. Put me off.

Absolutely incredible food. Generous portions. Quick delivery. Beautifully cooked tofu (which is a huge must for me!). Very reasonably priced. Plenty of vegan friendly And options. And they deliver out here to the sticks! Win win. Very, very happy with our order and will be regulars from now on :)

Food is very nice from here but the service isn’t good , ordered chicken balls but only 8 turned up did phone to say that there was only 8 and was told that they portion out 10 at a time and she was going to check that the driver hasn’t eaten any , 10 minutes later had a call back saying driver didn’t eat any chicken balls and she accused me of lying , I think this is a very bad service , and asked for a partial refund at that point she said sorry sir your lying there was 10 chicken balls and put the phone down on me !! It’s a shame as up to now I have been going to this place 2-3 times a week as there food is really nice but after tonight of being accused of lying , I will be looking elsewhere now

Wait time was over an hour which is understandable on a Friday night but it come 30 mins late which wasn’t acceptable. I ordered half a duck and only received a quarter. After a call they sent out the other quarter but this took 30 mins again, the duck wasn’t that nice, very little meat and what was there was dry. The sesame prawn toast was awful, possibly the worst thing I’ve ever eaten from a take away. There was zero prawn on it and was just bread that was either hard and inedible or soft soggy and full off deep fried grease. The only thing that was nice were the mixed sweet and sour balls, they were really nice. I will never order from here again and I would suggest you save your money and don’t order from here either, truly awful

The food was tasty and hot, however they didn't deliver an item 'special fried rice' which was a fair amount of my meal. I called and they were apologetic and said they would deliver it ASAP. 35 minutes later...it arrived. By then I had eaten my other food as it would get cold. Slightly disappointed but they did deliver it hot and fresh and corrected their mistake. Would order from them again however as the food was delicious and arrived early and was hot.

The most delicious Chinese food in the whole Kent area. I defy you to find better. We live in Hull now but we come to stay in Ashford and one of the highlights is ordering from here.

The duck was not shredded it was sliced. There were little if any bean shoots or any vegetables apart from the odd onion. Disappointing that there is nowhere on the app to see the ingredients. Will not order again.

There was food missing from my order

Beef in Oyster Sauce left out and replaced with another prawn dish which meant most people eating were left without eating as much as they paid for due to not liking prawns. Poor service with a long waiting time.

Love the food, but the third time in a row we have had missing items. We don't live in the area so it's annoying to pay for things we can't get back.

Food was very salty, what was supposed to be crispy was mushy, the sweet and sour balls were well over cooked, and the curry was of a very watery consistency…….very poor☹️

Pork was slimy, chicken balls are solid like rubber and the sweet and sour sauce isn’t nice either

Worst Chinese I have ever had. The crispy shredded beef was well over cooked, black, burnt and tasted nasty. The pork balls were over cooked and burnt as well. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it had perfume in it. I wish I hadn't even attempted to eat it. What a waste of money.

The food tasted great and the delivery was friendly and efficient. We needed to warm the food up slightly but that’s a small price to pay for good taste

Delivery driver didn’t seem to have the house Number and just the postcode so got lost.

Original order delivered wasn’t correct, spoke to the restaurant who sorted out the mix up and redelivered a fresh order 😊

Wanted 3 items and the house menu came to £11 odd. Went to delivery menu and ALL the prices were more expensive plus Just Eat wanted £4.50 delivery charge so the same 3 items delivered came to £21 odd. Almost double the price in other words and the take away dishes were no bigger than the collection ones. Despite the good food - never again as is a ripoff and it would take too long to collected ourselves.

Way too much sauce with everything, very thin and watery. Spring rolls had barely any filling. Rice was hardly fried. Sweet and sour sauce was an odd consistency and was too earthy for my taste. Free tango though.

A very disappointing meal which we were all looking forward to. The starter consisted of almost burnt prawn toast an very cheap bread, chicken satay the likes of which I have never seen before, huge chunks of coated chicken on a skewer with no sauce. Both the ribs and spring rolls were OK. On to the mains, yet again not good at all, every dish contained chilli, the noodles were mush, nothing at all special about the special fried rice. Sorry to say I could go on and on, but can't be bothered. Possibly the worst Chinese I have ever tasted.

Great as usual, although they did only send plain chow mein when I ordered chicken and they didn’t swap out the beansprouts which I put in the special requirement section.

Food is bland and greasy. Will not visit again
