Fries were too soggy. Very bad experience.

They forgot part of the order. Then came back with the part they forgot and some free chicken wings. Much appreciated.

Quick delivery but abit overly salted

Ordered as a family and really disappointed. The chips were rock hard and stale, struggle to get down. Gave 2 tubs of sauce for a family of 8. The pizza was average. The popcorn chicken was tasteless and tasted like it was out of a frozen bag. So was the strips in the burger, very firm to bite into, like rubber. The burger sauce was nice and the brioche bun was ok.

Wouldn’t order again from this place , I ordered last night and the pizza didn’t turn up so I cancelled , tried to order again tonight order was accepted and they didn’t even make it not deliver it . Call restaurant and they said cos I cancelled last night they didn’t do one for tonight . It’s not my fault if they take forever to make and deliver literally 200 yds down the road . They ain’t worth my service

They have incredible taste. I ate Asian style pizza and it was very delicious 😋

I didn’t Get my large chip disappointing with Chester

Been getting worse and worse every time I've ordered the past few months and at the point where I won't be ordering again! so waited 2 hours 10 minutes for my food to arrive and be literally cold, to charge nearly 10 pound for a burger to come the past 2 times with stale bread and rock hard chicken is a joke! spent 30 pound tonight and nothing was eaten all unedible or absolutely freezing!

Why is no one talking about the cardboard!? This used to be my favourite takeaway in 2011, then upto 2023 it's been awful. Now it's gone better quality again with the chicken... However this " new " > 3 months old + tastes like complete cardboard.... It makes the burgers taste of the stuff and it's horrible!

Ordered my food. And I've got 1 Missing burger and 10 Missing Chicken wings. I've called them and they said that where lying. The service was extremely rude and all they shouted in my mouth

Food Arrived late 1 late. Half of my order was missing. I've ordered a mega family box. And I've got 2 burgers and I ment to get 3. I've got 3 fries and I was ment to get 18 piece chicken and I got 9. I've called and the customer service was terrible. They said that they checked the camera and we got everything but we didn't and they yelled at us throuth the phone. So never ordering there again.

Went out of their way to help me navigate the right website. Foods always really good. Good size chicken pieces. Better than kentucky's. Seriously

Order was not delivered in the time frame, rang and asked where it was, was told it was on the way… half an hour after the call still no food. Ring again told its it’s on the way & the drivers taken multiple orders. Still have not received. Guy who answered the phone trying to tell me the food will be warm… wouldn’t no because it’s not been sent.

The quality & delivery of the food was fine however the service from the shop was poor. I realised I had made a mistake with 1 pizza, immediately called Chester’s only to be told the pizzas were in the oven. I explained the order was made at 5.27 & I was calling at 5.29 (3 pizzas & a garlic bread) but guy was not for budging insisting they were all already in the oven. I explained I was able to cancel order with just eat & payment was at pending, still not budging for sake of 1 small change :(

It was dry greasy and just very unpleasant from when I had it the last time chips were stale and unpleasant

It didn’t arrive second takeaway in one night we waiting up for, for it not to get delivered we waited for over an hour we ended up making some food, full on ruined our Friday night!!!

Quantity of chicken pop corns delivered was less than paid.

I could even rate negative! Beef was the topping which was never said or selected, instead of being sorry for their misconduct all they did was covering up for old employee by scapegoating newbie and trying to convince it was mere a mistake! This was totally unacceptable, kindly check your order twice before collecting!

My experience was absolutely horrible I specifically said DONT PUT MAYO ON MY WRAP yet they have the audacity to do it I’m appalled as I’m a VERY loyal Chesters’s chicken buyer but I will never be happy while ordering my food we are done Chester’s chicken

We normally buy from here. Recently the chicken and chips salting has been extremely salty and few of our family members had skin coming off our tong. I called in to say this and they say it’s not their fault. They get it default from headquarters and will inform them. Extremely unhappy with the food and service! Will never be buying from here again!

Whenever I feel lazy to cook something or starving, The first option for me is Chesters and their Pizza. Normally I used to 7” Pizza with 3 topping that we can choose and it’s a meal pack including chips and a drink and all for £4.49, which I found it as a cheap option. I’m not saying those were one of the best, but yeah, was a good one. Chips were good too. Don’t forget to ask for the sauce. And there’s no Dine In. Takeaway only.

Delivery - the driver kept putting the phone down as I was helping him find my address, even though I had pinned my location. Overall was very rude even when he arrived. The food was very dry/ stale, like the chips had been sat there for ages before being boxed up.

