unclean，won’t eat next time After eating the steak sub from this shop, I still have a weird taste in my mouth even now. I've brushed my teeth and rinsed multiple times, but it's still there. When I first got the sub, that smell hit me right away—it was really unpleasant. I can't even imagine what caused it!

Food was decent but guy who served me didn’t let me know crisps are apart of the meal deal 🔪

they apparently cant read? ordered three times on uber eats and the food arrived wrong every time

This branch used to be our favourite because of the friendly staff and such warm environment. Used to come here alot because of the deals as a student but it's all so different now. When we came in, the person asked what do we want and then started saying yup now pay, be quick, be quick. Mind me, we just said what we want, the bread wasn't even out of the oven. It felt so weird because we were the ONLY customer in the shop when we were ordering. When we paid, a bunch of girls entered and the guy was all happy. It started feeling weird when he calmly asked them what they want, made their subs till the end and then asked them to pay. The food's good, the usual but the service was poor.

Friendly staff as always, with fresh toppings and a clean environment. Always a great experience!

Might be a good idea to have accurate opening times. Google and your site tell me you're open until 23:30, but then the store is shut at 23:13

Whoever was working today made my wrap 1/2 the size. Tried to speak the delivery services, were equally useful. Nail in the coffin for subway for me and my uni house

....It was sooo hot in the store it was unbearable!! Must still be in wintermode...😄 No real chatter from staff either,though I imagine studentworld fallowfield not really a please and thank you place......

Shop says it closes at 11:30pm online and worker there “Abid” was so rude and continued his phone call and ignored us. Very very poor customer service.

Had food from here today 14/02/23 . Got food poisoning and stomach is killing . Please don't serve food which is expired or not consumable . Subway standards are comprised and it's warning to any body to think 100 times before ordering this

I don't think the owner would be happy to know one of the staff closed early today, locked the door and turned off all the lights, standing in the back to avoid customers. Tried to get a late dinner at 11 and it was closed. If you can't be arsed sticking to your opening times, at least clock out.

Subway artist are really good at there job..like the subway food .

ive had the same order of a meatball marinara with cheese + toasted with onions and this takes the cake for the worse one. meatballs were bland, female server seemed annoyed at my request to spread out the onions more which didn’t seem like a big ask. very cold-shouldered staff. won’t be returning even when im desperate for food during a work break, which i was today.

Felix and her co staff (Asian Lad) which I didn’t ask the name, both were very humble and welcoming. Felix served us and listened to my supported person and gave him her full attention. Really pleased with the service. Also Felix managed to gave me one receipt which was helpful for me. Well done guys.

Absolutely shocking order not delivered to (me) called branch was not helpful went down to the store and paid for the order again absolute shamble as a company no professional contingencies to help the customer.

Popped in for lunch service was quick, and staff were really friendly. New bread with chili is great! Grabbed a meal deal. Restaurant was clean, ate in. Very happy!

Popped in for a sandwich at lunch. Meal deal, footlong on the new chili bread, steak and cheese with a little bit of everything, extra jalapeños and Chipotle sauce... PERFECT! 😊

Excellent service today from Richard. He wasn't overly chatty but what he was was attentive, he greeted everyone promptly, his attention to my order was spot on. The sub itself is the best I have ever had. I am delighted. So delighted I made the extra effort to leave this review! Good job Richard! Now....back to this sub.

Esta es una buena franquicia, limpia y no excesivamente molesto cuando usted pide más de algo. En la mayoría de las ubicaciones de centro de la ciudad pidiendo más jalapeños le dejará con un total de 3 más. aquí al menos te dan una pequeña chanchulleros. Limpio y educado.

We visit Aljumeirah on sat evening The food were excellent, service was great the place was mazing also glad to be there with family cant wait for weekend to come and we have a great breakfast again keep it up..

They make sandwiches, take them to the till and you pay for them ! Used this branch a few times and got absolutely no reason to complain. Never out of stock on anything.

Cheap deals, great sandwiches and bread. Always enjoy a good herb and cheese BMT. Service with a smile is always appreciated and I get that every time here!
