Had Ramadan buffet there where had terrible experience, prevented offering tap water. The most worst part the rat poison was on kids reach

Food was absolutely delicious especially the mix grill it had so much variety in the grill with the lamb karahi it was absolutely amzing id recommend this to evryone

Tasty food and freshly prepared. We ordered a la carte. We ordered Seekh kebabs, Lamb Karahi, with 3 rotis, chicken tikka naan, chocolate cake. It was really good value. Thank you.

Shameful methai is stale and when I opened the box this is what was inside a few dried up pieces, minus the couple I tried but still this is disgusting the young guy at the counter was rude taking to his friend while I was clearly waiting to be served then made me feel as if I was making it an inconvenience for him to do his job. He didn’t weigh methai so I believe knowingly overcharged me for few pieces of out of date food. This is shocking how they are allowed to treat paying customers like this. Too many decent alternatives out there will never step foot back in here.

Simply the best buffet in Manchester, right at the start they serve each table with a freshly cooked mix grill which is worth the entire price itself. Staff are very polite and parking right at the back.

Just purchased chicken pastries , filling was very little about 5 grams which is really bad. Customer buy chicken pastries because of filling not for pastry. Sanam needs to pay attention on quantity and quality. Very bad experience.

We visit the longsight sanam restaurant it’s a Lovely place with nice food and atmosphere we have had the buffet a few times and also tried breakfast and lunch menu. The staff is absolutely amazing very respectful and looked after us very well as we had babies with us the staff made it very comfortable. Lovely friendly staff with very good customer service would definitely recommend to go with family also lovely place to relax and enjoy with friends and family

A great place for a buffet, breakfast, lunch etc. You name it, you can do it. Really nice fresh food.

The buffet food is very tasty and fresh. Naan are prepared as per request and go extremely well with the curries. Fried and bbq items are tasty. Options in sweet are limited and can be better. Ice cream is cheap quality, Gulab jaman are fine. Kheer, cakes and jello can't expect to be any better. They have raised the price for buffet dinner and for the price I don't think it is worth going anymore. You can park in Lidl's parking and walk in from the back entrance.

Bought jalebi from them, they put cold jalebi at the bottom and couple of warm ones at top, cheeky liars.

The food is very good with plenty of choices. The salad was a bit basic and I would have preferred more salad options. We ordered sweet lassi but were given mango lassi which was not great.

The food was brilliant especially the karahi and biryani which was proper Desi style. Staff were very good and hospitable. The tables and overall restaurant was very neat and clean. I visited this restaurant for the first time but will definitely go again and highly recommend it.

The buffet was not worth the money, disappointed much... No much varieties and food seems to be not freshly made.. Even the dessert was not great.... Really had a bad experience.. The milkshake was just like having chocolate water.. Do not recommend this buffet

An excellent Buffet place not to be missed in Manchester. Adults pay £17.99 each and children pay only half. A array of dishes every single dish perfectly made, served piping hot. The service was quick, making sure every single pot is refilled timely. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. We have been here so many times over the year, but never tired of the food. Few dishes that I would recommend is lamb biryani, haleem, gajar halwa and today’s special on the point.

What a lovely restaurant and their staff! We visited for lunch, I thought it would be expensive but they are really affordable. Food taste was delicious, big portion and worthy for couple of people (us). Inside atmosphere decent with their relaxing music 🎼 system. Their staff was very friendly and hospitable. We were really amazed by their hospitality. Specially the long hair brown boy and middle aged man. They were amazing. Even they didn’t forget to gave our food in a takeaway box.

They do have limited food they only serve one time a person even manager stands behind you, how much you are serving in your plate, worst management no ethics, they abuse customers.

Breakfast was awesome. Halwa puri, Chanai, nihari, paya.. loved everything. Sweet lassi made my day. The only issue is the parking. Parking for 3 cars only at the back. You can park for Upto 2 hours at LIDL car park though

You will get Indian and Pakistani sweets. Sweets are good. I have tried Lamb Samoa and chicken patties. Patties was excellent. I have tested there sweets that's also tested nice. The price is reasonable 5 pound around 8 to 10 sweets.

