The deserts were good. Nothing super special, but the main thing is that it didn't suck. Would go again

Absolutely love this place for dessert, and now for food too, desserts have always been amazing, tried the food yesterday and didn’t think I’d like it as it is a dessert place but wow they surprised me, if they made it a little bigger for people to sit in I think it would do great, not much variety of food but the quality makes up for it

Worst customer service ever ... i received my order late almost it takes 2 hours ... and also they deliver the wrong order .... and i called them n tell them its wrong order ... they said if u want correct item u have to wait 45 min n i said ok .... but i've waited 1 n half hours and then they deliver it to me .... i originally ordered 8:30pm n basically i received it at 12am 👎👎👎👎👎

Food is really good, however every time I order online I always wait over 2 hours. I ordered at 9o'clock and it’s no 20 to 11 and still waiting for my food. Just says heading your way for other a hour.😬

I came here on Friday afternoonand I was served by a young man who went by quality. Exceptional service and food. We ordered some Nachos and a tango ice blast and let me just say it was better than the cinemas. Amazing!! I will always return

This is my #1 spot in Preston, for eat in and delivery! My order has always arrived on time and have had no issues! Cleanliness in the shop and with their food is second to none, recommend to everyone! Efficient and reliable!

Used to be really good when they first opened but now service is very slow and the portions have shrunk considerably. This has been our go to kids treat but now we will find elsewhere as the past few times we visited the service was terrible. We place our order and ask for the desserts to come to the table 10 mins after the food and he comes to the table 15 mins after the food comes and asks if he should now get the desserts started. At this point the kids were already restless for their treats and even then only one dessert came to the table first and the others came 10 mins later. This has been the norm now for the past few visits. Hence why we specifically asked today to have them all come together 10 mins after the food. And even the food didnt all come together so some are sat eating and some are still waiting for their order to come. The prices have gone up but the quality of service and portion size has gone down. We were regulars as it was the kids favourite place. However it wont be our treat spot for the kids any longer as they were again disappointed today when their pizzas and pancakes arrived as they said why are they even smaller now. Many other options now in preston so they need to up their customer service game and give people value for money like they did previously

Awful food, service, and customer service. Food arrived over 45 minutes late despite being informed several times ‘it was on its way’. Rang to enquire when delivery would take place and restaurant blocked my number! Had to ring off my partner’s phone just to get an update… Even then, we purposely gave wrong address and was informed ‘it was on its way’. When food did eventually arrive it was cold and awful quality. Customer service was awful, we were lied to, phone blocked, and food rubbish quality. Go elsewhere!

Ordered many times from this restaurant everything was always nice and good, however, today I've ordered an apple crumble in which was raw and the custard was too liquidy and didn't have much flavour

Showing up as available to deliver to certain areas when orders placed they cancel the order because they can’t be bothered to deliver it and when you ring up regarding you get a terrible attitude towards the issue Unbelievable

terrible service. we ordered on their app, 2 hours later the food still had not arrived so we called, they said it was on the way. 30 mins later still nothing. called back and they claimed they never received the order, but will send it now and provide a cash refund as well. they then cancelled the order online and blocked our number so we called them back on a different phone and they said we had to reorder and they were unable to refund. absolute joke of a company and will never recommend.

We had dine-in for Vegetarian Pizza and Cheesy Fries. Portions for both are generous with the right amount of gooey cheese for the pizza, and crispy golden fries (but not hard) with nice cheese sauce. Prices are affordable, fresh made, quick service and clean. Highly recommend.

Never in my life have I ever been asked to bag my own food, disgusting customer service

I ordered a peanut butter stack, chips and chicken bites. The chips were delicious as well as the peanut butter stack, the chicken was good, but it lacked flavour. Apart from that, it was very fast and quick. Although when I went there was no one at the front desk, so I had to ring their phone to get someone to come.

Tell me why, I’ve got charged twice (they refund me the second transaction in cash even though I paid by card) and I’ve not melted toffee on my dessert.

Terrible staff couldn’t do the order right and after telling him he’s did wrong he said Learn to love the sauce when we asked for no raspberry sauce Nutella only He is Loosing customers with his terrible bad attitude needs go and clean the toilets which matches his bad mouthing attitude , This worker was working on friday 18th /9:54 please can the owner look at your staff as there damaging your reputation as we have been coming to you for a very long time . I think the owner needs to remind him who the boss is

Food arrived on time, ordered nachos and cheese, they were soggy and tastless, also got a cookie dough with ice cream, the cookie dough was a a small size and was burnt and had an awful taste, won't be ordering again! Extortionate prices for crap food!

I have ordered loaded fries just now. It was not at all consumable . Too much salty fries and sour due to too much tomato puree. We didn't even able to have one teaspoon of that. Please don't put that much tomato sauce and salt in it.

