Great food and service as usual

The food seemed to be a little over cooked and when it arrived at my house I struggled to take the food because I had to stop my dog from getting out as they left the gate wide open

Arrived on time and was piping hot. Food was great, managed to satisfy the whole family!

Fancying something different, we went for their Mexican Spicy Chicken & Beef Combo. The menu says that they are in naan breads. They actually come in tortillas; one filled with tasty, spicy chicken and the other with spicy beef. The food was on time and very nice. There was also a side salad, which is not mentioned on the menu. Whilst not the "Full Monty" of Mexicans, it was most enjoyable and we will be having it again.

Food was nice but ordered a bottle of diet coke with food, menu states a 2 litre bottle when I got my order it's was only 1.5 litre. Bit of a con. Not happy.

Tasty Chicken and Beef spicy Mexican Burrito combo. Just a moderate spice and delicious to eat. We ordered a side salad to accompany them and this was also very nice. Not too pickled, like some that you get..

Lettuce was brown vinegar of the red cabbage all over the bag spilt the pizza had a funny taste order of cactus a lot but this was the worst meal we have had

My order was ok, I find ordering can be hit and miss in quality. But delivery is always early and piping hot. Lovely delivery people too

Beautiful. Just sometimes have a habit of missing things when delivered. This time it was the pitta breads.

Waited just under two hours for food to come When turned up was cold Chilli dip looked vile like it been sat for weeks and taste just put me totally off the food Never had a problem from here till tonight Very disappointed

Food arrive so quickly and was piping hot! As always the pizza was absolutely lush! I've tried lots of different places in Washington for pizza and having finally settled on Cactus being the best. Always with extra cheese :P

Our food arrived the driver didn’t have them in a heat bag and the food was cold. Very greasy no where near as good quality as we have had previously. This has put us off.!

Great food was really hot and lovely

Ordered two pizzas, sent the wrong ones not once but twice! Then when speaking to staff, they were arsy and wanted proof they had sent wrong ones! Sent full lot back. Delivery driver was great though. What’s happened used to be my first call for takeout. Not be ordering again👍🏻

There was no garlic in the wrap and the meat wasn’t the best

Great pizza and fresh onion rings delivered quickly by friendly staff. Can't complain one bit.

Got the cactus special kebab, brilliant. All meat well done. Great service aswell as accidentally paid for delivery when meant collection and cactus refunded that in cash when I collected the order. Will order again!

There were no chips with our kebabs so that was disappointing

Food was cold when it come, the pizza box had a hole on top of it where everything had been stacked on top of it. First and last time I'll be ordering from here.

Burger was unreal. Garlic bread wouldn't have deterred a vampire in a hurry, needs more garlic on the base. Just my preference though

I live this place so much! The staff are awesome and friendly. Not to mention they have some great food. I love the way they made my free garlic bread look fancy with a pattern crust.

Food was tasty, chips a bit greasy. I think they may have been a little early on delivery time. The delivery driver must of had a bad day, but all in all will defo order from there again

First time this has happened normally I don't have any issues but this time the order wasn't as good, The burger was greasy. Half of my chicken was still pink and like jelly and the wrap itself was soggy because of this. I shouldn't have to deconstructed my wrap to be able to eat it, need to learn to wrap properly, hopefully they ready this and whoever was making this order ups there game

Best pizzas in Washington without a doubt!

We've ordered here for the last 6 take aways and been nice untill today literally within 10 mins of me ordering the food was ready to collect. We got the combo and I'm 99.9% sure that these were heated back up in the microwave as the underneath of the wrap was rock hard tbh is was ineditable the texture of the filling wasn't right and had a strange taste so unfortunately went in the bin. Asked for a deep pan kiev pizza and it certainly was not deep pan more like think crust. The chips were pale, the salad for the kebab was disgusting and inedible so most of the order went in the bin. Unfortunately will not be ordering from here again very disappointed

Meal deal 6 excellent value for money. Thin base Mexican pizza was perfect, donner meat thinly cut & very tasty, chicken kebab tasty too, all hot food & ice cold drinks, early delivery - can't fault anything 10/10 :-)

Foods great and the service is rapid. However delivery driver keeps hammering the door down and blaring his horn up the street late at night though despite me asking him not to do so on multiple occasions.

kebab meat had a funny taste and was like eating rubber the salad box was not fresh by any means the cucumber was rotten and the rest of the box was like watery mush normally nice food from here but this was the worst ive ever had have see if were both well tommorow food was definetlty off

Asked for no mushrooms or onions on pizza it came with red onion on.. applied for cash on delivery they cancelled our order until we rang them and they said they tried ringing which they never.. had to do the order again and send it out again.. not impressed I usually go here all the time with a walk in collection .

Beef burgers are nicest tasting around can taste the chargrill on them too , you’ve only lost a star Cos there was less cheese on the cheesy chips but tbf it’s one off Cos these are only ones that always make the perfect cheesy chips ,been coming here for years , wud like to see few new items on menu, but I love what you do well now , good job 👍

Meat feast pizza was good, but the bolognese chips weren’t great like, very little sauce, or signs of bolognese really? Far too dry. Delivered in good time though and the driver was nice and friendly, so would order again.

The chicken kebabs are nicely marinated and very tasty. They are served with salad and a pitta bread, plus a choice of sauce. Service and delivery time is reasonable.

Burnt pizza and pizza wasn’t even cut.

Order due at 12.25 Called at 12.35 to follow up to be told it would be here at 12.55..... the shop is now closed, the money has been taken & no food delivered. Not good enough more than poor service i'm afraid

Food was average. Kebab & chips went dry & cold quickly. Not great. But what we weren’t happy with was the chicken Kebab. It only included 6 pieces of very small chicken & very dry chicken at that. It works out around £1.06 for each piece. Bad value for money. Disappointed! Overall not a nice takeaway

Food was good as usual but pizza's came smashed in the box, so called the shop up and got new ones. Other than that I would recommend trying it out.

I left a note asking if they could call me as my son was in bed. They done exactly that! Much appreciated, will be definitely be going again. Great food as always and service.

Not bothered that order was late, not even so much it was luke warm but the audacity to charge £5.50 for jacket potato with prawn mayo when in actual fact what was received were two new potatoes that had been microwaved so one was so hard I couldn't even cut it open with 13 prawns (tiny ones and Yes I counted them). Disgusting!!! The kofta and beef were dried out, the salad was soaking and had completely soaked the bottom of the bag. Very disappointed and I probably wont use again. Infact I'd like to think I'd be getting a refund for the "jacket potatoe " and the delivery charge.

I everything was going okay but you missed the garlic sauce out of all 3 wraps! No tubs of garlic, nothing.
