Dear McDonald’s Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service at your orbital park branch. For the second time now, I have experienced missing items in my order. Most recently, my order iw82 was missing two double cheeseburgers, twenty chicken nuggets, and a wrap of the day. Furthermore, it is completely unacceptable that I had to wait 30 minutes for my order. Fast food should be exactly that—fast. The prolonged wait time exacerbates the frustration of finding crucial parts of my order missing. This level of inefficiency is simply unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the food quality was deplorable. The cheeseburger buns were stale, the nuggets were cold and rubbery, and the fries were extremely undercooked. This is far below the standard I expect from McDonald's and significantly detracts from the overall dining experience. This recurring issue is utterly unacceptable. I expect to receive the items I pay for, and it is infuriating to repeatedly find crucial parts of my order missing. The oversight, combined with the poor food quality, demonstrates a concerning lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I request immediate rectification of this issue. I demand either a full refund for the missing and subpar items or the prompt delivery of fresh, correctly prepared food at your earliest convenience. Additionally, I urge you to address the systemic issues at this location to prevent further occurrences of such unprofessional service. I hope to see immediate action taken to ensure that this will be the last time such an error occurs. Sincerely Emily

I am fuming a staff member laughed at my partner twice now because of his speech he has celerbal palsy I've complained twice now to staff about this particular girl. Ur staff need to respect people who have disabilities it's beyond a joke. Nothing seems to get done about it.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but the shift manager, Sherrell, at Orbital Park McDonald's was extremely rude to me and my partner and looked at us with disgust and was not helpful at all. As someone who also works in hospitality I would never be this rude to customers.

Stopped here with the wife for something quick and easy to eat on the way home from a long day. Ordered a Big Mac meal, quarter pounder deluxe meal, 9 nuggets and 3 chicken selects at the drive through. Got home and both portions of chips were missing. Went back to get the chips, however by the time I was served, the rest was cold so I asked for the whole order to be replaced. I tried to check the new bag to ensure it was all correct, however the chips had been placed on top of the other boxes so it would have been a challenge to get them out without them spilling everywhere in the middle of the restaurant. Got home and yet again it was wrong. This time we had 3 portions of chips, missing the quarter pounder deluxe and the Big Mac was some one else’s as it had been customised with extra pickles and extra Big Mac sauce. Both times I was at the restaurant it was very quiet, with 1-2 cars in the drive through and 1 other person inside, hardly a peak busy time. This restaurant is forever getting orders wrong or forgetting items, we give it chance after chance however it never changes. Staff need retraining, how hard is it to read a receipt and put the items listed in a bag? Avoid, go to Eureka instead.

Firstly, I’d like to say this McDonald’s is good but just weren't it. Secondly, tonight I got cheese bites, double cheese burger and a wrap I ended up waiting about 35/40 minutes for my food there was 2 other people in the establishment. But my burger looked like hulk through it a wall my cheese bite were cold and my warp was flat.

I enjoyed our visit food was good on this occasion. But it is a one of the many fast food location where restaurant visitors don't seem to demand thing being fresh & hot. So you need to insist on compleat fresh Fryston.

Why? Because they have a captive audience of a sort. It is still no reason to be more expensive then the high street. The food is the same quality as any other McDonald's. No better no worse. The staff is just as friendly too.
