Sweet station in Carlisle

Ordered a too good to go bag and as others have stated the shop was closed and when we tried to ring them the number was “not recognised” Don’t put they’re available if you’re not going to actually provide them

Bought a too good to go bag with an 11:40pm collection time. We drove 10 minutes late at night to find the shop closed. We tried to ring to see if it was a mistake but no answer. Didn’t even have the courtesy to cancel the bag before we tried to collect it.

ordered a "too good to go bag" which they asked me to collect st 11:40pm -11:49pm, arrived on time and the place was shut with nobody inside, Google said it shut at 12am but they weren't open when i arrived. Got a refund but still went through the effort of driving out and paying for parking

Used to be alright, but now the order is always late and wrong

Had our best supper ever from here. Hot waffle, Chocolate pancake and mini donuts all cooked to perfection . Delicious and definitely will call again

Ordered at roughly 20:50 and it didn’t arrive until 23:20, we were told it’d be maximum an hour, all we wanted were doughnuts and a sweet bag 😬😬😬

Took ages to come. Rang the restaurant to find out the whereabouts and told it was 10 mins away. 1 hour later my food arrives. Stone cold and the ice creams melted

It was a ridiculous ordering from this place I ordered at about 9:20 pm and it came at about 10:45.They weren't even that nice to eat and when we rang they were very rude and ordered a 2 drinks and only got 1 also with the wrong flavour would never recommend ordering from here ever again.

If could leave a zero stars I would!!!! Grandaughter ordered at 8.30pm and was told it was on its way....an hour later still no sign so rang the shop to be told a problem with driver and will be there in 10/15 minutes. Never arrived it was cancelled. Rang shop again to be told they were busy and problem with drivers. So no order...Don't deserve customers if they treat them like that.

Expensive but I only go in for the amazing 99p lollies

I have ordered from here quite a few times recently and I have to say the customer service I received was amazing. Staff always happy to help & the food is amazing! Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered at 9:55, still hadn’t arrived by 11:40, rang the shop and was told it was a few minutes away. Gave up by 12:30 and went to bed. Spoke to them since and was given some nonsense about issues they were having with orders. Why not say that on the phone then? I left them a 1 star review on foodhub which has mysteriously vanished. Upon asking around I’m not the only one this has happened to. AVOID.

Looked great but was terrified to eat it as we had been given Nutella rather than chocolate sauce..pretty bad when your boyfriend has an allergy to nuts. Ordered the dipping box with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce through deliveroo

First time ordering omg it was amazing we got a terry Choc orange crepes mint choc cook and a slush. I would highly recommend and deliver driver was friendly and happy

So I ordered a takeaway checked my bank balance only to find I didn't have enough money so when the delivery driver came I explained the situation to him and we talked back and forth I exchanged bank details once the conversation came to an end I went back inside only to get a knock on the door a second time to be given the takeaway for free I will pop in store and pay them back when I have the money Thank you Ashley

Not very inviting to children or families when there's men constantly stood in the doorway smoking.
