This sweet shop is a gem — the gulab jamun, ras malai, and barfi were all fresh, rich, and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The shop was clean, beautifully presented, and the staff were polite and helpful in recommending popular picks. Perfect place to grab mithai for celebrations or just to treat yourself. Highly recommended!

Horrible place most pans were empty had to keep on telling staff to fill pans up service complete crap would not recommend at all.

Slam. I enjoyed buffet on Sanam restaurant with family on weekend. Although It was a busy day but service was excellent with brilliant staff. Food was best and all desi style. My Kids enjoyed deserts and drinks as well. Thanks for marking our trip memorable.

I went to eat ras malai and i request for takeway and that time they said its okay if you want to eat in and i got eat in with my friends and at the time of billing they charged me £2 extra for eat in the manager behaviour was very rude and showing aggression toward his workers.

The biscuit selection is nice and tasty... We ordered Samosas recently, but we were given no chutney with it like we asked for..

Went there after a year or so. It was an unplanned visit as the other buffet I was headed to didn't have any space. I did not regret the visit. They have less options compared to others but are cheaper and each dish is much tastier. The desserts were really tasty as well. The only disappointment was they only do 1 chicken salan(curry) and everything else is lamb. I don't eat lamb, hence, the mention. The management needs to renovate the place and promote it to attract the crowd. Overall I'd recommend them.

We were looked after very well by Shahid. He was so friendly caring and made us feel very welcome. The food was all so delicious. Service brilliant. Customer service is so important as clients come back just because the waiters are so good to them . Thank u Shahid

We ordered online and every single one of us got food poisoning. We had the jalebi too and felt like all the dishes where made in the same oil .Do not recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. We ordered puris and chana. Spent around 30pounds. The puris were clearly cooked in old, rancid oil. The smell and taste were awful. To make things worse, The puri tasted like it had been sitting out for a while or possibly reheated. Unfortunately, all of us fell sick with food poisoning shortly after eating. It completely ruined our day and made us seriously question the hygiene standards of this place. My mouth still tastes like that oil and I am under medication now. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and fixes their kitchen practices before someone else ends up in the same situation. Definitely not coming back.

We held our son’s birthday party he had an amazing time. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Excellent service. The food was amazing it catered for adults and children. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you for making his day so special.

Halwa poori platter was very tasty. Only thing missing in it was Aloo sabzi, in place of which there was Aloo chutney. Otherwise was great. Also tried Aloo paratha, was good.

Fantastic food and comfortable seating. Service was great everything was on time. Super Duper. But Sanam is now very very expensive.

I ordered 6 samosas today and they packed only 5 when i came home and checked my guests were waiting, it is raining today 26/02, after speaking to their staff on call they started ignoring and discard our calls, which is extremely dissappointing, therefore, i am leaving this review for all reading this dont go to Sanam sweets ever, instead go to Nirala’s they were way better than Sanam’s. Please note: it isnt about your £1.40 it is about the trust and loyalty with the customers but here we go. You better maintain your goodwill.

Brilliant service, the food was very nice. Will definitely be coming back with my family. The channay were really good, it had a nice kick to it. Halwa puri was perfect for one and very reasonably priced.

They personalised the cake on arrival with the song and candles after we finished buffet, making her day extra special so a thumbs up to the staff for the great customer service as always. Starter was ok.. All curry's taste is very horrible. Service was not good. I was waiting so long for nan bread. I wasted my money. Chips was so cold. I want toilet it was so dirty.

The manager was so dodgy I paid for my wedding deposit with card then on the wedding day he came in and rather obviously counted how many guests I had, he was probably annoyed I was actually 5 people under what I had paid for. He then insisted we pay the rest in cash! My Dad had to leave my wedding to get cash! Dodgy man, definitely pocketing some of the cash! Hope the owners read this and look into the manager!

The food here is absolutely amazing! Every time I visit with my family, we have a wonderful experience. The quality of the food, hygiene, and customer service is exceptional. Some of my favorite dishes include fish and chips, pilau, palak gosht, desi chicken, paye, nihari, cakes, gajar halwa, zarda, jalebi and so much more. I highly recommend to everyone visiting Manchester.

