KFC in Liverpool

Waited 10 mins in the drive through, watching all the aimless youngsters just chatting whilst 1 was cooking, eventually get home and the 10 piece variety meal only had 9 pieces?? No wonder there on minimum wage as they can’t even count! Hunts cross is the worst franchise I’ve been to !

Ordered a Zinger ricebox, got it after 20 minutes totally cold. Asked a very tall staff named Claron to worm it up and he start laughing saying is very hot. He engaged in an useless argument. Eventually manager sort out but this tall guy....should be more respectful with clients.

First time with the grandkids Chicken nuggets and chips x2 for the kids The chips were cold and dry The chicken nuggets were cold and taste less We had 6 pieces of chicken with chips Chicken was warm the batter was soft not crispy and full of fat The chips were cold and soggy Serviettes we’re not available Would not bother My 7 year old grandson said he was disappointed and would not want too come back

I took my grandchildren for a treat to KFC Hunts Cross Liverpool. There was no organisation or concern for customers, everything seemed to be so lax and unprofessional. I needed to speak to a member of staff regarding my order but nobody was interested to see what I wanted, they where just standing around laughing and messing about. To top all that the food was awful. I will take my custom elsewhere from now on, KFC is definitely not a place I will give my custom to if that’s how they treat their customers. Extremely disappointed.

This has to be the worst kfc by far. Totally over staffed at the time I visited yet made to wait for over 10 mins for cold food. If zero was a rating I would tick the box staff to busy talking about what the are planning for there evening. Servings all be it cold was some what very poor in portions to reflect the price. Made my feeling know only to be addressed with a blank looking face customer service at it best for this place. Food in bin and totally out of pocket. Avoid

Worst KFC ever! Never had a single order correct, multiple orders with items missing and twice I’ve order for delivery and my order has gone missing! Avoid this branch at all costs, it’s a joke! If you really want a KFC go to the one in Garston.

ordered my food on ubereats for the first time to try. Got our sides and drinks completely different to what we ordered! Completely ruined the meal. So disappointed as it says on the bag "sealed and checked". Loved to know who checked it, obviously didn't!!

Just been in this kfc and witnessed the red haired girl sorting the food out being abusive and horrible to one of her colleagues behind his back....bully!!!!

Fui a la unidad - a través de pedir comida. , mi pedido era muy simple y lo estropearon literalmente, podían ver que el restaurante estaba vacío y todavía corrían como pollos sin cabeza. Necesitan hacer una capacitación seria con el personal, especialmente con los gerentes.

This has to be the worst KFC ever filthy, cold food and utterly offensive unfriendly staff who nearly throw the food at you and don’t say a single word hello, thankyou...nothing

Very average, the reason for 2 stars and not 3 is because I got home and they’d forgot to bag the gravy. Chips were horrible too. Won’t visit again.

Who on earth runs these places? I know the staff are probably on minimum wage but they could try and get things right. I’ve never been there and my order was correct. Surely it can’t be that hard? The staff are aggressive and rude. There must be people out there who want to do a good job, no matter what they do.

Treated myself to KFC on Friday and little did I know its the surprise that kept giving still today. Food poisoning. Absolutely disgusting. Staff are more worried about sugar tax warnings than the food quality.

Staff are rude & unfriendly. Food was like rubber, & chips were cold. Never will I visit this kfc again. It wasn’t busy when we visited & there wasn’t one clean table to sit at.