Ordered a delivery online from their website, asked for red peppers and got green and no other toppings. When calling to explain I was placed on hold then they hung up. I wouldn't mind but I wasn't abrupt or shirty with them, obviously unable to handle any questions or know what to do in this instance. Unsure why they seem happy to loose customers over the cost of adding the correct topping. Nice place but seem to employ chimps to answer the phone.

Never had the chicken pieces , since I've never heard anything good about it The chicken burgers also don't look appealing The pizzas however is always a go to, always taste the best and cheap. The garlic bread with cheese is the best garlic bread I've had

My food arrived stone cold and late!!

My sister ordered food from Chesters, when the driver arrived he only gave her half of her order. When she tried to tell him he did not understand what she was saying and was getting defensive saying that was all the ordered. When she rang the store to ask them where the rest of her food was, they were quite rude to her over the phone saying they gave the food to the driver its not our problem and while she was trying to talk to them they hung up on her. Turns out, the delivery driver did have the food in a different compartment of his bag without realising.

Food is nice, however new packaging with the burgers gives it a strong cardboard flavor.. Which is not nice.

Waited well over 1 hour for delivery for food to arrive freezing cold called the shop to be put on hold and then told delivery driver said foot was not cold when delivered asked for food to be collected for a refund but delivery driver never turned back up … how does the delivery driver know if the food is cold when all bagged up … disgusting customer service who would eat a cold takeaway?? **do not order delivery from here** waste of your money!!!!!

I placed an order today for a 12" pizza through Uber Eats but, unfortunately, forgot to tick the dip option. When I called the restaurant to ask if they could add a dip to my order, the guy immediately refused, saying they've stopped providing dips. Yet, whenever I order directly from the restaurant, they always include dips. What a peculiar practice! It's almost as if they’ve decided that the sheer act of ordering through Uber Eats renders one undeserving of the luxury of dips. Bravo on maintaining such a bafflingly inconsistent policy!

Was extremely late and arrived cold

Ordered by call and went in to collect 20 min later. The worker said that he hasn’t received any calls as I must’ve rang the wrong place. There was proof of the call on the call history. No apologies after blaming me for not ordering. He was willing to take my order and made me wait 30 min extra. Food still wasn’t ready, ended up walking out. Poor service from Chester’s

The food was freezing one of the garlic breads went straight in the bin the other atleast looked like the garlic breads that we usually get the other i had to through because it looked as if it had been chucked around the street left for 2 days then re cooked as all the hedges was burnt and the rest of it looked absolutely weird i can see what as happened it as either been sent back by a customer andyou have sent it me so you didnt lose out on money or it was from an order that got cancelled either way i am fuming still hungry andout of pocket it’s ridiculous ive never complained in my life but this as got my back up im so angry and wont be ordering from chesters ever again

the so called "supreme burger" was absolutely tiny it was a shock, i wouldnt buy burgers from this place in my opinion, the pizza was alright though

BELIEVE the Bad Feedback... Spicy pizza horrible, supreme burger looked dead, soo dry hard to eat. Fries cold and hard. Drink warm. Expensive for NOTHING. Didn't take pictures because I was shocked. Never again !!!!!!! !!!!!!!

Missing both meals rang shop very rude on the phone and un helpful

I ordered early hours in the morning but accidentally fell asleep and missed them delivering it. My fault but i rang them in the morning to ask for my money back or something for my moneys worth but they lied to me saying I’ve got the wrong Chester’s restaurant number. I rang up the other Chester’s number they gave and they said they don’t deliver before 5. So they were lying. I then went onto the just eat app and dialed the restaurant number on here. It’s the exact same one I rang in the first

The sauce is something else generous with the topping can’t go wrong 10/10

Food here is made quick and fast. All pizzas are freshly made and they are nice.

First there was Fat Rude boy, absolutely no respect or welcoming, now another clown who just had hair cut, I used to go there 3 4 times a week, and I couldn’t be given two souces, he says only one, when Ive been a regular customer, very disappointed , do you go bankrupt if you had given me one extra souce ? You people are not fit to run business. dont ever wanna see you lots again.

Chester's for me is always a good experience. The food is great, proces are great and the kids love it.

the chicken wrap was okay, but the chips were plain and bland. no seasoning whatsoever, not even salt. spicy chicken wasn't even spicy, was more salty but alright.

The only problem with Chester’s is their service. They are always rude as if I owe them something. I like the taste which is the only reason which brings me back.

It was dead cold and delivery time was too much.
