Went with my mother and grandmother and had a lovely experience. The food was good along with the atmosphere. And our server Mandy was very welcoming and patient when we take our order.

This place is in the Washington Galories. I visited just before closing time. Had a very nice cup of tea. And a well earned rest. The staff are very helpful.

Excellent food, friendly service and lovely staff enjoyed the food and excellent atmosphere. The oasis is a very warm welcoming place to eat or to go just for a drink. Staff behind the bar were friendly and helpful and service was great. Caity was a lovely lady who helped with the service.

Called in there for breakfast and was top notch delicious and all the staff was great especially Mandy.. 100% be visiting there again thanks 👌👌👌

The food was absolutely awful got hardly any curry then got told no when I asked for a bit more curry avoid at all costs.

Visited 18th Dec and found Staff friendly food was "so so" tea cup was stained and small milk container lid clasp was rusty and the chairs to sit on were in a totally disgusting state and fit for the skip stained with all sorts of god knows what and male toilets stank to high heaven . To be honest it was my first ever visit and spent £30 plus on food and drinks and would much rather spend it elsewhere I'm afraid and will not be back 😣

Reasonably priced drinks and menu looks good, some of the clientele are a little loud and the language is not what you want in a public place . Very busy friendly staff.

Had to wait over 45 minutes for food when I had been told upto 30 minutes. Ordered gammon and pigs in blankets with mash, Yorkshire pudding, peas and gravy. The gravy was so salty and thick you could stand a spoon up in it. Completely ruined meal, mash had no seasoning and Yorkshire pudding was tough. Gammon meal was okay

The chips were hard some cold. Mushy peas so cold straight out of the tin. Fish not too bad. The whole thing has left a funny taste in my mouth had to have something to help. Will not be returning.

Used the app to order, waited less than 10 minutes before arrived and food was lovely, got myself a pint of Moretti and my wife got vodka and appletiser, can't get the latter as a mixer anywhere and should be a thing , great place though

Awful food. Not worth the money. Most of it was left. Fatty meat. Microwaved and hard mashed potato. Chips were all dog ends and just say warm. Meals were just brought to the table and no more contact from any staff. It was far too hot and I just couldn't wait to get out. Won't be returning.

Nice pub, cosy atmosphere makes you feel welcome, staff are very friendly and helpful. Alot to choose from on the menu, food looks amazing or just a few drinks whatever you prefer.

Haven't been in years, drinks are expensive at £3.75 a pint.

Worst jacket potatoes I have ever seen £6.95 just the jacket on a small plate with the smallest amount of topping I've ever seen don't know how they get away with disgraceful very bland taste was a waste of money. Would advice to eat else where as this was really bad.

I've been the Oasis every now and then as a treat for my son. Kitchen staff do brilliant job with the food especially the desserts 😋 The bar staff are incredible lovely too especially Amelia she saw I was struggling with my son and I couldn't settle him so she walked over our drinks instead of me going over for them! It's small details that I really appreciate! David is also a bar staff member and he was also very chatty full of good knowledge of what's in the food as I have allergies and so does my husband. I recommend having the desserts!!!!

Load of drink opinion to choose from. Friendly staff even few know the drink you, wanna order before you get to the bar. Amelia is one staff who is friendly. Nowt bad thing to say really apart from no food after 4pm. I did have the full English Breakfast not bad...

Lovely visit to The Oasis! As always the staff are great! Huge menu both food and drinks so lots of choice for everyone. It's a great pitstop whilst shopping at the galleries. We'll always recommend this place.

I have been at the pub three times in the last two weeks and each time three days was serve by lovely friendly helpful stuff The pub has a nice atmosphere ,nothing too much trouble and the menu is varied and the food very nice I was served today by Caity who again was welcoming and helpful. Ok place. Front of house could do with detail cleaning. Toilets are scuffy, doesn't look very good on the establishment

Decent menu now with toasties & dirty fries which i'll have to tey next time because the crazy chicken sounded too good not to try, Emzy took great care of us, nice pub

Been here a few times, it's ok for something to eat and drink, will be going again.

Good basic menu fairly priced, only one lump of gristle in my steak and ale pie, my companion enjoyed a generous blue cheese burger. Seating areas was the usual tables and chairs of mixed design and a number of cubicle type areas where the table was at the height of my lower ribs and I felt like I was in a child's high chair. Gents toilet was adequate, hot water liquid soap and electric hand dryers. Surfaces touched by others felt dirty and sticky and need to be washed down.

I only passed by for a quick pint, but seems very convenient and friendly.

