Good price only issue beer not cold enough

Sent my the wrong food after 45 minutes then I rang them and told them that I got the wrong food then told me that he would send me more food out and for me to give the driver the food back 25 minutes after it was dropped off the first time and it was cold and i am not happy with the service tonight.

I made an order, after £20 spent you get free Prawn Crackers, however no Prawn Crackers arrived. Driver said to ring the shop and after the person answered the call finished his conversation with whoever refused to provide the Prawn Crackers and if he was to provide them, there would be an extra delivery charge i would have to pay to counter THEIR mistake. After hearing this and saying that would not be happening as this would never happen anywhere else, they hung up on me and ignored my calls

Despite coming a little on the cold side with missing items, this Chinese was one of the best ones I have ever ordered from!
