Domino's - London Road in Liverpool

Ni siquiera escribo comentarios, pero ese rendimiento fue definitivamente... algo. pizza era todo insípido y la comunicación fue terrible y abrupta cuando pedí actualizaciones sobre mi pedido - fue más de 20 minutos más tarde de lo esperado. Y no estoy siendo gracioso después de esperar tanto tiempo estoy esperando que la comida explote pero no lo hizo , ni siquiera puedo describir el sabor que era literalmente inexistente, pero por suerte tuve condimento en el armario!

Will be taking this branch to the small claims court. Never received a refund for an order in March, they keep telling me they processed the order. I have 3 months of bank statements and PayPal transactions that proves they didn’t. I have just stupidly placed another order with this store as it’s the only one that delivers to my area. Order was processed, email confirmation received and money already taken out my bank. 1 hour later no order arrived, rang the branch and they told me there is no order for this number, I told them I have the email open right now that shows me the order confirmation. I was told to ring customer services and the number is in the app. Ended the call and checked the app, couldn’t find the number so rang back. I then said I don’t understand how there is no order as I have the confirmation, I was told they don’t deliver to this postcode now it’s blocked due to many complaints. So basically I have 2 kids absolutely starving and staff who don’t give care. I didn’t receive any confirmation that my order was cancelled or they don’t deliver here. Disgusting communication and customer service. I was told a refund will be processed but I’m not holding my breath. More evidence for my small claims anyway. Ridiculous, unhelp staff and a joke of a branch! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

This is the only dominos that delivers to my address…unfortunately. Every single time we order, there is a problem and takes around 2 hours to arrive. This time round, on the app it stated it had been delivered. When I called they said it was on its way. I called again another 30 minutes later and they said it was 7 minutes away. Another 25 minutes later, I called and the man on the phone was extremely rude and said we would just have to accept a refund because “it must have got misplaced or something”, when I responded saying I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the food, he put the phone down on me.

Ordered from here twice this month, both times, after an hour we’ve called to see where our food is, and they say ‘he’s leaving now’. Then the pizzas come like warm and dried out. Absolutely awful, these clowns are meant to be competing with Deliveroo and justeat and Uber eats. The worst dominos I’ve ever ordered from, avoid this one at all costs and find a different one.

Got a delivery today for the family food was red hot and spot on as always callum is the best thanks from the murphys

Pedí algunas pizzas de aquí en adelante el sábado 4 de abril a eso de las 19. 15 . Llegaron súper rápido pero fueron impactantes. . . . Nunca había visto una margarita como esta. . . . la mitad no tenía queso simplemente seco como cualquier cosa con tomate seco. . . . . No puedo creer que alguien lo cortó, lo empaquetó y lo envió así. Leer las reseñas aquí de este lugar es un poco vergonzoso, CLASIFICARLO

Ordered at 1945, delivery 2045, arrived 2135, guess what Cold! Excuse was they were busy Avoid at all costs!!!

Recibimos la entrega de esta tienda el 26 de septiembre de 2019.La comida llegó a tiempo y el conductor de la entrega fue educado y amable y llamó por teléfono con anticipación para garantizar que la entrega se pudiera hacer rápidamente.La comida era buena y caliente, estaba bien presentada y estaba deliciosa. Todo lo que esperarías.

After work 20 years in same trade, I’ll ask the general manager to put some sauce over my pizza , he said sauce is topping, and also pizzas 3/4 eatable,

El título lo dice todo realmente. Pedimos comida, unos 45 minutos más tarde estaba "fuera de servicio", una hora después de esto, llamamos a la tienda y no obtuvimos respuesta. Transcurrieron más de 2 horas desde que se realizó el pedido donde llegó la comida.La comida no era mejor que el tiempo de entrega, ni el precio.

Vivo justo al lado de estos dominós, así que llama a menudo para un almuerzo especial, Richard parece estar siempre trabajando, así que normalmente me sirve. Solo quiero decirte gracias compañero por ser un hombre encantador. Siempre educado y tiene una sonrisa en su rostro. No llamaría a la mitad solo para que este tipo sea honesto.Vas a ir muy lejos en la vida compañero.

Very expensive cheese on toast.... Arrived on time tho ( that's what the one star is for)... Wedges cold and no where near cooked enough. Cookies stale warm stodge. #poor

Pedí una entrega a mi hotel y la aplicación me dijo que la comida había llegado. Después de 10 minutos llamé a la recepción y me dijo que no. Llamé a los dominós y me dijeron que no sabían dónde estaba. Finalmente llegó más de 20 minutos después de haber dicho que había llegado.

Pedí mi pizza y pan de ajo y queso también un gran chapuzón, la pizza vino sin el chapuzón que pagué, llamé a la tienda y me dijeron que vendrá cuando sea posible, desde entonces hemos comido nuestra pizza y aún no hay salsa, una desgracia absoluta cuando tienes amigos redondos

J'ai commandé via l'application, impossible de savoir où se trouvait ma pizza, quasi injoignable par téléphone, et quand on arrive à avoir quelqu'un on nous dit que cela va arriver dans quelques minutes... Bref tout ça pour plus de 1h00 de retard sans aucune information, pas une seule excuse ni compensation. Pour la cerise sur le gâteau, le choix des pizzas, le prix et la qualité sont vraiment mauvais. Et qui plus est maintenant je me fais spammer de pub par sms. Bref très mauvaise expérience.

Was threatened and crowded like a pack of wolves by staff at this branch over an argument which started by me requesting my Pizza well done but because it was busy i was not allowed it, was then forced a refund by “Yasir” and threatened to “drag” me out the shop.

Made the wring order and choose pan base, called back 1 minute later and was told it wad already in oven and couldn’t change anything - impossible. Pizza came in 2 hours and cold and lathered in too cheese. Dominos used to be nice, now they lost it and all students say the sane

Poor poor poor! Lack of communication, don't answer their phone when ringing 4 times. I ordered a chicken mix box and some cookies and I have now waited an hour and a half and still being told "10 more minutes" terrible customer service will not be buying ever again !!!

Waiting 4 hours for pizza and they are not answering any of my calls ! The worst thing I've already paid £20 online

Order over an hour late manager when he picked up the phone was rude claiming pizza had been made the apps where wrong reading reviews on here and on there site all bad for this store emails have. Been sent to hq and tradeing standards will be informed

Ordered our pizza at 21:40pm on a Thursday evening. It has so far taken over an hour and twenty minutes and the food still has not come. I have called twice. The first time they told us that it was on our way. The second time, they told me they'd be 5 minutes and the food would be hot. It still hasn't got here!

Ordered two pizzas at 11.05pm on a Friday night waited over 1 hour and a half till my order arrived. The app isn't accurate as it said my order is on it's way. I phoned around 10 times they said 7-10 mins (first time) then again no answer/phone putting down. Manager unfriendly/ lack of professionalism when I demanded a refund and email ASAP he wouldn't give me his name (I hope you get sacked!). Even tho it was busy couldn't you get more staff??? I will never eat Domino's Pizza again. Good bye from your loyal customer

The Domino's app isn't unaccurate and took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrived and the pizzas was cold. Telephone manners is disgusting and keep putting the phone down 5 times. Hire better staffs and more cars delivery. Never going to order their pizza ever!

We ordered a couple of pizzas on New Years Day. Some food arrived about an hour later. One of the pizzas was the wrong order, and one of the pizzas had very little topping. We rang and talked about the wrong pizza and they said they would send out the right one. This never arrived.
