OK, a service station Costa, but really enjoy visiting this Costa Cafe. Staff always friendly, and as you would expect coffee excellent, and so are the blueberry muffins 😋

Great coffee but the member of staff who served me today was terrible no smile,looked like she didnt want to be there. I go to costas quite alot and normally very upbeat and friendly staff who seem happy ,but not this lady didnt have a name badge was blonde and scary

Called in for a Costa Coffee on way home from Scotland on Thursday to avoid storm Babet. Service was great, but the lady who did our Latte’s needs some further training on how to make a good coffee. 😳

For something that advertises as 24 hours it's 9pm on a Thursday evening and you're closed !!

Coffee House on side of motor way. Prepackaged food only. Minimal gluten free, 3 biscuits only.

Stopped here 25/6 because we had broken down and were waiting for recovery. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I was particularly grateful for the loan of a phone charger.

Please employ people who can actually follow instruction like remember to put the coffee into the drinks. Also if on a break don't sit in the cafe watching TV on.your phone and shoving you hand down the back.of your pants then get up and serve someone totally vile

Visited Costa on our journey south yesterday. Very pleasant experience. Staff friendly enough and plenty of places to sit. Only downside was the prices being quite high but given this is a motorway service station this is to be expected. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Only used toilet which was clean. Small outlet

Stopped there for a coffee, no queues, quick service, toilet available as well.

It's 2:15 pm and the place is locked up. No explanation. Won't bother stopping here again!

Asked for a caramel cortado.. there are as no caramel and it was definitely not a cortado.

Given that this Costa is literally next door to a Travelodge where absolutely no breakfast is available, it's tremendously disappointing to find that they cannot be bothered to open at the stated time. When you are planning a trip, being held up is frustrating to say the least. I know I am echoing other reviews but if you want to experience"service with a frown" you're in the right place. Totally devoid of customer service skills. This is an embarrassment to Costa, and Travelodge by association.

Rude staff. Don’t stop here. Not worth the hassle to buy food. Condescending tone, dirty looks, whispers to colleagues about ‘what’s wrong’, raised voice/shouting at me when addressing me, all because I didn’t know the combo deals and where to order. Help the customer, don’t treat them like dirt on your shoe. If you don’t want to be behind the counter, leave. Then when I addressed her attitude and tone she proceeded to claimed she couldn’t hear me any longer. She could hear fine when I placed the order. Again, not worth the hassle. Didn’t go in to fall out with someone when ordering a sandwich and a hot chocolate. The customer service I experienced was amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced. I won’t stop here again.

Basic Costa which needs to arrange some staff training on being welcoming to travellers needing some rest from a long journey.

Nice place for a stop and a snack. First time I've stopped here....driven past hundreds of times.

A motorway rest area Costa, the staff were working hard but you're just stopping for a toilet break really and there is no reason to hang about.

Visited here 25th June. One staff member in particular outstanding, unfortunately didn't get her name, couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and polite. Will definitely visit again when we are that way in September

Coffee was horrible and prices were disgusting

Nice clean shop , plenty parking , clean toilets , suitable for disabled , there's a nice little outdoor area in the back , all facilities are on the ground floor . Inside the shop there isn't much seating but the outdoor area has much more . When we arrived a woman was washing the floor , couldn't see any other staff until we reached the counter then 2 younger woman arrived , one came to serve us and she was pleasant but didn't prepare our cold drinks the way it should have been done , as I was about to complain the shop get quite busy and I couldn't get near the counter so we decided to leave , I wont use THIS Costa again !!!!!

Don’t bother turning up at 7am expecting them to be open on time. Twice in 2 weeks been stood there till 7.10 with staff in store but no sign of opening. Both times a que of customers waiting and leaving 🤷🏻‍♂️

Quick service, friendly staff and nice clean environment

Very organised and on top of the necessary precautions. A little strange drinking Costa from a disposable cup but the coffee was its usual standard.

Despite restrictions, Dougie loomed after us well. Enjoyed the soup and roll, just what wa needed after a few hours on the bike.

Standard Costa place but good location if you are travelling south on the motorway. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was clean. Did not seem to have large amount of choice of food.

Expensive. There more profit in a cup of Costa coffee than in beer. Should be called Costa lot.

Had already closed before the advertised time, and to add insult to the waste of time pulling off the motorway, staff were unsuccessfully trying to avoid being seen in the room behind the counter. You lost yourselves a customer, forever.

Very quiet, but, service fast as a result. Coffee not quite as good as others if honest but couldn't say why.

Not three bad at all. Prefer Starbucks but the ladies working here on our trip back over the border into England treated us with plenty of hospitality. Some tasty food and drink had too. Much needed after all the driving I had been doing around Inverness and other parts of bonnie Scotland.

The worst costa i ever visited. Messed up our order of two coffees totally even though it wasn't busy. Staff not very friendly.