Used to be the go to for Metahi but bought it for family recently was dry and hard, no taste either. Very disappointed

We have been going to Sanam longsight for Eid for over 10 Years. Due to some issues we took a break last year but after getting reassurances from the Management we gave it another go. This Time Management and Chef both did not disappoint. It was Extremely beautiful set up upstairs in a Big hall. Neat and Clean tables and the hall. Everyone enjoyed the food this time around from BBQ to Fish and all the Curries were piping hot and fresh as it was promised. Manager Shafeeq Sahab was very cooperative as well. We (70+ People) had a very nice Eid where everyone get to meet each other. I’m glad to say that we’ll continue to come back here every Eid provided they maintain the same standards and improve it further inshAllah. Keep up the Good Work

Awesome Buffet 🤤, Lots of variety.

😠not able to leave a zero rating, as this is unavailable. On recommendation from a work colleague, myself and my wife, called in at around 3 p.m. the place was clearly not fully open and after waiting for around 10 minutes I walked over to the dessert counter, where a young man was working, to ask when we could return , he completely ignored me ,walked away. I waited another few minutes, expecting him to come back with an answer, yet he just carried on completely ignoring us. We left, totally and utterly shocked.

This is a magical place......!! Dont trust me? Try youeself from DAAL TILL MUTTON EVERYTHING TASTES THE SAME (I mean no taste it was tasteless) How do they do it ? I have Not a clue Well i was lucky enough cos i didn't go to the toilets

Originally came for nafees but then sat here due to nice ambience and space. We ordered halwa puri, paya and naan. Halwa puri was good. Some room for improvement in halwa, which probably was mild sweet. Puri , chana and qchaar was really nice. Salty lassi was good but meethi lassi had some flakes of sukar, probably needed a bit more time in blender. Karak chai was too good in the end. Staff was really kind in suggesting we were ordering more halwa puri than required for 2 of us. Overall a nice experience.

Nice buffet food and plenty of seating. There is a car park at the back. No pizza though which is a shame. Worth a try.

Overpriced Buffet. Quality of food is not good at all. Tastes like Uncle Bens foods you buy in supermarkets. Sanam has gone downhill, in my opinion.

If you want low quality bad food where it tastes like mould then go here! I ordered some things and it tasted vile like the food tasted so old like so stale and the tea tasted like water no flavour it had me question if they knew how to make tea Go elsewhere!!!

Everything was good apart from dessert. I asked If the cake had nuts and he's looks at the cake and goes no. Because I saw green what looked like pistachio I left it. He then said I know the chocolate brownies are ok. My son put a bit in his mouth and it started to tingle. On leaving the manager informed us the brownies had nuts in.

Below average food, Average service, And 0% hygiene. Will not recommend to anyone until they don't improve in all .

We ordered dahi bhale (11-03-2023) and it was finished, instead of telling us they just give us channa bhale(all the left over) 😂, When we asked to them for it, after checking he says sorry sir it was finished and you can order anything else 🙂

Amazing food. Visited on a Friday and wasn't that busy, maybe that's why we enjoyed the buffet more. Service was on point. You got to try their Chicken soup, Paya, Nihari and Chicken biryani. The only constructive criticism is around the value of money. Per person price is almost the same as the Royal Nawab but the food variety is far less than the Nawab's. Would I go back to Sanam's, definitely yes.

Lack of customer services skill. When try to eat food manager said we have 90 minutes to eat buffet. I like the taste of food but dirty toilets and manager who was treating guests that they are like beggars . I hope they should learn how to treat customers well. I will think twice to recommend anyone to visit there.

Decent enough buffet - restaurant was not busy, but the staff were engaging and also bought over fresh grilled food directly to the table (platter of chicken tikka and lamb chops). We also had some fussy eaters in our party and they asked for fresh naan and kebabs and they chefs catered for them well. 1 star lost as felt kid options were limited for the price (really only chips and pasta). Generally found it to be clean, reasonable options available and food fresh.

Very limited dishes for the price charged. We rang before we went and we were informed that mixed grill and lamb chops are available on request however when we got there we were informed that they don’t do this after 6? When the restaurant opens at 5? We went at 7 and tbh this was appalling. Most of the limited starters were old, cold and microwaved.The Sauces were also off. Mains were ok. Service by the staff was poor and abrupt. It use to be better than this we were very disappointed yesterday.
