This place came as a breakfast recommendation from Danny at the local Toyota dealership and so so glad I took his advice on it. A fantastic breakfast, and great coffee. What made the place though is the staff who have a great sense of humour and are really quick to help and take the orders. Best bubble & squeak I’ve had in a very long time!! Thank you to the staff.

Shocking!! Had a chicken roast dinner delivered £12.99. What we received was degusting, can't believe what we received. Potatoes where frozen shop bought as well as Yorkshires and gravy was the cheapest granules. Also, chicken was do dry could hardly cut it. Don't expect such poor quality nearly £26 for two. Might as well gone and bought a cheap ready meal, couldn't have been any worse. All went in the bin!!

I ordered an all day breakfast with crusty bread and a coffee and all were prepared well and tasted fine. The portions are of a decent size and the prices competitive. There is parking on the road outside, but get in quick as at lunchtimes at weekends it is a popular café. The decor in the café is good and there are two TV screens too.

They were full up inside but was happy to take a table outside. We were greeted immediately and given menus. Very prompt to come and take a drinks order whilst we were looking at the menu. As ex Londoners we have sought a truly old fashioned pie and mash. We took away a couple of pies with liquor. It was delicious and just as it should be. We have promised ourselves our next visit we'll be eating in, this is better than Goddards in Greenwich which was awful. I would guess the breakfasts are good too.

Unreal, so many good reviews and yet it's the worst cafe in Ashford... Staff are so rude and do not want to be, chuck the food down and do not say anything just walk off, waited a very long time even though a guy who walked in a long time after us got his breakfast very quick but it then turned out he was a regular so be warned they serve them first, after the long wait the food finally came and was not worth the wait... Had better at a burger van, finally came to paying and was charged a fortune just because I added tinned tomatoes 'which were cold in the middle'

First impression was the staff were miserable. I looked at the menu which said 2x beans on toast £2.20. 2x egg on toast £2.40. Tea £1.I ordered 1x egg on toast and 1x beans on toast and a tea, which when I learnt maths was half of £2.20, half of £2.40 + £1 for the tea = £3.30.. No... I was charged £4.30. Not too bothered coz I normally give £1 tip anyway. Food arrived, the toast was so thin you could almost see through it, and I couldn't see anywhere on the bread that was toasted brown. At least it was hot.. Not one for arguing the toss I put it down to a poor choice on my part and will go elsewhere next time I am in Ashford. I have to say other people's breakfasts looked quite good so I'm not being unfair in my comments.

I am a Manze's girl through and through but this is fairly decent for an out-of-London pie n mash shop. Liquor needs a bit of work but pies are decent. Reasonably priced and they serve an all day breakfast at £3.95 so there are plenty of options if your companion is not a pie n mash eater. Staff are all lovely and whilst it's not scenic, you can sit outside on a warm day (which is recommend as it's very hot inside)

I am lucky enough to have this gem of a cafe close to home. The food is freshly cooked and well priced and the service is generally friendly and fast. As the cafe is popular and is small, space is a premium so be prepared to wait or leave and come back. We had the smallest breakfast, which was a great value £3.95, but there's a good menu with lots of choice and the pies look very tempting. There are only a handful of parking spaces outside, so best get there early - it opens at 8, earlier on Fridays and Saturdays. Recommended.

Breakfasts for value, quantity and quality is almost impossible to beat, and if you want to customise it, no problem! From a Londoner who was weened on Pie n Mash, what you get here is not bad at all, my wife and I often have it and thoroughly enjoy it.However, try the Steak n Guiness Pie, the owners make it themselves, it is my favourite and is excellent, due to its popularity they sometimes run out.Just a bit of advice, its popularity means sometimes you may have to wait a short while to get a table, but its worth the wait.

The locality of this cafe is everything. The owners have maximised the location with all you need to deliver a great experience. The menu is spot on with what you would want from a local cafe, but going far far beyond the greasy spoon. Food & drink are always served to a great quality. Service always from friendly well presented staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the customer is everything to this business. Waking past on the school run, temptation is always calling. We had the all day breakfast for £2.99 and we were very surprised not only with the 7 items in the breakfast, but the quality of the food and the service provided. The cafe was very clean and well presented and we would certainly visit again. There was a large choice on the menu, even a vegetarian option, something for everyone. This is not, and does not pretend to be a restaurant. It is a small friendly well managed cafe providing good basic food for hungry customers. This is the best cafe in Ashford and very reasonably priced. Two years ago we took 16 scouts in for a full english breakfast (we obviously gave them notice). They couldn't have been more accommodating even with two vegetarians which we hadn't warned them about. All of the staff in the surrounding shops (except the takeaways of course) also sing their praises. Although parking is a bit of a problem. Proper old school café with great food at all times of day, within walking distance of our house. A favourite with the whole family, we go at least once a month. Breakfast options are spectacular and it's hard to look beyond them, but we have gone elsewhere on the menu and always been very happy. The liver and onions are a particular favourite. Pie and mash is very authentic, and if you're not a fan of drowning everything in liquor they'll provide it on the side. Always seems full with locals and passing trade, so you may have to wait for a table at lunchtimes. Persevere because it's worth it.

The breakfasts are super, and they don't skimp on cheap ingredients like a lot of cafes do(and you can tell straight away), and they have a good variation of lunch meals like the home made Chicken kebab(not like you get in a kebab shop, this is marrinated kebabs) and home made steak and guinness pies, and lovely homemade soup. If your around this area give it a try and your won't be disappointed!.

