5 stars alone for the kebab meat. You just don't get it like this anymore. Thick cut and lamb. So many places would rather cheap out but hot bite never disappoint

Was up washington over the weekend to see family, we stayed in a hotel in Washington. I found this place as I was driving around.. Jeez it's changed in the last 4 years. I got a mixed donna wrap and a burger.. Couldn't fault it.. It was as thick as my forearm 😳. Then on the Sunday I got a kebab wrap and a 12 inch veg pizza.. Both were really nice. When I'm back up again I will definitely be at hot bites again. The guys were really nice to chat to. You need to open a shop in Northampton 👍👍

This is our go to kebab takeaway in Washington. We love the kebab pizza with plenty sweet chilli sauce, food is always consistent, tasty, and spot on prices.

I have had hame pinappla pizza tonight and something was off with cheese tonight on pizza tasted funny and it was stone cold

Good Food, Decent Service As of recently, I have been ordering quite a lot from these guys - I apologise for the times on my orders to the staff as I work in the food industry and very few places are open when I finish work. I've got to be honest, I've had an issue with an order, with the wrong pizza being sent however that was sorted with just one simple phone call to the shop, where they were receptive and apologetic. I've seen a lot of reviews on here where customer service has been a major issue however I found the lady I'd spoken to was extremely polite and keen to help, though she did sound a little agitated - which I can understand given that I was the last order of the night and they probably wanted to close up. The pizza was taken back to the shop where they said they'd investigate it and I received a replacement which went down a treat. Chips and Garlic were brilliant too. I've ordered since and the food and order has always been spot-on and I can't wait for the next one to be honest!

Coming here for food is like gambling; although the odds aren’t really in your favour and the prize isn’t that impressive. I will only order pizzas from here anything else is just average and even then the pizza’s are hit and miss. Last pizza I had was good and generally is; kebab tonight was awful, really greasy and the chips were over cooked. Staff can be rude, especially if you make a complaint but it’s only happened to me once.

Ordered a chicken kebab wrap from Hot-bite last night somewhere I’ve been using for years and never had a problem with until now. I have none stop being sick today with awful stomach pains when I called the shop to tell them how I had been feeling from the food the lady who answered advised the sickness could be off something I ate a few days ago and they haven’t receive any other complaints. My friend who I live with has ate exactly the same food as me for days apart from last night when I ordered the wrap. I have also been advised by a couple of people who replied to my post on social media about the matter that they also felt I’ll from there chicken/mixed kebabs from here. Like I said at the start I have never had a problem with the place up until now.

You should not go anywhere else in Washy if you fancy a tasty chicken meal, served with a friendly attitude. Always.

Try the indi hindi pizza. Spicy Indian mincemeat with chicken tikka (hot ish) only £4.50 for 10" if you collect. I use this takeaway regularly when on late shift, owner used to run my local one. Good quality, cheap prices when collecting

Just been and collected two pizzas, a 12” Kebab Pizza 3 with pepperoni and a Spicy Chicken pizza with pepperoni, both brushed with garlic when they came out of the oven and I’ve got to say the pizzas were fantastic, bursting with flavour, staff were polite and the ship looks clean and tidy. Thank you for a lovely meal 👍

Nice food, cash only though. Downside, when I asked for a donna wrap with chips, chilli and garlic I'd of liked the sauces to be inside the wrap and not in tubs..

This used to be the best pizza and kebab place in Washington, but, it has seriously gone down hill over the past 6-12 months. The pizza is soggy and tasteless, the kebab is chewy and the chips are usually undercooked. Over the past year or so I've ordered 3 times and every time something has either been missing from the order, wrong items or just plain awful! Will not be going back!

Last 3 time’s I’ve ordered they’ve shown up nearly 2 hours after I’ve ordered and when I’ve rang to ask where it is we just get the generic ‘it’s out for delivery’ response, is it coming from space?! I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more!

A bit disappointing as this is the 2nd time they've got my order wrong. The food was delivered quickly and was tasty apart from the chicken having bits of grizzle in.

Southern fried chicken wraps with cheese from here are my all time favourite takeaway to get! Delivery time is sometimes a little bit longer than I'd like but it is always worth it!

Only ever get chicken kebabs, and they are tremendous. Nice marinated chicken and fresh salad. Has sometimes arrived missing a dip or been given chips instead of salad, but most of the time it is right and when it is it's worth it!

Pizza was greasy and soggy and the kebab meat was slithering with fat. Me and 2 of my friends had inigestion staraight away felt the food comnig up to the throat for about three hours most of the stuff ended up in the bin.

Takeaways are good facilities are clean..

“Boss lady” needs to understand that PIG IS NOT HALAL. Educate your staff.

Love the kebabs from this place, not too spicey but a lovely meaty taste. Definitely recommend.

Ridiculous service waited a hour and a half to ring and say it won't be long, eventually turned up food barely warm and missing things from my order even though the driver asked for the full amount of the order! Rang them again to ask where my missing food/drink was to tell me it was left on the side! We Would never order from anywhere else normally but after this experience I will definitely be finding somewhere else now!

Tasted all of the rest but can't be beaten am a taxi driver and tasted all of them even in other areas always come back to the best

Terrible service .. ordered through the website after half 11 and it wasn't closing until midnight .. order said ACCEPTED ....no order came and we waited until 0.45 am . rang up nxt day and complained was told tht the system was shut down and it cudnt have been accepted .crock of poo . partner feels like slapping the staff across the face with a fish

Absolutely disgusting, cold chicken burger, cold chicken strips & chips, asked for our order in half hour but must have done straight away, everything was stone cold, no salad or chips with burger no salad with chicken strips, used to like food from here but no more , won't order from here again

Worst service told order would be 30 to 45 min 1h 5mins later no sign of it rang up got apology told i should have been told 45 to 1hr order was out would be with me any minute after an hour 20mins I told them it still hadn't arrived and I wouldn't accept it driver arrived and said boss said he has to get money off me or it comes out of his wage I told him sorry I'm not accepting an order that comes an hour and a half after ordering will never use them again

Very bad quality pizza and when complained attitude came in from boss and the staff really bad experience. I'll personally recommend classic or dominoes on same street.

First class used them for years online and by phone and even call in very happy same quality every time
