The chicken and rice was incredible as always. The wings weren’t great

Orders chicken and rice, rice tasted like perfume and clumpy, the chicken was undercooked. The delivery driver argued with me as I went outside after he called me and I could not see him as he was sat in his car refusing to get out to come over to me but argued that he was sat there waiting while I was stood at the door 🤦‍♀️ will never order from here again had to throw the food in the bin

There was no cheese on the "chicken and rice special with cheese"

Food delivery was good however the Pepsi can was missing. Hence my 2 score on service.

Dry...meat was chewy,not tender...used to love eating from here

On menu Carribbean chicken is not stated spicy as CANNOT eat spicy food this is why I ordered it was over 9 pounds and went to waste as was very Spicy then delivery man called said he was out side he wasn't tried calling him back he just kept cutting me off to voicemail after 3rd attempt had to ring restaurant then they SD we will call u bk and then the delivery man called said he was here he wasn't yet again had to go meet him further up from my street what an absolute joke

The Chips and chicken are lovely. Delivery was pretty quick too

Chicken was so dry and not edible. I struggle to chew and threw it away

Item took over an hour to arrive after being ordered. Driver apologised for late arrival and food arrived practically hot and was absolutely delicious and massive! Barr the delivery time absolutely perfect 😎

Delivery driver went to wrong address and he was very rude then he complained to us that we weren’t at the address he first went to 😂 what a mong.

Delivered the food early by about 10 mins 👍🏻lovely food I had the Portuguese Spicy chicken and rice and my wife had the more plain chicken and rice .both were delicious,will definitely order from here again 😀

I recently ordered food from Loco Takeaway in Preston through Just Eat, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food took over two hours to arrive, and when it finally did, it was stone cold. Waiting for so long for my food was already frustrating enough, but the fact that it arrived cold made it even worse. It was clear that the food was not properly packaged or insulated during transit, which is unacceptable for a takeaway restaurant. To make matters worse, Just Eat provided incorrect information about the status of my order, telling me that it was on its way when it was still far away. This caused me to wait even longer than necessary and added to my frustration. As a customer, I was extremely disappointed with the poor service I received from Loco Takeaway. I hope that they will take steps to improve their delivery times and ensure that food is delivered at the correct temperature in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend Loco Takeaway to others.

Didn’t receive my food after waiting for a long time not happy

Food was banging no complaints. Left out drinks though and my poor mouth felt it

Usually good but everything just seemed overloaded with spice this time which was a shame. Halloumi buritto barely had any halloumi in it.

The chicken and rice boxes are unreal all the food we got was really flavourful will definitely order again

Ordered nachos before usually really good. Ordered them last night and I received some chilli heatwave Doritos with cheese and sour cream. Would be fine but I ordered nachos as I’m gluten free, chilli heat wave Doritos aren’t gluten free… I’ve been poorly half the night. Won’t be ordering again

Would never order from here again, the chicken wrap was wet with the most watery sauce ever, they got the order wrong and the meat was questionable

Very dissapointed. The chicken and rice was dry and the chicken was hard. No texture at all. The chicken was not tender at all. I had to pour sauce all over it to get some flavour. Would like a refund please

Should definitely be an option for guacamole salsa and sour creme.. Flavour wasn't there for me. But was okay. Wedges were lovely and garlic dip was amazing