We were working in South Ashford ( house renovations) and went along to inspect the work. The fitters said, "have you been to the caff on the way in - it has the best breakfasts ever"It is situated in the parade in Church Road, and on the way out, at abput 2.00pm, we had not eaten and there was a parking space close by.So we went in.LARGE tables and LARGE chairs, nothing cramped and spotlessly clean. We were immediately greeted with a smile opffered drings which came in 2 or 3 minutes when our food order was takenI ordered ham, chips egg and beans. Was given far too much ham, which was thick carved, trimmed of fat and gristle and was really tasty. The egg while small was perfectly cooked a good colour and tasty. My wife ordered at "afternoon" breakfast2 eggs, 2 sausages - they were Kent Corkers, so by that alone you know the ingredients are of high quality, home made bubble, excellent none-greasy mushrooms, loads of bacon, again trimmed not streaky fatty or gristly, and 2 rounds of hot toast with the butter dripping off !!I thought the toast had been brought too quickly, only a few minutes after ordering, but Noooo, the food followed straight away.It was all delicious - and far too much on the plates, we both left food.We paid £10.90 including 2 teas ( they initially charged 9.90 as only liking very weak tea, we just had 1 tea bag between us, but we insisted on paying for 2)Had we gone to KFC, BKing or McD, for a bog standard Burger, chipas a coffee, we would have paid more - had inferior food, and would not have had the same personal service and gebnuine warm smiles. The menu is quite varied from the types of thing we had to "proper" roasts.Even though it was early afternoon, there was a steady flow of customers and plenty of children. It is worth the slight detour if going to Eureka Park or the Ouytlet Centr/Retail Parks just along the road to get real homemade food in very pleasant surroundings while not getting ripped off. This establishment should not be listed as "Willesborough" as it narrows the search area too much, it is "Ashford" really - show it as that when a wider audience may well learn about this treasure

There are a few places that say they do traditional London Pie n Mash, don't believe them, this cafe however comes very , very close. Been twice now , and each time service has been ultra friendly, staff cant do enough for you even though at lunchtimes they are packed and really busy. The one downside and its not the cafe's fault is the parking, very, very limited and had to park on residential street which is quite narrow and shouldn't think residents enjoy it much. I haven't tried anything else on their menu, but boy seen what other customers are getting and it looks yummy. The prices are very reasonable:-)

We are regular visitors to this extremely good eating establishment! To agree with a previous reviewer, the chef's are passionate about what they produce and this can be seen by the meals they set before you. The breakfasts are excellent in quantity, quality and value for money. It is understood that much of what they serve up is homemade and their 'steak and guiness pies' meals are without equal. Whatever you have on the menu is hard to beat elsewhere! The staff are excellent, they do their very best for the customers even when they are under pressure, due to the cafe being very popular. Sometimes you have to wait for a table, but it is worth it! Definitely a favourite of ours and viisting family members from out of town.

This great little establishment, The Willesborough Café is the best place to go if you're looking for good quality food, friendly staff, value for money and incredibly large portions. The Chefs seem to be very passionate about the food they cook and it shows in the quality of the meal when served. It's not very often a breakfast will beat me but this one nearly did. The Sausages and Bacon seemed of the highest quality and it was cooked to perfection not to mention the amount you get, it genuinely reminded me of being in America with regards to portion size. They have a huge menu, catering for breakfast, lunches, dinners and one thing I liked especially is that they are very flexible to adjust items off the menu with no additional cost. Even the coffee is of higher quality. The café it self is not overly big but they make the most of the space available with outdoor seating available too and everything is clean and prestine.I highly recommend visiting The Willesborough Café.

A great place to go for a true traditional English breakfast, all freshly cooked to order. Very popular and gets very busy, a really clean and lovely no frill's café. Not the place to go if your on a diet as the food is too nice.

One of the very best Sunday lunches I have experienced. Served piping hot and with a smile from our server. Beef was generous and left pink in the middle, great Yorkshires crisp on the out side but soft and tasty in the middle. Fantastic choice of vegetables roasted parsnips, red cabbage, cauliflower in white sauce and a side bowl of cabbage, broccoli and green beans. Roast potatoes were perfect for us crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Thick, tasty gravy and lots of it. Just a great and memorable lunch. Good selection of wine by the glass and beers. Staff are all smiles, efficient and charming. Instead of the beef my wife tried the vegetarian option and declared great alternative!

After a long period of absence we went for drinks here on Christmas Eve. Not a single pump was working and a small bottle of Peroni and an equally small (and disgusting) bottle of Prosecco was charged at £10! The manager was overheard telling another punter that they were “running down the stock” which translates to “we’re going to be closing soon”. Such a shame - this used to be an amazing pub years ago. Mis-management has led to the state it is now in. Bring back the former owners.

We had a very good meal at The George at Molash; we were welcomed on arrival and shown to our table, the service was very efficient and the waitresses were professional but also friendly. They looked after us superbly. We chose our meals and these took a little time to come out but we were not worried about this as we were chatting and food was cooked freshly to order. Other tables were informed about a wait for some foods as they were cooked freshly to order. This didn’t affect us too much as we ate quite early - table was booked for 6.30pm. The pub was very clean and tidy. The portions were good - for both dinner and we had a dessert. We finished the evening with herbal teas and were shown a selection to choose from. Overall we had a very nice evening at The George, and had good food, service and atmosphere.
