Ordered a rice box, but I haven’t seen ay rice box was just portion rice with little chicken for £9.93, was worth £1 only. not recommended

Peri peri burger is delicious. Shakes are also perfect.

Burger had a small chicken strip not a fillet less than half the small bun awful also not soft very hard chicken. Can provide pics

First time eating here. Ordered in the shop 3 meals to get home and 1 meal missing. They said if I order another Burger online they will send a free meal - what a joke. And the food I did get was extremely dry and over cooked - cost £24.00. Refused a refund. Really bad food and even worse service. Waited 22 minutes in the shop for my incomplete overcooked order. So angry they are allowed to operate

How can fast food be the “flavour of sport”🤔🤔? Very confusing marketing.

Food was being prepared for an hour, and then both sides were missing which I paid extra for. Won't bother next time. THE BURGER HAD A WHOLE BONE IN IT!

I ordered very peri yesterday. It was absolutely amazing. So tasty. I'll definitely come back here. Also customer service is good. The ambiance of the shop is excellent.

We had the classic chiken burgers meal and oreo and Kinder bueno milkshakes. The chiken is very fresh, big and tasty! The best I had ! As for the french fries they were my favourite super crunchy slim and just perfect! The kids loved their milkshakes. Everything from burgers to chips and drinks were simply top 5 stars! Highly recommended 🙌🏼

Went in and asked for the 2 for 1 deal they were doing on the chicken sandwich. I got piked up when i collected my order so was unable to return. When i opened it there was hardly any chicken on either if the burgers, more coating. Absolutely rubbish, very poor. I think as they gave a 2 4 1 on uber they put less than half the amount in each burger. Very disappointed. Will never go again or recommend.

We ordered through Uber eats and I had a phone call that there wasn’t the correct items for my waffle so I they offered me a different one which I agreed to. I then asked for a milkshake for compensation of the messing around which the lady on the phone (who was rude) said they had no ice cream. I was passed over to the manager who I said “if you have no ice cream how will I get ice cream with my waffle.“ He then proceeded to tell me “he found the ice cream.“ I asked him not to lie to me and he said that he got the “ice cream from his own home!” He offered me free curly fries which I was grateful for. The burgers we ordered smelt really strong of meat and the waffle was stale - Covered in chocolate sauce to hide the fact it was old. The chicken and rice was plain and dry with no flavour or sauce. After the awful customer service and stale food I will not recommend ordering or eating from here.

Ordered meal with signature beef burger, wings and curly fries - excellent meal all around with grilled wings being favourites. Burger patty also really thick and one of the best takeaway burgers out there! Good value as well on top of it!

The burger , the chciken sandwich are spicy on the marinade level and spicy sauce all over them. What is the point. Why don't you advertise it as "spicy" instead of taking just people's money.

I visited the shop yesterday and ordered a classic burger. It was owsome 😋 🍔🍔🍟and the service was fabulous🥰 I always recommend to all of us.

We’ve been to other players but this one is hand down the worst. Our milkshakes were watered down, it tasted like the red cap milk bottles. We picked them off the counter, took a sip and threw them in the bin as soon as we left. Our chicken wings was undercooked and was horrible. The only thing they got right was our wraps and chips.

I ordered from here in two different occasions. One was off-peak: 11:30 am. The other was at 20:11 pm.(Thriller burger) The off-peak order was delicious. Crunchy chicken from outside and soft and juicy from inside. The peak-time was less to be desired. The chicken was soggy and barely warm. The inside was perfectly cooked. Problem is their packaging. It doesn't allow steam to escape and that can make the inside quite soggy. Conclusion: they can't handle peak-time orders. But if you go there when it's off-peak, expect a delicious burger. Update: Ordered again, but runner up this time. Wrong order delivered with cold food to top it off. Packing is still the same. Tomato thin as paper, lettuce is just useless in burgers if you chop them. Quality of food seems to be getting worse.

