The security at this place are horrendous not doing there job breaking protocol when removing people that was play fighting when explained they got even more aggressive and used forces that is dis allowed ie stragalisation attacking woman that try difuse the situation complaint put in.

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at this venue. I was denied entry by the security staff without any valid reason, despite being calm, respectful, and appropriately dressed. When I asked for an explanation, I was completely ignored. I strongly believe this was racially motivated, as others were being allowed in without issue. In 2025, in a diverse city like Liverpool, it's shocking and disheartening to experience this kind of discriminatory behavior. I urge the management to investigate their staff and take serious action to ensure all guests are treated equally, regardless of their background. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values respect, fairness, and basic human decency."

The security staff is simply despicable, rude and ill-mannered. It is obvious that the owner does not care about his business. It is a shame that this place is tarnishing the name of Liverpool. It discredits the street and mistreats the customer. I have never been treated so badly.

I was mildly drunk they didn't let me in so they suck

Got headbutted as soon as i walked in by a local, then we had four drinks for us all and the table wobbles amd put all four drinks on the floor, complained to manager and he was useless so we left 25 pound down no drinks would not return!!!

The worse security guard ever. Didn’t explained to me anything. I was denied entry I understand but for what reason. There was no explanation nothing. I myself is a holder of security licence so I know how things should have been handled. Than I entered another place. That guard went there and talked with the security told him not to allow me inside. After that I was done. I didn’t want to cause any disturbance I just left. Update. So another Security Guard told me this bar only allows couple to go through. It’s that simple to do the bloody guard job easily.

Rude Barman Danny spilled a whole drink down me, ruining my coat, outfit and shoes. Proceeds to look away and only apologised after manager was informed. Clearly incapable of serving drinks.
