Got headbutted as soon as i walked in by a local, then we had four drinks for us all and the table wobbles amd put all four drinks on the floor, complained to manager and he was useless so we left 25 pound down no drinks would not return!!!

Ordered through food hub got texts to say order was being made, money was taken then followed a message saying we couldn't have the order but no explanation and a refund will follow in 3 days. Food hub also gave the wrong information to the opening times of the restaurant. Paying money out for nothing is highly unfair,will never order again and people should definitely consider ordering from here. I trust the refund will go in as promised.

Waited for are food for nearly 2hrs on a Sunday afternoon which was soggy and cold when we got it, couldn’t even get the order right, this was a family meal for my husbands birthday, I am absolutely appalled at the service that was provided, would never ever use these again, food was not even that nice.

Fuming with this place . Every time I go to this place an get home 3 miles away there’s always something missing , todays visit I got home after ordering 3 fries an Big Macs and drinks there was only 2 fries , the time before that there was no Big Mac after ordering over £50 worth of food because we had visitors , “ DEFINITELY WONT BE GOING THERE AGAIN “

Waited 10 mins in the drive through, watching all the aimless youngsters just chatting whilst 1 was cooking, eventually get home and the 10 piece variety meal only had 9 pieces?? No wonder there on minimum wage as they can’t even count! Hunts cross is the worst franchise I’ve been to !

Sister and mum are vegetarians. Ordered a veggie wrap, came in the wrong coloured box, asked why, were told they’d ran out by some hard faced girl. My little sister then opened it to check to see it was chicken!!! Complained to the girl and asked for a refund. Hard faced girl then refused, after backwards and forwards asked for her name to complain, she pulled her name tag off and refused. Asked the managers name and email address and where told she doesn’t have to give us anything and to basically f*** off!! Never again! Vile vile staff!

Dear Dominos Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23. To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location. This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and questioning the professionalism of your brand. People rely on timely and accurate deliveries, and this incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to meet these basic expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes: An explanation for the wrong address delivery time and time again. A commitment to prevent such occurrences in the future. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. If these matters are not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but reaching out further to your head office and sharing my negative experience with others, if this is to happen again all food delivered here will be discarded and your brand will be damaged by not only my feedback but another disgruntled person who has not got their food. Pedí comida a las 11:30, que eran patatas fritas, arroz, salsa de curry y costillas. Como no se había entregado a la hora especificada, llamamos por teléfono y no obtuvimos respuesta tres veces. Una vez que terminamos, preguntamos si tenían cubiertos de plástico ya que no teníamos ninguno en el hotel en el que nos estábamos quedando, en lugar de responder a nuestra pregunta, colgaron sin decir nada. Volvimos a llamar para preguntarles si sabían cuánto tiempo sería para que nos dijeran "está muy ocupado, el conductor sale" y colgarnos de nuevo. Esperamos otros 40 minutos y todavía nada, para ese momento eran las 1:20 am. Llamamos de nuevo y el hombre de nuevo en el teléfono dijo "Dije que conduzca en camino" y colgó de nuevo. Me horrorizó la actitud del hombre que contestaba el teléfono. Ahora entiendo que puede estar ocupado, pero tratar a un cliente con tanta arrogancia es terrible, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que estábamos esperando 2 horas por nuestra comida, que ni siquiera sabíamos si seguía llegando, ya que en justeat decía que había sido entregada. cuando no lo había hecho. La comida no era terrible, pero tampoco excelente, faltaba algo de comida, pero no nos molestamos en llamar por teléfono porque no podíamos molestarnos con la molestia y especialmente porque era tarde. No lo recomiendo aquí en absoluto.

So not in keeping with the rest of the store. It looks good but the menu is sparse, poor, expensive and slow. Would not venture here again.