May 2024, different shakes blended in the same machine taste of all sorts of flavours. And the price hike, i am definitely finding a new dessert place. Milkshakes are amazing! The waffle was for some reason was broken in half through the middle like the machine didnt properly join the top and bottom half, very weird never seen this on a waffle before. Update: just went for a milkshake, specifically the PBO one, my god it was extremely sweet, For some odd reason it had taste of dates and Banana which is one of their shakes too. My only conclusion for this is laziness in cleaning the blender after making someone elses milkshake. I will be changing this to 1 star till next time. Please dont give up on quality because of how busy you are getting, it will ruin it for your regular + new customers..

Little pricey but tasty stuff, though it moving in next door to me is very dangerous for my diet. 🤣 The cornflake tarts my fave. Staff are usually chatting every single time I've been in and very distracted, I've rarely seen anyone ready at the desk and I've had to try and get their attention to serve me which is the only let down really.

Lovely desserts and milkshakes are really tasty! The cookie dough was fantastic. Fast friendly service couldn't resist a try when we were stopping over the road in the travelodge.

It’s a nice dessert place with a lot of options to choose from, the food is delicious and heavy. The shakes have maximum flavour, they don’t feel like they’ve just been filled with sugar. The staff was very friendly as well

Don’t bother! Terrible service. Ordered online at 7pm. Said it was an hour wait. Rang at 7.40pm as it still hadn’t arrived. Shop said it was ‘on its way,’. We asked if it had actually left the shop. He said yes. Rang again at 9.10pm. They claimed it takes 25 minutes to reach our house (not at 9pm on a Sunday evening) but even if it did, the order should have been with us. We asked them to cancel the order and for a refund. They refused the refund and offered no apology. Very disappointing and very poor customer service. If they are busy, they should be honest. We will not be using them again.

Visited on Tuesday evening, was very nice and quiet. Desert's couldn't be faulted though our little one thought that the Hershey's Waffle could do with saying it was all white chocolate. Given as we were only people in there it would have been nice if staff came up to our table to take the order or check with us once we got it (as there were multiple members of staff). A little gesture that would go a long way, other than that it was spot on and we'd definitely come back!

I’m sorry. But surely you would not call this a donut. Surely not! If you do then you might as well just shove your money where the sun don’t shine! I’m on my lunch break. Craving a little sweet treat. I’ve got the time so I decide to dine in. what am I greeted to?! Whatever this “donut” is and a staff member who absolutely stinks of fish, with the greasiest hair and breath that smells of dog faeces. I didn’t touch the donut of course, and when I took it back they looked at me with a look to say “what’s wrong with it?”. It felt as though I was in the wrong. What a terribly run place. Shocking staff and shocking products! This has got to be a joke. Oh and I forgot to mention when I brought up the smell to the staff they simply told me to do one and gave me the middle finger. Last time I walk in this place that’s for sure. Needs demolishing in my opinion

Delivery was an HOUR late arrived after 1:15 am, guy on phone was rude. Dessert was not made well as usual, I used to get it often.

Ordered on their website. Had confirmation would receive order by 23.05 to receive it at 00.03. Called them to asked to be told 20 minutes. Guy put the phone down. Still waiting. Its not the first time this has happened so won't be ordering again to be waiting 2 hours. Food wasn't the best. Waffle had gone cold and hard.

Excellent place for desserts. We went as a family of 10 and couldn’t fault anything. Excellent desserts at a reasonable price and great service from the staff.

Rayyan’s customer service was top tier from the get go, asked what i would like, helped me with ordering and gave me a really good suggestion. Waffle came out and tasted fresh and the milkshake tasted very nice. Thanks again Rayyan for the amazing service you provided!☺️

Just visited this place for the first time with my wife and two children. The food and deserts are absolutely out of this world, so fresh and delicious. Plus the staff are super helpful and polite. Highly recommend

Ridiculous service. They don't seem to be bothered about their customers, when thats the essence of a business. We waited over 30mins for our order which I had to call in and cancel because it was going to take a further 30minutes and that was the best they could do apparently.

Staying overnight in Travelodge and thought we’d grab a quick bite. Superb. Buffalo wings and Meat Pizza. Fresh tasty and great value. Food was tremendous

The food is really good don’t get me wrong but the hygiene is horrible there is spiders everywhere and the seats are dirty and they don’t wear gloves all together I give this a 3/10

It took 2hrs and 40mins just to get here for a flipping milkshake. Also, why do you have to pay £4 for delivery at it to also be over £10 like wth. It takes 16mins on a bike to get to my house and an hour walk, I should have just walked there and i would still be quicker than them. I called them twice and they declined the call the first time. The second time they answered and said it should be there at my house but no.

