House of Burger in Preston

Amazing food, lovely staff, 100% worth every penny. We both had the Grizzley burgers and a side of the Down N Dirty loaded fries, one of the best and juiciest burgers I’ve tasted in a long time, and the loaded fries were awesome! Cute and quiet atmosphere aswell! Will definitely be visiting again thank you! ☺️

Great beef burgers. Crispy edges and just have an amazing taste. The burgers are well made and the loaded fries are to die for. Service by the gentlemen at the front desk is worth a round of applause. Great job guys inshallah this business continues to thrive. Only things I would say to improve... 1. Layer the loaded fries so it's fries meat cheese repeat. Just so the ingredients are evenly spread. 2. Jazz up the atmosphere slightly. The place needs a bit of decor to make it worth sitting in and gaining more attraction. Other than the above nothing to complain about.

The food was Ok. Seems to lack variety in the menu. More suited for take out rather than dine in.

Tender, melt in the mouth burger. Great combo of flavours and the sides went very well with the burger. Will go again and highly recommend.

Only cons no pros at all "No trained staff" Worst ever experience I had in this stupid place I had the delivery from Here , the man working there asked me to wait for 2 mins and he took 17 mins , I was still waiting and asked him if it's done he was just out of mind and yelling on me using profane words no proper trained staff here worst job they do, shouting on customers takes him no where. He should shut his shop if not interested to do his job 😡😡This incident happened today i.e., on 27-01-2023 time 8:30 pm "To House of Burgers owner- If You want run a good business please train your staff properly how to respond to customers." If there was an option of giving a negative rating I would have chosen that.

Cheese burger was super nice (I had The Big Cheesed) Their cheesy fries are also amazing! Their cheese sauce makes the above things 10/10! Never change this cheese sauce its on point. The way the "Nashville" items are marinated/powdered just wasn't for me at this place, tried their "The Chicks On Fire" but it just felt like it was dunked in a whole lot of Nashville marination powder, the same exact issue with the Nashville Wings, although the wings were super tender! The Nashville taste was just not for me. I would definitely try the wings again but definitely not "Nashville".

Worst behaviour of stafff today there dnt know how to behave with customers and delivery drivers and food was worthless wast of time to go here

Fantastic customer service. Ordered a bunch of burgers from here after realising our usual spot for takeout was closed. Glad that occurred as the food from here is clean, good quality and very tasty. Easiest 5 stars. Thanks for the food.

Had the chicks on fire burger, chicken was clean and perfectly cooked and not dry! The cheese came separately in a tub so the burger wasn't soggy on arrival. Chips were the perfect amount of crunch, seasoned with red salt. Definitely recommend, the quality of the meat really stands out.

Great Food, the family had both the chicken burgers and the smash burgers. Everyone liked their food as the quality ingredients came through. Quickly becoming my favourite and go to place for burgers in Preston.

I got The Chicks On Fire burger, amazing taste and portion size. Good food spot (very spacious) and most importantly the service we received was amazing. A very good first time experience, we will definitely be back again.
