The best restaurants serving Default food in Preston North West

Great gluten free options including sandwiches to order and some cakes

Food arrived cold, asked for a chicken kebab but only got the chicken with garlic sauce

Prices and portions are good I suppose but it does come drenched in grease, chicken fillet burger was good but the wings will make you sick. Only has a 3/5 hygiene rating too which I only noticed upon exiting.

Chicken cubes dry and or poor quality imo.

It's a gem... Legit owners and will do what you want doin cha!.. Can't praise them enough.. I ghost ordered after my mate took me.. YUP consistent and flavour! P. S. Pizza fingers tho ....... LEGIT

So don’t be too confused, but the pub is a good pub and serves good pub food, and it’s also got in the back half the Theatre St Restaurant with its own menu and service. It’s nice! Lots of effort gone into the decor, and very friendly service with an interesting menu. Few things unavailable which was a shame, but still plenty of good options. Lovely starters, main course steaks / duck / seafood special were all good but not outstanding. Nice option for an early evening dinner, but by 22:00 we were pretty much the last people there. Good value, and worth a visit.

Food wasn't terrible. Time keeping was

The brunch was terrible. The drinks were disgusting! I ordered a pornstar martini and it was fluorescent orange. The food was ok but nothing to shout home about. You were made to queue outside for the best part of 20 minutes, drinks were slow, the waitress actually told my friend she was too busy to serve us. Half way through the “90 minutes” they informed us they couldn’t make certain cocktails as they’d ran out of some ingredients. My expectations weren’t high but honestly I’d save your money!

Amazing food full of flavour defo recommend

This has to be best the Chinese food in Preston. We ordered the beef brisket soup with egg noodles and beef fried noodles. Both dishes were great! Usually we have to travel to Manchester for Chinese food but this place is a gem and we will absolutely return ☺️ 10/10

Tried the Sherwood for the first time & unfortunately it will be the last Some of the food portions were really small for the price, ordered a boneless southern fried chicken starter which was £5.99, I was shocked when it came out to see 3 tiny southern fried chicken nuggets, had to order a second portion which worked out at £11.98 for what was 6 tiny chicken nuggets, cheesy chips portion was also the smallest I have seen anywhere The flatbreads & mixed grill we ordered were value for money Bar service was slow & people who came up to the bar after me were being served before me I had relatives visiting from Wales on the visit which made it even more disappointing

very very bad food pizza was totally cold and burger aswell and not putting souce i called still did'nt put souce and after i called then he put telephone on side and again i called so many times but he did'nt lift my call. very very bad behaviour.

The food was absolutely delightful, excellent presentation and good+clean environment

Visited here for lunch with a friend and our two young children. Staff were very good with our children, gave them crayons and were just generally very nice and attentive. Good size menu and food was really nice. Good portions and prices. Nice atmosphere. Will go back.