So we ordered chicken fillet burgers for the kids and they were rock hard, and wen I told the young lad at the counter he didn’t say anything. They really don’t no wat they are doing there. I would never ever go back there for food, but there sweet treats are nice.

I have been here for deserts and i got to say 1 of my favourites, lovely sraff and great dessert. Today i ordered from just eat for desser as was craving for something sweet. What a pleasant surprise. Deserts was on point amazing and first time i tried the GoGo burger.. WOW JUST WOW 👌 👏 it was amazing will defo buy again. Never thought they would do amazing mains, better then some takeouts who specialise in burgers 🍔 anyway. Also the chilli cheese bites had a kick and was really nice too. Defo will order mains feom here again.

Terrible, didn't give me ice cream with my peanut butter stack which I ordered, when I contacted to query about my ice cream they were very cheeky, rude and arrogant! The staff are smoking away at the back and making deserts at the same time. A bad experience avoid!!! If I could I would give them a big fat zero!

owner (who blatantly does nothing all shift except give dirty looks to customers) will stare you down with a nasty look if you’re an asian lad who he doesn’t know personally? really strange, makes you and whoever you’re with really uncomfortable the entire time you’re eating.

£26 for 4 shop bought chicken goujons in the most ridiculously hot sauce (and I love spicy food)! 2 milkshakes and 2 drinks and a cookie dough cookie. Never again

Was surprisingly busy at midnight, nice atmosphere, though pricey victoria sponge cake and peanut milkshake where pretty nice. Nicely packaged too.

Despite the plethora of dessert outlets in Preston, Cube is the only one open after midnight. The establishment is well lit and aesthetically pleasing. We ordered a cookie dough on the side of rice crispes along with a new concept of ice cream slush, the cookie dough was amongst the best I've tried and the crunch from the rice crispes took the experience to a whole new level. The ice cream slush was an innovative concept which we all relished. The staff were friendly and service was delivered with expertise. I'll certainly be dining in again soon.

Visited cube with family and I must say that we all thoroughly enjoyed our evening out. The restaurant was nice and clean, the food was so tasty, service was quick and friendly. Definitely will be going again soon. Very reasonably priced too.

Really friendly atmosphere and the food was amazing - we got 3 different pizzas and the pancake stack and cookie dough desert - the portions are so generous and everything was so delicious - quick service for such fresh and good priced food we’ll definitely be coming again - Than you Cube Preston : )

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this establishment. They spilled chocolate syrup on the outside of the glass, making it difficult to hold. Moreover, the glass itself was excessively large, while the accompanying straw for the shake was too small. When I requested a longer straw, the staff rudely informed me that they didn't have any, despite the fact that I saw long straws available. The staff's attitude was highly disappointing.

I order 1 choc lovin sundae and 1 freak shake. Sundae was good but i got entirely different freak shake. The freak shake is not matching with the menu i complaint this to the staff, they refuse my argument. I am uploading the image of freak shake i got. This is a worse service.

Visited with a group of 8 kids on a Sunday afternoon. Only 2 staff working - very understaffed. The food was nice and I guess thats what the rating is for. But other than this the service was horrific. The table was dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned multiple times before it was cleaned. The items came two at a time, around 15 mins between each item. Therefore, kids got very restless as the things they ordered all came at different times. We spent a lot longer in there than we should have spent. The workers were not at fault I guess - they were understaffed massively. When the table next to us finished, the dishes were not moved and stayed there for the rest of our visit. Again, staff busy in the kitchen they were unable to keep on top of all this. Cutlery drawer was filthy.

Ordered on Uber eats been almost 2 hours still not arrived. Called numerous times very hard to get through and once answered said they hadn’t even left yet. Absolutely awful service. Can’t comment on the dessert as it’s still not arrived!!!!

Cube have recently moved from Walker St onto New Hall Lane so I decided to give it a try. I’m not really big on cakes, crepes or waffles so got a Terrys Chocolate Orange milkshake. A good sized and lovely smooth milkshake. The decor and design of the shop is also aesthetically pleasing. I’d definitely visit again but may try the hot food (burgers etc). It’s worth a visit.

What a absolute joke. Ordered at 9pm and was told delivery for around 11pm. Fair do as busy time. Called at 11.20pm to be told food was on the way. Nothing arrived. Called back at 11.50pm to be told driver was on the way and then told me to hold the line while he Called the driver left me hanging on the line for 15 minutes. I put the phone down and Called back straight away to be told that order was cancelled and to call just eat to get a refund. Won't be ordering from here again. Disgusting service. Considering it was new on New Hall Lane, they should be looking after customers very poor customer service.
