Ordered through food hub got texts to say order was being made, money was taken then followed a message saying we couldn't have the order but no explanation and a refund will follow in 3 days. Food hub also gave the wrong information to the opening times of the restaurant. Paying money out for nothing is highly unfair,will never order again and people should definitely consider ordering from here. I trust the refund will go in as promised.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This place is the worse dessert place ever, over 2 hours late and absolutely freezing. I got past from 1 person to another for a hour then they kept putting phone down £3.99 for delivery it’s a rip off and horrible. It needs shutting down

Absolutely disgusted with this place, waited 2 hours for an order and when I rang up to ask where it was the woman thought it was funny. When it finally arrived it was freezing cold, slopped in the box and the tiniest blob of topping, also paid extra for ice cream and they didn’t even bother putting it in the bag. The milkshake was melted and half emptied all over and the bag and the crepe was almost inedible. Will never order from here again!!! Would give it 0 stars if I could!

Ordered shakes and the banana boat sundae from here and they were delicious. Even requested a change of the ice creams on the sundae and they where more than happy to do this for me. They had been fantastic on doing this to make it to my preference. Would recommend here after several repeat visits myself.

The delivery wait time was over an hour amd arrived on a uber motorbike all of the 3 milkshakes where upside down and all spilt over the bag. After calling the takeaway frost the lady point blank refused to help and blamed uber at no point apologised or offered replacements kept blaming uber and told me to complain to them. I will never use this takeaway again as they would not compromise at all and no customer service what so ever a very rude lady

Poor, waited 1 hour 40, called to ask where it was, was told it would be 3 minutes,waited a further 30 minutes, when it arrived the crepes were freezing cold, advised the driver who proceeded to touch all the food 😆, sent him packing. Shame as the curries used to be great from jasmines but if you can't keep up don't offer it the pizzas, kebabs and deserts

Ordered cookie dough and 2 milkshakes, one milkshake was wrong and one smelt/tasted like something had died in it. Absolutely vulgar. Rang the restaurant to ask if my order was mixed up and they told me I was wrong, handed over to the manager who answered with "So what do you want me to do?" - told me I had to sort it through Just Eat and then put the phone down on me. Lovely customer service, I wont be using you again.

If I could give this place zero star review I would. Placed an order at 10pm didn't get it till midnight (they said 23:40) the milkshakes tasted like sweat and one tasted like off cream, the cakes weren't right at all, when we phoned up the first time they were useless and the second time they hung up part way through a call, every other attempt they didn't even pick up they just auto hung up, wouldn't be surprised if health agencies went there and found it riddled with vermin

Dear Dominos Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23. To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location. This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and questioning the professionalism of your brand. People rely on timely and accurate deliveries, and this incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to meet these basic expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes: An explanation for the wrong address delivery time and time again. A commitment to prevent such occurrences in the future. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. If these matters are not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but reaching out further to your head office and sharing my negative experience with others, if this is to happen again all food delivered here will be discarded and your brand will be damaged by not only my feedback but another disgruntled person who has not got their food. So not in keeping with the rest of the store. It looks good but the menu is sparse, poor, expensive and slow. Would not venture here again.

Got headbutted as soon as i walked in by a local, then we had four drinks for us all and the table wobbles amd put all four drinks on the floor, complained to manager and he was useless so we left 25 pound down no drinks would not return!!!

As I work not far from this branch, my children asked if I could get them a meal on the way home, so I ordered the party bucket meal. I had to wait about 10 minutes for it, and once I received my order, I went home. I opened the bucket and was presented with 14 pieces of overcooked chicken that were soft, not even crispy, and swimming in oil, they were so hot. We ate the smaller pieces, but the larger ones were uneditable to eat as I hate oil like that on my food. It's like the chicken had been refried it was the most degusting chicken I have every see. So took the bucket back the next day and was only give 6 pieces back. I'm never getting food from here again. PLEASE CHECK FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Should have taken a pic when I opened it, but the chicken was over cooked and full of oil.
