Had a horrible experience with staff. They are so rude. I would definitely not gonna recommend anyone to go there. Even the food was half cooked staff don’t even ready to listen. 👎🏻

Ended up really ill after eating RAW chicken. Rang the establishment and was given nothing but abuse. Reported to Food Standards Agency avoid this place like the plague

Horrible staff, I came to order and their staff told me we don't want people who complain, when I asked them it will be great if you can make the quantity of doner kabab nice. He said he can't serve me.. Please avoid this place

Undercooked food, chips where still cold, order was clearly rushed as items where missing too.

“Cancelled order” but didnt make me aware so waited for 1 and half hours. Only was told it was cancelled when I called for an ETA. And was greeted with the most passive aggressive tone. Not worth the effort just for service quality alone.

Delivery driver is so horrible. Got short changed. Then he decided to come back and bang on my door that loud he might as well of just broke in. To give me my change back in such a cheeky manner

I know I have not had the pizza and there is bad reviews on it. But this place is my go to for there spicy wings. The 10 piece fried wings are amazing. So if nobody has had them before defiently recommend.

Food freezing and burnt...never again! definitely wouldn't recommend...

I work away all the time and live off takeaways. This is one of the worst I think I have ever had. Virtually no cheese around the outside. And I got a parmesan and they didn't even ask if I wanted chips or salad and gave no sauce when I went in to collect. I don't normally leave reviews but I am gong away gutted here haha.

This is the 4th time we have ordered from Prime Pizza and the food is absolutely delicious, I asked for the half chicken not to be cooked too much (as almost most places cremate it) and it was amazing, Thank you Prime pizza and keep up the excellent work we appreciate all you do 🤞😊😊

On time but chips and pizza freezing cold.

First time yesterday I had ordered and the delivery was there within half an hour, Donner meat & chicken both fresh as tasted amazing no grease exactly what you want Will deffo order again.

Good food but they wanted some extra charge for delivery - different from website. ;/
