Last night staff did nothing, even when called to assist during a homophobic attack by one of their customers. If there was a rating for lack of humanity, then they'd come top of the class. For goodness sake, have some common decency and morals.

Earlier i had a doughnut that tasted like heaven and this restaurant tasted like a soggy cold miserable hell the food was absolutely flavourless we ordered a portion of fries and they never delivered it even after we told them the staff had no manners if i could i would give - 100 stars they were way to overpriced for a family meal costing 40 bucks never would recommended it tasted like cardboard I recently went to Liverpool and that restaurant was 10000000 times better never go here save yourself from this nightmare also they screwed up our order never come its like hell

I walked in to an absolutely deserted shop with one elder gentleman serving. I only wanted something to accompany my delicious Pizza from John Papa next door. I asked the gentleman if his Doner was fresh. I was polite and spoke to the man in his mother tongue. He assured me by pointing to a full spit of Doner saying it'll be a fresh cut. I ordered my Chips n Doner and went out for a smoke content in the knowledge that my order would be handled by someone who definitely understood my request. I was so wrong! What I opened once home was curdled, hard, brittle thick cuts of stale doner with fat markings in the slices. It was cut raw and left to sweat off the day in a Bain Marie. I can describe its texture to be like cheap Jerky bit without any taste bar cardboard. The chips too were a sorry soggy undercooked state. It was atrocious and I'm being kind. Being in the heart of Fallowfield, student county, you should represent yourself better. You can get away with serving this tack to drunk 18 year old but have some shame. I feel you didn't earn that money, you robbed it from me. Had we not have conversed first, I wouldn't be feeling this sore. 3/10

Ordered a rice box, but I haven’t seen ay rice box was just portion rice with little chicken for £9.93, was worth £1 only. not recommended

Turned away for not being a student. Grew up locally, never seen such blatant division of communities in Fallowfield. They never have a problem serving me outside term time when it's quiet. At best rude, at worst, age discrimination.

What an excellent service from Pramod and Bhuvanesh at Fallowfield, Subway branch. They game me lots of options to choose the sandwich. They have gone above and beyond and they are an asset for Subway. Thanks Pramod and Bhuvanesh for the great service. See you again.

Loved this place as a student. Chilled atmosphere, large range of cheap tasty cocktails and great for food like burgers, chilli and loaded fries. Somewhere I could take my parents for food in the day and have drinks at night with mates.

A 10/10 every time. I ordered in the middle of the night and the food was piping hot and the delivery driver was extemely considerate of my neighbours and I really appreciate that. I've ordered from here 6 times now and can't see myself ever stopping! Ticks every box :)

Hamza and Rayhan provided amazing service, one of the best evenings we had with the family, food was to remember. They are always so nice in here.
