Lovely visit to The Oasis! As always the staff are great! Huge menu both food and drinks so lots of choice for everyone. It's a great pitstop whilst shopping at the galleries. We'll always recommend this place.

Lovely in here, fantastic food and drinks. Especially the coffees, all day breakfasts or the blue cheese burger. Phenomenal service as well, thank you.

I have been at the pub three times in the last two weeks and each time three days was serve by lovely friendly helpful stuff The pub has a nice atmosphere ,nothing too much trouble and the menu is varied and the food very nice I was served today by Caity who again was welcoming and helpful. Top marks to this little pub

Been here a few times, it's ok for something to eat and drink, will be going again.

Good basic menu fairly priced, only one lump of gristle in my steak and ale pie, my companion enjoyed a generous blue cheese burger. Seating areas was the usual tables and chairs of mixed design and a number of cubicle type areas where the table was at the height of my lower ribs and I felt like I was in a child's high chair. Gents toilet was adequate, hot water liquid soap and electric hand dryers. Surfaces touched by others felt dirty and sticky and need to be washed down.

Always very busy when I come in, the breakfasts are always spot on! Staff are very welcoming too which is always a bonus 👌🏻

I only passed by for a quick pint, but seems very convenient and friendly.

What can i say but wow x after our not so good meal we were asked back and the staff were fabulous x we both enjoyed our lunch and a big shout out to David who was so so lovely x one blip and they all made it right x well done all x and we will surely be visiting again x Thank You xxxxx

Every time I come here I'm disappointed and today was no different. We ordered food on the app and waited around 20 minutes for it to arrive (this time would be fine if the food was actually good). The food arrived but we still didn't have cutlery. I asked for some and I watched one of the waitresses put it together but then got so busy chatting she forgot again to bring it over. I had to get up and get it. The food was abysmal. The fish my my baguette was very greasy, the lettuce was soggy and brown and the tartre sauce had congealed as it has obviously been sat under a hot plate. Even the baguette itself was horrible (how can you mess up a frozen baguette?) My husbands meal wasn't any better and we both left feeling sick. We will never be returning.

Family of 3 ordered all day breakfasts, told no mushrooms or tomatoes but eventually after a 30 minute wait they appeared. Staff customer service very poor, disinterested, dirty cluttered tables everywhere, floor dirty. Would definitely not be returning.

Food is always excellent and very reasonably priced. Staff are always amazing even though there always so busy! Would defo recommend and will defo be back.

Breakfast was amazing! Cooked 2 perfection and didn't wait long either. Staff were realy friendly and very on the ball. Price was great also, as in tbe past at other places ive paid more for less. Defo recommend and will defo be back.

The breakfasts here are amazing! They do various sizes so something for all. Absolutely recommend a caramel latte too. The staff are lovely and have very prompt service. Will definitely be back here soon.

What a shame the cut backs are affecting food Tea and coffee were weak as water Toast needed a pneumatic drill Eggs were like bouncy balls Overall staff work hard tho

Really enjoyed the food we ordered 5 from the small plate menu and it was great . Better than the full plate menu if you ask me . Place feels like a normal pub but alot in for the sport and racing

Quite honestly I love coming here and I usually have a great time and service but every time there is a certain team member (man, with long hair and wears green trainers) he greets me with rudeness and a dismissive tone every time he’s on shift. I always read my order from my phone so nothing goes wrong and I read any changes to be made. I said I would like X from the menu and can I take X away please, he then goes in a very dismissive manner ‘one minute’ and then goes mhmm as if to continue then I do and he went ‘wait’ in the same tone again. I then pay and receive the food and he’s charged me for a shared plate of nachos (they were very nice) when I specifically asked for the starter one (but not the point) and the hot chocolate I had was vile made by him. Besides my experiences with him being on shift the other staff are lovely and are always accommodating 🥰 and everything is always good and will obviously return

Visited for the first and last time today with my husband and daughter . Food microwaved to within an inch .curry sauce needed help to even pour out the jug . I know places get busy but to top it all a very rude guy who served the food . The 1 star is generous .

We have called in here a few times for a drink but we have never ate at the Oasis we both have a plant based lifestyle it is quite difficult to find anything worthwhile to eat but we both chose the plant based Bombay burger accompanied by chips which also comes with a drink and we both agreed it is by far the tastiest satisfying burger we have ate it has two big Pattie’s that are beatroot based in a nice bun it was really nice and satisfying the service was excellent and not too long of a wait in a busy friendly atmosphere I would highly recommend trying this particular meal and also the rest of the menu looks really good the food service was extremely busy and very popular all in all a very enjoyable experience with great food

Love this lil pub in the galleries had food hear on Monday absolutely Devine it was the chefs should be so proud of themselves food and the way it's presented is fantastic the only thing I wish it was open longer for food sit in will definitely recommend to all my friends and family

Went in today and had a fish sub with chips not nice at all I wish I'd went to reds next door and got a decent fish needless to say I won't be going back

What a great afternoon we spent in the oasis pub. We were sent an e mail offering us a meal and drinks for half price. What a bargain, meal was delicious, steak cooked perfect and the mango chutney served with my curry was the best ever. Staff were so welcoming and explained how the discount worked. Food was delicious but its the lovely staff that make this pub.

Popped into The Oasis and was immediately greeted by some lovely friendly staff. The food here is fantastic and great value for money. So much to choose from, something for everyone! They have a huge range of drinks too, a lot of which come with some of their meal deals, the staff were more than happy to help advise this. It's a great pitstop if you're out shopping in The Galleries, would definitely recommend a visit, they always seem nice and busy so the management must be doing something right! Will definitely be back!

