Lovely meal at the Wellington. Went with my family, service was excellent, food lovely and really attentive staff. Would definitely recommend. staff were excellent and really looked after the whole party.

Great food and excellent service. Food cooked to order , staff were excellent nothing to much trouble. Before we ordered we were advised , that there may be a slight delay and to larger group had ordered before us. With this in mind our food came quickly .

Lovely food, very good value for money, we had the two course Thursday. Delicious desserts for £1 each. Nice friendly atmosphere, friendly staff and good service.

Sound from other screens could be heard throughout the film. Noisy groups in the hallway throughout the film.

Outside of Italy this is one of the best restaurants we have been to. The menu was extensive and the food exceptional. Staff were courteous and polite and only too willing to answer our questions as well as try to improve our efforts at speaking Italian. Take timeout to visit the onsite wine shop. NB:- I find it astonishing that this restaurant receives so many bad reviews. I can only conclude that someone has an "axe to grind" with the establishment and its staff. My advice would be to ignore them all and go there and enjoy an exceptional experience.

Staying at the premier inn had evening meals and breakfast here. The breakfast is outstanding sets you up for the day the evening meals are of a high standard and not too expensive. Good selection of cask ales also friendly staff and attentive

I visited on October 31st and had a fantastic experience. The restaurant had a great balance of tables—plenty of open seating, yet still lively with other patrons. The environment was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the start. The food was delicious, with each dish showing quality ingredients and careful preparation. The flavors were delightful, and everything arrived at just the right temperature. The staff truly stood out for their politeness and attentiveness. They made sure our needs were met promptly without being intrusive, contributing to a seamless dining experience. Overall, a wonderful visit that I would highly recommend!

10/10 food was great and the worker was so polite if you like quality over quantity head on over to burger hut where the quality is the best

Absolutely disgusting behaviour of the staff. Tool my family for breakfast only to be told they are full. It was near empty. She then said have you booked? I said it doesn't say you have to book? We left very annoyed as the restaurant was quite. My wife then decided to go on the booking website to see if they are actually full? Surprise surprise there were lots of bookings free. So my wife booked a table for 5 minutes later and we went back in to see if they would say they are full again? No problems said we had booked and sat down. The girl was not happy she had been caught out lying. She didn't come to take are ordering so we helped are selves to the buffet👍she had no choice but to take our order🤣 Food was great, staff are lazy looking to turn customers away for an easy life.

Enjoyed a full English breakfast this morning. Staff were lovely. Great atmosphere to read my book on my work break. Best breakfast in Preston!

Usually love coming here but was horrendous today. Table next to us was shouting loudly top of their voices. When asked if they could be quiet we were told no as they are staff at their other restaurant. Other people asked to move table. Sadly ruined my evening to the point o didn’t even eat my main. Asked if I could have it to take out shocking that they prioritise their staff over customers. Won’t be back for a while just think it’s ridiculous how loud people are without any consideration for others.

Been going here for years. Today, 11 of us were met by grumpy staff (not the young lady) and this was very disappointing. We had a 40% discount voucher but one of us paid without knowing. Manager refused to refund this. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Such a shame, it only takes one bad experience. We usually visit in an evening, perhaps different staff.