Enough space for people upstairs and downstairs, including a sweets shop and fresh jalebi. They have a buffet for lunch, dinner, and breakfast. Parking is at the back.

Me and my friends ate some golgappas (panipuri) and have some milkshakes as well. Food was very nice and behavior of the staff is so good . I appreciate all the staff team they give us good customer service.

Bought gajar halwa. It wasn't good taste. Called them and asked to taste by themselves and they agreed it's not good. When came back to return. I was shocked to know that even I as charged more. Won't recommend, even at purchase please check price list as well.

Fantastic customer service and good food

Ordered Pina colada, lamb karahi, raita, pilau rice and roti. Rotis were really nice. The karahi was very basic and lacked flavours. Pilau rice were okay but again flavourless. Raita was very sweet. Staff was good and professional 👍

Hi all I booked a birthday event tonight. Firstly I thought that it will be a normal event but when as the event went on it was amazing. Everything was very tasty specially the the dessert. Had brunch at Sanam. Ordered the chana and puri and nehari and naan and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and portion size was very good. I must mention the service from the waiter was on point unusual good for Sanam made the experience even better. Ordered the lemonade and lime didn’t really enjoy that.

Absolutely disgrace scammers. We ordered Indian Sweets from this Sanam Sweet house on Uber eats, paid full money, but received less than half of the Indian Sweets, bloody criminals.

Always go to this place with my family and friends for buffet, Very friendly staff,They always serve fresh food.

Came here last night for a meal. Wasn’t that busy. We were seated but then nobody came to take our drinks order. After 15 mins of tucking into our meal we called one of the waiters about ordering drinks and he said the drinks were there pointing to a table next to us . We all looked over and he was gesturing to another tables drinks. We had to tell him it was a separate table and not part of our group. As for the food, immediately as we sat down my nephew found a fly cooked with the fish on his fish batter. Reported it to the Manager who in fairness was apologetic and took the drinks bill off the final menu and gave us free jalebi. Even so it really put us off the food for the rest of the evening. Although we have been here before and booked events (and really enjoyed the food) the fish used last night was the cheap pangasius. The tandoori chicken was dry as was the lamb meat. Biryani was good , wings were exceptional as were the kebab but malai tikka was pink on the inside but tender. The waiter informed us it’s the masala? The kids enjoyed the dessert bar but the waiter at the desserts was getting annoyed that the kids were going back again and again. Parking is difficult as car park joined with the supermarket behind only have a few places. Unfortunately would not return again.

Sold me dried Black forest cake.Don’t believe the sanam staff because i asked staff that i only want to buy cake if cakes are fresh and he said its todays fresh cake..These cakes are for special occasions which you ruined just for few pounds….

Been coming here for years and never disappoints. The extensive mithai menu through the glass window is amazing. Get the ras malai, fresh jalebi, motichoor laddoo and lahori falooda. In terms of savouries, their chicken patties are always a winner and the Mrs. likes their samosa chaat. Buffet here is very nice too and well stocked/priced. All halal and good value for money. Staff always polite, courteous and accommodating.

I bought mixed sweets I've never eaten in my life. They are tasteless and not fresh. Nafees is the best compared to this tasteless Sanam Saweet. Unfortunately, Nafees is temporarily closed for some reason; otherwise, I used to go there specifically from Leicester.

I bought Sanam sweets 3kg,their staff cheated with me to serve very old and stinky smell in it,even I requested him I came from Bolton to buy this but he did not bother to sell old sweet,when I reached home then I rang in their shop to make a complaint so manager says I ask from staff why they served you old sweets instead he should apologise and offer me fresh sweet or refund but he was blaming on his staff.such a shame.I promise today myself I will never buy any stuff from Sanam Sweets.they are horrible people to ripping of their customers

The only thing to try here is chicken patties as no one else does like that, rest is all average so don't expect or waste money on trying the food or buffet as you would be disappointed.

After a long time I had crave to have a cake, so I went there and ask for a single piece of cake, which coast me £3.50. The taste was pretty bad and smell from cake was disgusting. I got really disappointed. The Sanam sweet never let me down before, but I think they are compromising on there quality, which is really shameful. The cake was definitely out of date.
