Subway in Preston

Slow service took ages to make 2 simple sandwiches and very expensive.

Not even prepared to leave a star rating. Food disgusting not only that just eat have no in sorting the issues out.

Delivery kept getting pushed back and food arrived freezing cold

Came on wrong bread as I can’t have this bread it can’t be eaten

Wrong sauce put on sandwich so didn't eat it.

Most of the order was incorrect. I ordered 2 diet cokes and 1 cherry coke. I got 1 Diet Coke and 2 cherry cokes. I ordered a side salad as described on Just Eat and got olives, gherkins and other salad we don’t like. I ordered 2 cheese and onion crisps and one that was baked. They were all normal, no baked. I ordered a double chocolate cookie and got a chocolate chip one. Not good at filling orders correctly.

Ordered said delivered and never arried

Just eat let me order- they accepted my order - turned out the place was shut & the driver had to ring me to ask to cancel the order as when he turned up it was shut. It wouldn’t allow me to cancel. The app told me it had been delivered waiting an hour before any contact from anyone. Tried to ring just eat but just put the phone down

Driver couldn't find address and couldn't follow simple instructions

Got served by 2 beautiful woman who was really friendly and polite, the shop was clean and tidy, the subs is a amazing plus you get unlimited drink, I would be at this place every day if I lived close enough but I will have to try and make another journey just just to see them again, thank you so much and take care hope to see them both again

Cheese missing off sandwich, bread been toasted too long. No lettuce on other sandwich, no red salt on wedges or sauce.

Much better subway than the Tulketh Mill branch. Better portions and better taste. Thank you you have restored my faith in subway :-)

Lovely fresh food, exactly as ordered. Delivered hot to my doorstep. Quality, tasty and fresh ingredients.

Used ham ( I asked for turkey))and the bread tasted stale only had a bite once I realised it was ham

Great food, arrived hot & toasted as requested. Meatballs nice and juicy not dry. Everything fresh and nothing missing. The Chipotle X Hot is really nice.

The food was completely bashed up and looks inedible. Portion is so much smaller than usually received if I go to store.

Got the meal deal for two, meatballs dry and hard. The breakfast sub was good however the bottle of Pepsi never turned up and the cheese balls side was soggy and mediocre at best. Subway in general is getting more and more expensive however the quality is getting worse! No value for money at all! Can only report whole meal as missing through just eat and not claim for the individual missing items which means I will not get a refund for the missing Pepsi which is annoying but I guess this is a just eat issue.

Polite friendly and food was still warm.

Out of all the subways in Preston this is the best one. When you ask for double meat you get it, they give the right sauce and the salad box is full. Worth the money. Fresh ingredients and quickly delivered.

The lid on the sauce wasn’t secured properly and it had spilled out all over the chicken bites.

Food was freezing cold, could not eat anything, extremely disappointed. The only positive was the delivery driver contacted me to inform me of his whereabouts.

Ordered mega meat salad. You've only put meatballs on. Sandwich also came with things we hasn't ordered.

Wasn't given the bread I requested and what I did get was very tough. Gristle in the chicken too. Will not return

Rude staff. Waited over 5 minutes to be served, but the staff didn't want to serve customers they wanted to do prep. Basically got told that if I can't wait then leave.

I like my dinner n drink from there

I ordered my meal, went to pay, my card isn't contactless and was told that the card machine was broken, it was contactless only. As I didn't have any cash on me I had to leave without my meal. A sign warning customers would be a good idea, or fix the machine.

Welcoming, clean Subway, with friendly helpful staff. Will definitely visit again. 5 star, food fresh and tasty. 100% recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not open when it Claim it is online, even sign in windows “open”.......but it’s shut? Waist of my fuel and time
