Allen's Fried Chicken in Manchester

Last night staff did nothing, even when called to assist during a homophobic attack by one of their customers. If there was a rating for lack of humanity, then they'd come top of the class. For goodness sake, have some common decency and morals.

I ordered rice on the menu it said spicy I got boiled rice. the hot wings was even hot or spicy. the garlic mayo consistency was like was it was liquid for I've never known mayo to be so thin. stick to other places not worth the money

The estimated time of delivery started at 21:15 then changed 10 times and i didnt get my food till 22:05 then the guy went to wrong house first

i accidentally sent my order to the wrong adress i only noticed once it was delivered i rang the delivery driver but he made it unclear if he would come bring it to the correct adress he asked for my code and ended the phone the app then told me it was delivered and i haven’t heard anything since idk what to do ive rang just eat they said it’s closed i’ve rang the restaurant he said they can’t do anything it’s been 23 mins now what do i do ??

Says delivered but nowhere to be seen he didn’t follow instructions

The stuff is very horrible to the customer I won't recommend to go here there was one delivery driver waiting before me is saying not ready not ready waiting for my chicken to pick up at least 15 minute you guys need to be very polite how to receive good feedback

Where do I begin, Allen’s fried chicken has been there for me through many hard times. I appreciate everything it’s done for me. Never in a million years did I think entering Allen’s Fried chicken on that random rainy night would change my life for the better. Firstly, I would like to thank the staff for creating such a loving, welcoming and safe space for other chicken lovers like myself. They always know what I want and always deliver beyond my expectations. I am always greeted with a smile and I always leave feeling content and satisfied. My go to Allen’s order would be the popcorn, chips, cheese and gravy meal with a Rio as a drink. This meal is so full of flavour and I can tell it has been made with love. They give a perfect amount of chips and popcorn chicken and the gravy is out of this world. One of my favourite meals for such a reasonable price. I have recently ventured off and started ordering other items from their large selection on their menu. The cheeseburger is a delicious and fulfilling item filled with so much flavour and again, love. The big daddy burger however is the superior option. Two fillets of chicken, 2 slices of cheese, a hash brown, mayonnaise and lettuce packed inside two buns, to die for. You can tell this is also made with so much love. Overall, I highly recommend Allen’s Fried Chicken to anyone in Manchester as the food is amazing, the staff are amazing and the whole atmosphere is superb. Thank you Allen’s.

Food is good but the delivery the rider was so impolite and came across as rude and when people are rude to me that really affects my opinion of using just eat

I ordered food it was meant to be delivered in 45 minutes I waited a hour and called the restaurant it never requested a refund and they said it was delivered when it wasn’t

asked for beef burger to be plain. no cheese, no salad and no sauce. it even says it on the delivery note. I rang the restraint when I placed the order to make sure they had the note and still it arrived with cheese on? really annoying. paid a lot of money. very dissapointed

Totally wrong order after 2 hours

I didn't get any delivery but tracking the order it says delivered,I have managed to speak with restaurant they say I should contact just eat.

The food is quite mid, it is an okayish fired chicken but nothing special. Smells of oil. They changed one of our items and sent us the wrong one. Their "healthy" salad was drenched in raw cheese.

The chicken strips from the kids meal was missing from the order

Ignore all of the bad reviews, this chicken is my favourite chicken, the best chicken I ever had no cap, boss man is friendly, chicken is boss. Great prices and great atmosphere, I would 100% take my wife here for our anniversary

Food quality and service is good as always however the family mixed meal is supposed to include 2 chocolate doughnuts which were missing as was theke it a tower meal burger hash browns and cheese on burger and extra cheese I pain for additional sadly

Really bad I ordered a spicy chicken burger meal with 3 chicken wings waited 3 hours it never came phoned the restaurant up they said it’s something to do with just eat and their driver all the others picked up the other order but apart from mine so my food was sitting there waiting to be picked up for 3 hours food would of been cold by then I said to the restaurant I don’t want cold food it’s bad service won’t be ordering from here again

Food was lovely.. unfortunately one of the burgers came with mayo on, when I asked for one plain. But other than that the rest of the food was absolutely lovely. Boneless chicken is perfect.

ah man what a shame I always usually have a good experience from here. but you guys have let me down tonight, popcorn chicken Luke warm, missed cheese off the burger and the chips are dead no salt regular or red which is part of the main reason I go here.

Delivered on time and rang me when outside. Food was still warm. only fault is driver did not exit their vehicle and I was reluctant to get my order from them, as I am aware this is dangerous.

Had an absolutely horrible experience. Had to call the restaurant multiple times. They never called me back, and the driver got lost trying to find my flat. So the food arrived cold and stale

All food was cold. Chips, limp and at best tepid. Half a pot of gravy delivered, again, questionable temperature . This isn’t the first time this has been delivered to me like this.

Over an hour n 15 minutes late, food was freezing cold, should of known as the last order I had I had items missing upon contacting the restaurant I was told I was a lire and the order was complete and the phone puy down I will not be ordering again

Working shifts at the hospital means eating at silly times. Ordered previously no issue. Received a tx saying driver in the way at 4am. Arrived at 5am. 1st issue we've had, will give the benefit of the doubt on this occasion.

Ordered from this place for the first time, it took well over an hour to arrive, they told me it had been delivered multiple times on just eat and there was nothing. I rang 10 times and there was no answer so I could not even get an update, just as I was about to cancel the delivery the driver shows up. The time we had to wait was ridiculous as we ordered around 1am and it came at almost 3am so you can imagine how fed up we were from waiting! Will not order from here again!
