Ordered through Just eat at 7:15pm. Estimated delivery time 8:15-8:35. Just eat App said it was delivered at 8:20pm. It wasn’t. Tried to call restaurant 30 times but got engaged tone every single time. Raised refund request with Just eat. Charged £7.50 for delivery that took nearly 3 hours!! Food finally turned up at 10pm as we were going to bed as we have 2 young children. I can’t believe they even bothered to try and deliver it that late. It’s a shame as the food is good but the service is absolutely abysmal. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Good choice of beers and very reasonable pricing.Also good value food.

We walked in on the Saturday night yo make a reservation for Sunday lunch the following day. We wanted to refuel after day 1 of Hadrian's Wall, we are raising money for our local hospice to purchase a cuddle bed. Staff on Saturday were friendly and it was easy to book. We returned on Sunday after our walk for lunch. We all enjoyed the beef dinner and a few of us had pudding. We had chosen this spot as the football was on, we ended up staying most the afternoon!

2.5 hours for delivery yes I understand we are in trying times but at least stop taking orders you cant cope with.food arrived cold and not pleasant we would have cancelled the order if we hadn't used food hub and have to wait up to 5 days for a refund . wont be ordering from the tandoori again.avoid at all costs and not even an apology on the phone twice.

Typical Witherspoon's good value food with pleasant staff, suggest the staff tap the coffee machine screen as they walk past to see all working.Big issue with the app payment system, often says you need to find alternative means of payment, that order not received, so one orders again pays by other means, then findout you have ordered twice. Ensure you clear your orders once staff confirm it's been received.

The room was full of cigarette smoke. However, the room was a non-smoker room. Pub opposite side, so open window was not an option as well. 12 pounds is the daily parking fee, just you dont get surprised. As its no free parking spaces around. Overall , my purpose of staying to rest before night-time driving was not fulfilled. Not a happy customer.

got mixed kebab and house pizza 2 days ago , have to be honest it was excellent , everything was outstanding from the salad to the sauces , meat and service , couldnt fault it at all and very reasonable city prices , goin back tonite for another one... top class guys..many thanks...

I’ve bought chips from Bobbys on 15th October and then next day I’ve been suffering from virus in my stomach I’ve been spewing all day on 16th October 8am till 9pm I would not recommend if u want to get any viruses or die from it

Not putting up with this place any longer... Waiting time NO PROBLEM as nobody in Carlisle orders from here... Easily the worst take away in Carlisle (beats crusty cobbler on thus award)... changed names many times to escape the awful food rating.... been in news for health and safety many times... AVOID AVOID AVOID

I've ordered from Milanos for years as I really rate their kebabs however my last order on 02.11.24 was a massive let down. Several mistakes were made! I ordered chilli dips and got sweet chilli, the chips were cold and not up to their usual standard, they forgot to give us our salad boxes with our kebabs which isn't the first time this has happened, some hairs were found on the pizza and lastly we asked for thin crust pizza and recieved deep pan. Serious lack of attention to detail. Such a shame as this is my usual go to place but now I'm not sure I'll be ordering from here again anytime soon.
