Chesters Great Tasting Chicken in Liverpool

Waited for are food for nearly 2hrs on a Sunday afternoon which was soggy and cold when we got it, couldn’t even get the order right, this was a family meal for my husbands birthday, I am absolutely appalled at the service that was provided, would never ever use these again, food was not even that nice.

Nearly broke my tooth on a chicken bone in the crust of my pizza. At least 2 bones in the one slice. Would give 0 stars if I could. Chips were completely raw too. The man on the phone was rude and pretended not to understand what I was saying to him, asked for pictures of the bones and then had the nerve to tell me they're just small bones and that happens!!!! I asked for a refund as the food was completely inedible and I had to put all of it in the bin then. The man told me i would get one off just eat in 24 hours, but he told just eat what I was saying was not backed up by the picture proof I sent! Absolutely disgusting. Myself and my fiancé are poor students just trying to enjoy our holiday in Liverpool. Can't believe the rudeness and scamming.

Yet again the chips were undercooked, the food was not that hot and the order took longer than was advertised. Very poor service and quality of food. We have them another chance but again the food was awful and undercooked. I am not happy about having to pay for such disgusting food.

Absolutely disgusting .. It's totally tasteless just I feel it's like boiled chicken.. Feel just waste of money.

If there was an award for having the longest delivery time, this “chicken shop” would win it. The waiting time was unbelievable, how is it even possible for a shop to be open for so long with waiting times over one and a half hours? Joke.

This place needs shutting down. Vile inedible food. Brown lettuce mushed in to bun. Veggie burger has a funny taste so can’t even eat it without the bun. Chips vile.

I was just waiting 2:30 hours the food was nothing cold and when i was called them they got aint respect 😡😡😡😡🤯🤯

Ordered through Uber eats for Chester’s chicken. Waited an hour for my foot when expected delivery was 15 minutes. Finally got through to the place to be told I had to wait until 2 am (another hour for my food) or I would get no food and no refund. I had to put a complaint in with Uber ears to get my food. The con is they won’t use Uber eat drivers, only their own, so you can’t track orders. They deliberately did this in the hope people would just forget about the order and once they cancel you can’t review. I’m currently in a complaint on Uber eats about them

Food took over 2 and 1/2 hours to arrive. When food FINALLY arrived after 3 phone calls, it was freezing cold and soggy. Not edible at all. Only part we got to enjoy was the Pepsi! Absolutely horrendous service and delivery. DO NOT order from here

The food is very nice and it has a great smell and also the service is very good because they have great food and quality.

Always long on deliveries average an 1.5 hours if your lucky foods inconsistent but when it’s nice it’s a belter and the customer service is the opposite it of what it should be

Items missing from order - rang branch and asked for refund. Can’t refund as ordered via Deliveroo. AVOID

Took an hour and a half to be delivered, then had item missing. When I called they said it would be sent out asap, it never arrived.

Ordered couple weeks ago, was promised a free meal from their last mistake, when I called for my free meal they told me I was lying and offered me 1 pieces of chicken when i refused and asked for my meal they hung up and blocked my number. Avoid these people. Rude, disrespectful and not genuine. Also food wasn’t amazing but felt like I deserved my free meal.

Chicken was great. Chips were cold and like cardboard. There was nowhere near enough red salt on them. Would not recommend

Great service, fast hot food and very reasonably priced. Delivery service is also good. Always open until 4am

New owner took over in June/July 2020 Food is perfectly cooked and always fresh and hot. All the staff are friendly. Well done and keep it up.

Todo fue un desastre y una desilusión masiva. Lo tenemos entregado. Las papas estaban frías, empapadas y algunas estaban poco hechas. Las piezas de pollo estaban poco cocidas y la piel era muy picante, no se dio ninguna opción para especificar picante o no picante. Food arrived 1 hour & 40 minutes AFTER the estimated delivery time. Food was freezing cold and company was completely rude and refused a refund. I would not recommend to order from here ever. Absolute disgrace if a company!!

Not happy, missed a burger on the order, would not buy again. Apparently it's not easy to get a single order correct.

We ordered our food at 1:30 after a night out, we were told our food would get there at 2:15, we had pre-paid using card on just eat, fast-forward two hours and we were still waiting, we phoned up to ask how long our food would be, we were told the driver had just left and would be twenty mins to be abruptly hung up on. We waited for another half hour before calling them again at 4am not really wanting food anymore we were told that the driver was about to leave and would be twenty mins but at 4am we didnt really want our food anymore so asked for a refund only to be rudely told they didnt do refunds, food finally showed up around 4:20am. To add insult to injury our order was completely wrong and the food wasnt that nice either...maybe it was the sour taste in our mouths from having to wait for four hours really would not recommend

Tenía mis nietos estancia más y les encanta sur pollo frito así que no te preocupes ordenados un cubo lleno y una gran pizza fue todo un gran error, y la mayoría de fue en la papelera. Terrible, never try this. I ordered 2 pizzas at 1.30 pm and they arrived cold at 3.40 pm. They're not so good. Don't try this.
