Food arrived cold and the pizza was missing the mushrooms and the onions

Avoid.. Honestly for your own sake.. Absolutely Terrible.. I should have stayed away.. Place is an abomination.. Absolute Filth Box.. Serving absolute slop and gruel.. I ordered a Plain Grilled Chicken Burger.. The Chicken was off, they covered it in some stupid sauce to try to mask the smell/taste.. Needless to say I took it straight back and demanded my money back.. The Guy was trying to explain how "it's how they do it".. "yes with rotten chicken obviously", just give me my money back, I said... By far one of the worst things I have experienced.. I am reporting this establishment to Trading Standards.. Hopefully they will close the Filth Box down.. Try at your own risk...

Do not order from here!!!! The food came over an hour and 30 minutes late and I had ordered a beef burrito and it was just a burrito with lots of rice and 2 small pieces of beef. The rice was not even jamaican bean rice as stated in the menu. Absolutely disappointing. Never ordering from here again.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars I’d happily do so. The worst pizza ever, I’d have been better getting a frozen pizza from the supermarket. The dough under the topping was completely raw, almost translucent as well as the underneath. By far the most anemic pizza I’ve had the displeasure of. I got the cheese and tomato, but they couldn’t even get this right. One bite taken and thrown in the bin. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Horrible

Chips are lovely when hot. Steak burger should have a bit more steak. Didn’t receive can of pop with order.

I usually don't leave reviews but I didn't have such good take away for a long time. It was lovely. Just chicken in ceasar salad was bit too dry but the rest was spot on.

Absolutely disgusting food, dripping with fat was my donner wrap, took 2hours to come rude staff when I rang up after a hour and a half to see where my food was

Rang up to say there was a problem with the app and I would have to pay an extra £3 for delivery. The food was Very spicy so I didn't get to eat more than a couple of fork fulls.

Ordered my food at half past 6 for it to come at 7:25/7:45 rang at 7:50 and was told it was 5 minutes away. Food came 15 minutes after that, gave the wrong drink without informing us and the food is cold 👏🏼 not impressed

Food that turned up was nice. Instead of being told that some food was unavailable (or given replacement food) they simply dropped off 2/3 of our order and a cash refund for the rest. Can't eat cash. Frustrating.

Won't be ordering again! I ordered the chicken noodles with sweet chilli sauce and couple of hours later I was being sick and having bowel movements, to put it politely. Would not recommend! Think it was old chicken or maybe chicken that had been reheated!

Ordered crispy shrimp noodles. The shrimp were TINY. Even the smart price asda prawns are bigger. And even then hardly any shrimp in my noodles. All I had was sweet overboiled noodles drowned in sauce. Really disappointed

Just had what was supposedly "noodles", 99% sure it was tarted up tinned spaghetti, not pleasant. Food just warm. If we hadn't had the jalapeño bites too, it would have rated 1 star. Also, didn't want a drink or extra sauce but wouldn't let me order without them!

The gentleman made a mistake in my order but then made the correct order as well. Really appreciate such hospitality. My 5 stars for that attitude and behavior itself. And, I would give another 5 for the food. Was like comfort food. Definitely recommend and looking forward to ordering here again.

After making a mistake with my order I spoke to their manager who was very helpful and changed the pizza order for me. Thank you for your help & the food was amazing!

Store is so dirty and staff and even cook were not wearing masks and gloves. One of them was also coughing. I had already paid for my food so I had to wait to collect it, but after I left the store I dumped it and did not eat it.

Popped in for a quick snack had the spicy chicken noodles Asian style it was very nice and great service will call again.

Absolutely disgusting just ordered through Foodhub they excepted my order and then cancelled on me and to be told I won’t get a refund for 3 to 5 days is an absolute joke
