Ordered for salivary last week, waited 2.5 hours, turned up cold. Thought I'd give them another chance, currently waiting 1 hour. Hope it's warm on arrival 😒

My experience was not good I ordered on the app I was told to collect in 20 mins so arrived on time had to then wait in bar 32 stood like a lemon while everyone was drinking and I’m waiting for food for a extra 20 mins. When I got home the double blue burger was freezing cold the chips were tiny just like pork scratchings but the chicken burger was hot and nice. Really strange. Unfortunately this place isn’t for me. Absolutely beautiful takeaway, always freshly cooked and piping hot, chicken burger is delicious and they do the best pizza in town by a long shot!! thank me later.

Just had the Chicken burger and the Mr Stacks Bolognese pizza , wow can’t be beaten anywhere else.

Each time I've ordered food for delivery (on different apps I might add) it's never arrived on time or warm.

Ordered Sunday night, food turned up after 1 hrs 20 mins,it was cold, part of order missing, rang takeaway to give a chance to sort it out said would send missing food out with driver but never turned up,

We ordered food for delivery. 2 hours later we called. Lady on phone said driver was on way and hung up abruptly another hour later, still no food. Oh has the driver not turned up yet? Do you want us to send it out again. It’ll be at least another hour” AGAIN!!!! Obvs hadn’t sent it first time. For the record we live 10 mins from Stackerz. Shocking service, will not bother again

First time using these and loved it , only mistake we made was burgers come with chips , didn’t realise , so order to many chips , on a whole deffs worth a try

Staff very nice food best quality in Carlisle delivery also fast. Every element of this takeaway is high quality. However I ordered a cheesecake and although it was nice the portion was ridiculously small for the price... Won't be ordering desert again!

Burger is very good, everything else not so much.

Had a bacon cheese burger with chips and a side of 4 chicken pieces. Honestly it's one of the best meals of this category I've had. Absolutely delicious

2nd time ordering from here . The first time was amazing . But this time I don't know if it was because it was 8 pm on a Sunday and they just wanted finished for the night but it was not up to scratch for the price you pay . Ordered lettuce mayo tomato on my burger just came with a tiny bit of mayo no salad at all . And the burger itself was burnt on the outerpart of the patty and quite pink in the middle so didn't really want to finish it. Chips were amazing thow . My other half got a buttered chicken burger but again was burned . Chips were hard and cold in her box but burger just seemed very rushed and below average

Absolutely amazing scran and the best customer service forgot my extra stack and as soon as I wrang the women on the phone offered me a burger and some onion rings delivered without anything said brill thanks a lot

We got a takeaway from Stackerz and it was excellent. Arrived in around an hour, still warm, order complete, no issues there. The quality is good and the food was fantastic. Portions are excellent and it's not just your cheap bought in take away food, all seemed fresh and good ingredients. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. Worst burger I've had in a long time. Chips were awful, brown with lots of black bits (really need to use clean oil and cut the nasty bits off potatoes). Chicken over cooked and seasoning very bland. Order also took 2 hours to arrive. Really really bad food.

I had an accident here on Sunday 14/11/2021. Completely my fault and staff was amazing. They looked after me, got me to the bathroom to try and help get me sorted and made sure I had privacy whilst waiting for an ambulance. I cannot thank this staff enough. Just really kind and respectful people. Took a very embarrassing moment for me and a difficult situation for them and just excelled, could not ask for anything more than how they handled the situation. Had fun at karaoke as well before the accident lol

Tried stackerz grill for the first time through the food hub app, the food was amazing high quality lovely home made filling food burger was 10/10 and I would defiantly love to know what goes into their special stackers sauce 🤤 home style special recipe chips cooked to perfection. We also tried their Newley opened stackerz grill bar restaurant . And again the food and drinks was amazing, lovely atmosphere and it was a total vibe. top quality service from all the staff at stackerz grill very helpfully and efficient. Defiantly recommend and money well spent.

Hand down the worst burger I have ever eaten. Burger was cold ,soggy and pink inside. Chips were cold and chicken wings were barly cooked . And for £24 it's an absolute wrap. I've had nicer McDonald's and I hate McDonald's. Would definitely not recommend anyone order from here ever.

Omg!! Absolute different level! Expensive bu you certainly get what you pay for! Both burgers with the trimmings were awesome as were the franks hot wings and the Terry’s chocolate brownie !

Burgers were spot on and really good. However it was let down by the soggy mess that was the chips/onion rings. At over £30 for two burgers some flaccid potatoes it's hard to recommend.