It was a really good experience. It was raining and my friend and I just popped in. We ordered cheesy fries and some wings with the snickers milkshake. It was soooo good- one of the best cheesy fries I've had and the milkshake so yummy. Also, very good customer service. Really good 👍

I ordered Player’s special Runner Up (beef) burger🍔🍔 last day. It was really spicy and delicious. The staffs who cooks food very fast and tasty😋😋😋 Customer service was very friendly. Highly appreciated and recommended😍🥰

Players have the best toilets always clean, the food is clean. Definitely recommend coming here best place to eat an get a quick quality bite to eat. Their chicken n rice is quality never had no issues. Lovely place well maintained I have to say on hygiene definitely a 10/10 of the scales!

rice box was overcooked, it was in lumps and it was delivered to me cold, the chicken burger was good and tasty

Ordered four chicken burgers and OMG received four buns with half a fillet in each bun was very disappointed, called the restaurant and was told by a women that we now cut a full chicken brest in half and send it out. Can not believe it what a rip off. Never again

Fried Chicken and beef burgers were tasteless There was no lettuce in burger ( as it has been mentioned in the menu which includes lettuce). Just the huge patty with no flavor. Only 1star for the fires! Won’t come back when they had 50% of student discount!

Try your luck here, 1/2 chance your burger will be lukewarm. Ordered four times from here. All from uber. It takes 11 min for the driver to reach my address. First order the food was perfect: Hot, crunchy chicken and juicy. Second order was lukewarm... and chicken was soggy. Third order was like the first one. Fourth and my Last order was lukewarm and chicken was super dry and soggy from the outside. All four drivers were on time.

Best Burger one can have. Must visit try burger with the shakes

Ordered to collect via uber. Restaurant confirmed the food is ready, but when I turned up the person serving shouted at me and told me it will be 15 mins more telling me my app is broken. I waited and after 15 mins he had not started my order. In the time waiting I could see him touching his face, scratching body areas and then handling food. His personal hygiene was terrible, store had a bad body odor smell from him so I cancelled my order and won't be visiting again!

They didn't deliver the other half of our order and we asked them to deliver the rest of it but hung up the phone. The staff are very rude. As for the food, It was okay. But I am giving a 1 star review for poor delivery, and not enough thorough checking.

Ordered 2 rice boxes, the rice given tasted like it was a day or 2 old, didn't taste fresh or warm at all, the chicken. As well was bland of flavor & dry . The basics of the food should have been a lot better, definitely won't be coming back here again.

Horrible place. Placed an order on deliveroo. They sent me crushed food. Put cheese on my food when tbey have not even advertised it. Chips were soggy and choose a drink for me thenselfs and thats 11 pounds. Avoid this place and go burger box instead

Runner Up Beef Burger w/ two patties + Player's Secret Sauce made it a 8/10. Also tried the Very Peri chicken burger on another occasion and would easily give it 9/10!

One of the best burgers in Manchester. Burgers are big, tasty and reasonably priced. Their wings are not that good though. Overall recommended.

I’ve tried every PLAYERS branch in MCR but this is my most favourite one. Their taste and food is a bit unique plus the setup is quite nice. Their staff is very friendly. !!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I tried out the peri peri burger for the first time, I'm not even kidding, it was the best Peri peri burger I've eaten in a long time.... It was grilled perfectly, juicy, spicy. Just the way I like it. I was blown away! You must try out their Peri peri burger here! I'm a fan!

Just been to players in fallowfield, omg the food was delicious and service was so friendly, if I could give 10 stars I would!, I had the runner up burger and 1 of the best burgers if had, even better then 1 I've eaten at expensive restaurants, the curly fries are delicious, I had the solid defence milkshake and definitely having again, with the waffles to finish- can't wait to come back xxx

Honestly one of the best Burger Joints in Manchester Fallowfield . I ordered a Double Fried Chicken Burger (Mighty Player). So flavourful and portion size was amazing. Anyone who likes Beef Burgers and isn't scared to eat a big burger should definitely try that one. I also ordered Wings which were well seasoned! Having a sweet tooth I also ordered a shake which to mention was massive! Can't fault this place one bit, amazing customer service with a unique atmosphere. Will be coming back for more!

What a lovely place in fallowfield I have been this place couple of times already BBQ wings and Very Peri burger meal was amazing the food were so delicious.I will definitely recommend PLAYERS food and cookie dough from desserts 😋