Excellent service!! The staff are very friendly and super helpful even though this is a very busy pub you can tell they care! They do an amazing breakfast would definitely recommend 10/10, the menu here is huge, so much to choose from for food and drink! The value for money is great, a good excuse to have a shopping break while you're out and grab some food and a cheeky pint! We'll be back!

Called in while shopping for some dinner and really enjoyed it. Decent prices and good fast and friendly service. We will definitely be back.

I have never been so shocked to be presented with one of the worst customer service experiences of my whole life. David the “Team Leader” is one of the most rude people I’ve ever come in contact with. His attitude absolutely stinks! And for him to be appointed the team leader… you really need to reconsider who you put in front of your customers. We ordered an ADULT size sausage, chips and beans and were presented with 1 sausage, a small portion of chips and a handful of beans. (Baring in mind the kids has 2 sausage?!!) we questioned this and were told “you’ve got what you’ve paid for” to which I explained but I asked for an adult size portion… he responded “well a can’t answer for her why she hasn’t put more sausages through but that’s what you’ve paid for” the utter disbelief at how rude he was, was unbelievable. The next response is even worse,”so what do you want then?” He then came back after a 10 minute argument and threw some sausages on the table. Not an apology or once was given to us and we will 100% NEVER EVER RETURN!!! What a horrible horrible man!

Visited this morning 28th January 2024 ordered a bacon sandwich and a traditional breakfast waited 40 mins before it arrived toast was under done sorry but I wont be back other people waited longer for meals if I knew it would of taken so long I would never have ordered

Visited with my Brother whilst on a shopping trip. It was busy but easily found a seat. Good range of food and drinks. Excellent deals and value for money. My Brother had a chicken wrap and chips and I had the veggie version. Was served quickly at the bar. The gentleman who served me was friendly, chatty and had a bit laugh and banter. Food arrived quickly, wait staff were quick, efficient and friendly. Good portion sizes, my Brother was very pleased with the amount of chicken which was good quality. Very tasty veggie chicken, chips were well cooked. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Would be happy to go in alone. Quite chilled and laid back vibe. Would recommend.

Great drink selection, fabulous staff! Drinks were lush!! I got two long island iced teas from Bailie, who recommended them.

What a lovely pub right in the centre of the Galleries! Popped in for a bite to eat and a pint while we had a break from shopping, the staff were so busy but so so so friendly. Couldnt fault the service/food or drinks. Keep up the good work!!

Waited over 1hr 20mins for food which didn't come . After being told will be 40mins which I was happy with. Ended getting money back and going else where with no real apology

Went for lunch as a party of 6 food was greasy service was horribly slow we were informed we would be waiting up to 40 minutes we waited Well over an hour when I enquired about our order I was bluntly told by barman like to calm down and stop complaining which I couldn't believe shocking customer service and with a attitude like that takings will decline I have never been spoken to like that and as a customer I'm appalled by the service and disgusting greasy food definitely won't be going there again .

Waited over 1 hour for food(was told 40 mins ) when approached the counter to ask how long was told to "Chill, it's Christmas". Needless to say no tip and not going back. P.s spent about £80. Pps colleague was Luke. A team leader?

It took 35 mins for breakfast to arrive after 25 mins I went to ask where my food was oh there's a 30 min wait why don't they tell you that before you pay ?breakfast arrived nothing special the bacon was inedible for me looked in cooked cooked only came here because the cafe next door was busy lesson learned I won't be back here ever

First time we'd been today looked nice and staff were friendly enough but stood in the queue for about 15 minutes and it wasn't even that busy we the waited an hour for food chips were cold and the bread on the sub rolls was as tough as rubber. Shame because it seems like it could have so much potential. Maybe we just went on a bad day

Bailie’s service was the best service I’ve received in any pub/restaurant. Her dedication to making a great atmosphere was amazing and I felt like she really took the time to get to know her customers and make them feel comfortable. 10/10 for the other staff too, would recommend

Me and my little girl sometimes come here for our dinners and the food is lovely. The staff are really friendly, especially caity. Everyone needs a caity in their workplace and as a friend for life 🩷

Food was plenty and nice and hot bar staff pleasant And even to find restrooms really clean as I’ve been in a few pubs to find toilets etc filthy what a great difference and odour free which is a good sign of good housekeeping Keep this up and we will be back

Arrived here today with family and what a massive improvement in cleanliness definitely have a new cleaner there as spotless .so good on management you need to keep her . Food was superb. Couldn't fault it . Will definitely returning again .all I can say is wow .Well done fantastic

Disgusting, my chicken wrap had mould on and the chicken was hard and brown. Only positive was quick service, however would have rather waited an hour to get edible food.

Didn't have food this time but always enjoy it when we do. The menu before the current one was better. The mozzarella chips (or was it halloumi?) Were lush. Atmosphere not as good this time as England had just lost!!

Oasis is a lovely cosy pub, however food & drink prices are getting far to high and now need to be capped! The pub interior could also do with updating, particularly the bar area! Staff are usually well mannered and efficient.

Ordered 3 different meals and none were the best to be honest .. Tikka Masala had 4 bits of chicken plus a tiny Nan bread and a poppadum and no chutney. Mac & Cheese was greasy and pasta undercooked . The rest of the food was along the same lines.. definitely won’t be back
