Chillies Takeaway in Preston

Used to order lots before the refurbishment. Pizza offer has gone up in price dramatically and I only asked politely how the price has increased by £6 I got shouted at and belittled by the guy over the phone. Yes I have always bought the pizza offer from here for £11. You always sold at this price. Don't need to be trampy over the phone about it.Will never spend a penny in here after being spoken to in this way.

Chillies has been closed for a refurb for a while. We noticed it had re opened so nipped in What a disappointment!!!! Half the menu has disappeared!!! Prices up!!! No curries No kebab rolls No samosas - they haven’t run out, they don’t do them anymore plus 1 guy running the shop!!! Food tasted different in a bad way, not nice at all….. garlic bread with cheese absolutely tasteless…even the chips tasted awful!!! The shop also looks like a holding cell!!!! 😂😂 Take your money elsewhere, there’s way better takeaways out there.

It’s currently shut as there having a refurb. But we order regular at Chillies, the kebabs are amazing. I’ve tried 2 different places since Chillies has been shut and I can’t wait for them to be back open! Best take away in Preston by far.

We had a shared 12.50 meat wrap it was very tasty so much on it and we shared the meal great value great tasting you have to try it excellent

Not keen on how they chop up the meat on the kebabs, little tiny pieces makes the meat easy to overcook .

Would give this place a 0 star but unfortunately you can only give it a 1 star The service and food you get from chilies is shocking I'd avoid this place as there are much better take always around the local area

The best garlic bread with cheese I have ever had! The burgers and chicken burgers are lovely fresh and filling... My favourite though the garlic bread 😋🤤

pizzas are similar to many takeaways and isn't unique like the pizzas from Mamas Pizza or Chesters

I had a delicious seekh kebab with nan bread, salad and garlic sauce. Succulent kebab, tasty nan bread with black onion seeds, and all at a nice price served with pride in their cooking..... you could just tell.

Tried first time and very disappointed and would not recommend anyone based on my experience. I ordered kebabs with sauce separate and was under the impression that the sauces would be free as it was supposed to come with the kebabs anyway and also the guy who took my order did not mention that i have to pay for the sauces when ordering separate. I went to the shop to collect my food and find out that they had charged for the sauces. When i asked the guy on the till about the price, he talked very rudely, customer service was very poor!! I was happy to pay and also paid, just my problem was i was not made aware that the sauces would cost when ordering separate. After all this i was at least expecting the food to be tasty but the food was awful!

I've been coming here for years, and I have not had any bad experiences with the takeaway in all of the time. Food quality is excellent and not at extortionate prices. Food prepared while you wait.

Garkic breead with cheese is amazing

My best takeaway by far we order kababs all the time they are so tasty cannot fault at all tonight we had a curry night chicken jelfrazi and chicken korma with rice and naan it was so delicious cooked to perfection as always thanks guys deffo will be back

Bought 3 naans here a few weeks ago. Only charged me 3.00 ao gave me a 60p discount. Nice little place.

Got 4 pieces chicken with fries the chicken not nice not cooked properly and chips tasting like cardboard and payed £5.60 and everything too expensive 👎

AVOID THIS TAKE AWAY. PAID £5.50 FOR KEBAB ROLL... ALL THEY DID WAS PUT 3 FROZEN KEBEBS IN THE MICROWAVE AND ROLLED THEM INTO NAAN. When i took a bite I was like I've had these kebabs before.. checked my freezer I had the same ones which cost £8 for 20 kebabs and these guys charge 5.50 for a roll. Rip off isn't even what comes to mind this straight up robbery the scums. I even called them but the dude kept saying we've been selling these for 15 years, so I said you've been ripping people off for 15 years that's what. I told him Naffiyah charge 3.50 for kebab roll but the kebabs are made in house and are fresh so how can you charge 5.50 for microwaved food he went silent and I said do what you do but it's wrong to charge that much for microwaved food. If I would've known I would've asked for naan only and had the same kebabs at home. I am very disgusted will never be going back there again. And I do not recommend people to go there as they are a complete rip off. And charged me for sauce the c****s.

I found this place a little on the pricey side in relation to the portion sizes, however the food we had was very tasty and of good quality... if you turn up without first ordering, expect a quality waiting time..

Being not to far from where I live it's not a bad takeaway. It only does your basic curries compared to the proper Indian cuisine restaurants. But it's good if you want a basic curry.

Not been for a long time, rang on Saturday 11th November about 5.45. After ringing twice to ask were my order was all I got from them it'll be a few minutes. An hour and half later it came, driver said only one driver on, food wasn't hot only warm. My partner heated his food up but with me being diabetic I was hungry and ready to eat. I complained and again no I'm sorry. So I won't be going back here.

a joke! £18 worth of food hour and a half wait!!!! excuse there's only one driver...food stone cold had to heat chips and breads curry in microwave...wont be going again.. so other takeaways who are busy not 1hr 30 min wait just the three orders..a curry a kebab. and donna bun...WASTE of £18 ...you always hear odd bad review but we thought it be good.. now told get another if cold..but waiting another hour and half.. for new food forget it to hungry...food really cold no joke all heated in microwave but only one driver excuse..

Ordered food which was 20 mins late and on arrival the order was wrong, missing a pizza, some dips and cans of pop and when rung was told that I couldn't have the cans as I didn't order a meal(I ordered 2 chicken burger meals) it then took an addition 15 mins to come and was promised a free garlic bread and cheese but when dropped off I questioned it and he said we already had it? It was dry bread without cheese and burnt we couldn't even eat it, not without our cans of POP!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. My pizza was raw underneath so I rang them and they didn’t care. Rude customer service. Would advise not to order from here. Poor food.

Amazing food! Their curries and their pizzas are great and delivery is always on time. Good job lads.
