Worst customer service ever experienced. You will be waiting for 2 hours to wait for food they told you will take 30 minute. The worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life when it comes to poor customer service. Beside that, everything else is spot on. If you’re hungry and looking to eat, this is not the place as you will get served once you have already lost your appetite.

We visited HQ Manchester on a Saturday evening. It is located in the heart of Fallowfield and we found it a little inaccessible as it isn't on either a metro or train route. As I have no problem with spicy food I thought the menu covered a wide range and varied with plenty to pick from, my wife on the other hand found it limited as she likes milder dishes. The food was tasty enough and it would have been given a 5 circle review only for a circle being knocked of the the following 2 reasons. . 1). The service was really slow and at times it was unclear if someone worked there or was a customer. But on the other hand the guy that did serve us was really friendly so no complaints there. 2). The drinks were expensive. Two rounds of a large Gin & Tonic and a Red Wine totalled over £35. We fortunately had a Living Social voucher which pulled it back to a reasonable amount spent but at normal prices and due to its location we won't be returning any time soon if at all. Pity really because I enjoyed what was on offer.

As I first timer, I would highly recommend this Nigerian restaurant. The food was amazing and Henry was very friendly and approachable. I’ll definitely be coming here again and again.

We came here to try Nigerian food- and it was absolutely phenomenal. We had a couple of the main plates to share and it was amazingly cooked: a nice variety of meats, stews, rice and plantain. It had also had a good kick to it. Would defo recommend it!