What can i say but wow x after our not so good meal we were asked back and the staff were fabulous x we both enjoyed our lunch and a big shout out to David who was so so lovely x one blip and they all made it right x well done all x and we will surely be visiting again x Thank You xxxxx

Every time I come here I'm disappointed and today was no different. We ordered food on the app and waited around 20 minutes for it to arrive (this time would be fine if the food was actually good). The food arrived but we still didn't have cutlery. I asked for some and I watched one of the waitresses put it together but then got so busy chatting she forgot again to bring it over. I had to get up and get it. The food was abysmal. The fish my my baguette was very greasy, the lettuce was soggy and brown and the tartre sauce had congealed as it has obviously been sat under a hot plate. Even the baguette itself was horrible (how can you mess up a frozen baguette?) My husbands meal wasn't any better and we both left feeling sick. We will never be returning.

Family of 3 ordered all day breakfasts, told no mushrooms or tomatoes but eventually after a 30 minute wait they appeared. Staff customer service very poor, disinterested, dirty cluttered tables everywhere, floor dirty. Would definitely not be returning.

The breakfasts here are amazing! They do various sizes so something for all. Absolutely recommend a caramel latte too. The staff are lovely and have very prompt service. Will definitely be back here soon.

Breakfast was amazing! Cooked 2 perfection and didn't wait long either. Staff were realy friendly and very on the ball. Price was great also, as in tbe past at other places ive paid more for less. Defo recommend and will defo be back.

What a shame the cut backs are affecting food Tea and coffee were weak as water Toast needed a pneumatic drill Eggs were like bouncy balls Overall staff work hard tho

Really enjoyed the food we ordered 5 from the small plate menu and it was great . Better than the full plate menu if you ask me . Place feels like a normal pub but alot in for the sport and racing

Quite honestly I love coming here and I usually have a great time and service but every time there is a certain team member (man, with long hair and wears green trainers) he greets me with rudeness and a dismissive tone every time he’s on shift. I always read my order from my phone so nothing goes wrong and I read any changes to be made. I said I would like X from the menu and can I take X away please, he then goes in a very dismissive manner ‘one minute’ and then goes mhmm as if to continue then I do and he went ‘wait’ in the same tone again. I then pay and receive the food and he’s charged me for a shared plate of nachos (they were very nice) when I specifically asked for the starter one (but not the point) and the hot chocolate I had was vile made by him. Besides my experiences with him being on shift the other staff are lovely and are always accommodating 🥰 and everything is always good and will obviously return

We have called in here a few times for a drink but we have never ate at the Oasis we both have a plant based lifestyle it is quite difficult to find anything worthwhile to eat but we both chose the plant based Bombay burger accompanied by chips which also comes with a drink and we both agreed it is by far the tastiest satisfying burger we have ate it has two big Pattie’s that are beatroot based in a nice bun it was really nice and satisfying the service was excellent and not too long of a wait in a busy friendly atmosphere I would highly recommend trying this particular meal and also the rest of the menu looks really good the food service was extremely busy and very popular all in all a very enjoyable experience with great food

Visited for the first and last time today with my husband and daughter . Food microwaved to within an inch .curry sauce needed help to even pour out the jug . I know places get busy but to top it all a very rude guy who served the food . The 1 star is generous .

Love this lil pub in the galleries had food hear on Monday absolutely Devine it was the chefs should be so proud of themselves food and the way it's presented is fantastic the only thing I wish it was open longer for food sit in will definitely recommend to all my friends and family

What a great afternoon we spent in the oasis pub. We were sent an e mail offering us a meal and drinks for half price. What a bargain, meal was delicious, steak cooked perfect and the mango chutney served with my curry was the best ever. Staff were so welcoming and explained how the discount worked. Food was delicious but its the lovely staff that make this pub.

Went in today and had a fish sub with chips not nice at all I wish I'd went to reds next door and got a decent fish needless to say I won't be going back

Popped into The Oasis and was immediately greeted by some lovely friendly staff. The food here is fantastic and great value for money. So much to choose from, something for everyone! They have a huge range of drinks too, a lot of which come with some of their meal deals, the staff were more than happy to help advise this. It's a great pitstop if you're out shopping in The Galleries, would definitely recommend a visit, they always seem nice and busy so the management must be doing something right! Will definitely be back!

I have never been so shocked to be presented with one of the worst customer service experiences of my whole life. David the “Team Leader” is one of the most rude people I’ve ever come in contact with. His attitude absolutely stinks! And for him to be appointed the team leader… you really need to reconsider who you put in front of your customers. We ordered an ADULT size sausage, chips and beans and were presented with 1 sausage, a small portion of chips and a handful of beans. (Baring in mind the kids has 2 sausage?!!) we questioned this and were told “you’ve got what you’ve paid for” to which I explained but I asked for an adult size portion… he responded “well a can’t answer for her why she hasn’t put more sausages through but that’s what you’ve paid for” the utter disbelief at how rude he was, was unbelievable. The next response is even worse,”so what do you want then?” He then came back after a 10 minute argument and threw some sausages on the table. Not an apology or once was given to us and we will 100% NEVER EVER RETURN!!! What a horrible horrible man!
