Wasted 3 and a half hours waiting for this order to arrive on just eat (no exaggeration)! You cannot call the place the line was always busy. We ordered two meals. Won't be buying from here again!

Amazing service, amazing food. I forgot to add dips to my order so I ordered again and the company called me instantly and cancelled my second order to save me from paying delivery twice and sorted it out.

The wings are not spicy. Not in the slightest. No heat from them at all. So bit disappointing that the hot and spicy wings were not spicy. Decent quality wing. Just not spicy. 😔

The delivery driver was not able to find the address. i was waiting 45 minutes outside my address.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with just eat, one of the worst restaurants on the app. For starters, the food has still not arrived, 1.5 hours after ordering. I made contact with the restaurant and customer service was beyond disappointing. I expect a full refund as it has come so late that I can’t eat it until 8pm later on today because I am fasting. Absolute disgusting.

The milkshake spilled all over the chicken burger and chips, why would you have the food and milkshake together i don’t know if it was the restaurant or the delivery driver, Do Better!

The burger beyond disappointing. The chips were soggy and cheap. The milkshake was 3 something but not worth it. Overall, very disappointing.

Abysmal doesn’t even cut it. Absolutely shocking service, well none existent service. Was looking for the shop for over an hour and no answer on the phone. The food was not collected yet signed off as collected.

placed order with the restaurant at around 2:20am and was estimated to arrive between 3:05-3:25am. Come 3:25am our order was marked as delivered on the app yet nothing had arrived, we waited outside for a further 20 minutes and nothing appeared, after going back up to our hotel room i then received a text at 3:55am saying it had been delivered which it still had not been! finally the order arrived when the driver called me at around 4:15am, food was good but everything else terrible

They didn't have some of the items ordered so they just covered the food in cheese - I purposefully didnt order anything with cheese as I am intolerant- meant I couldn't eat the food

Sam the delivery driver got the food here quickly and professionally. Food quality was decent, BBQ beans were actually BBQ which is a first. Burger was juicy, a little sloppy but I personally like that. Chip portion was small, unseasoned and bland. Hot wings were really nice.

my food has not even been delivered to me! But saying they delivered it. I tried ringing them over 20 times and keeps saying USER BUSY. Google the address but the address is coming as Allen Fried Chicken instead of smokin burgers. This is ridiculous.

For a place called Smoking Burgers I had what was quite literally the worst, most lazy, pathetic burger I've ever eaten in my 27 years of life. Just a single cheap cheap piece of 'meat' with one not melted slice of processed plastic cheese ontop. The chicken wings were the lowest quality chicken wing as well, but that I could have overlooked if the burger had been even remotetly pallatable.
