Waited two hours for food so I cancelled it never again absolutely unreal

Come up.here from birmingham every two weeks always have a curry from.here really nice meal

Absolutely disgusting, chicken curry was set solid and just warm, beef cantonese was so watery, must’ve been all over Sunderland before my house, you live and learn.

Excellent service and delivery. Best chinese/cantonese food around. Quality ingredients, good portions and perfectly cooked. Highly Recommended.

The food is awful. Thick gloopy curry sauce with.fried rice that just does not taste fried. Really poor

I ordered a house special fried rice with a carton of curry sauce, meal was of excellent standard with obviously fresh ingredients and nice fluffy fried rice, also the curry sauce had something different in it, much enjoyed it and even saved some for breakfast as theyre huge portions! Very happy will be eating from here again.

Been going here for 10 years or so. Last night paid £4.20 for chips and curry which is an increase again in their prices. The chips were literally solid and stale. Definitely been re-heated. They were completely inedible and not even the dog would go near them 🤢 want my money back. Never buying from again.

Chow mein isn't chow mein... its basically noodles served in this wall paper paste like glupe ! Get me back over my way for a seaburn dene.. . It doesn't even taste like Chinese food.

Food is absolutely disgusting.gravey and sweet and sour sauce well I have never tasted anything like it the Hors d'oeuvres dry and disgusting coating on the chicken was just flower the chips are dry,please order elsewhere this was £24.50 plus delivery and its gone in the bin disgusting horrible food.🤢

Tried beef curry from here in July 2023. Taste was OK but the beef was the worst I have had from a takeaway. It was thick and tough, in fact so tough was completely inedible. Beef was binned so my meal was changed to curry sauce and fried rice at beef prices. Shocking

Ordered dinner for me and my Dad tonight because the Scullery had stopped serving (it was only 8pm!) I had King Prawn curry and fried rice. Dad had King Prawn chow mien. We also ordered prawn crackers and a couple of spring rolls. Really nice food and good portions, with more than enough leftovers for lunch today. Me Dad used to go quite regularly although hasn’t been since the pandemic and the fella still recognised him and remembered his name! It’s not super authentic cuisine but it’s a great shout for a takeaway “Chinese”. Not too expensive and they also deliver.

Always nice food. Staff are always helpful and any problems we have had have been rectified or reimbursed for. They cook the food fresh so any allergies can be catered to without a fuss.

Absolutely disgusting food. I am not sure how this place is still open. Chose to collect and wish I hadn’t as the shop looks disgusting and not very clean. The chow mein was horrendous and everything else was pretty tasteless and chicken was chewy and over cooked! Just don’t bother even trying it

A marvellous place you can either fone or call in and place your order large or small and it can be ready in 10-15 minutes, when all the family are home we order 3 large rice, chips and curry sauce and a small one .

They do lovely food here well worth the money.

Very poor food clay cold on arrival starter for 2 defo not worth the money terrible burnt, rib dry chicken wings 2 terrible so small nothing on them some thing you would get out of Herrons cheep and will not be back again

Food is terrible chow mein was watery and chicken tasted awful special fried rice wasn't very special at all it was bland and tasteless worst 40 quid I've ever spent I'll never come here again avoid at all costs

Vile! Egg Fried Rice was just boiled rice with few bits of egg hoyed in.. tasted like they've never washed the pan! Curry Sauce was like Jelly 🤢 Chips were 100% reheated! Avoid at all cost! GREEN BAMBOO is the best in the area 👍

chips rubbish reheated by the looks of them otherwise would be nice

Tried this place on recommendation, couldn't get through to my usual Buda B in Grangetown. Unfortunately the meal we got was Bland, Soup and Curry was tasteless. Sorry won't bother again or the uncontactable one in Grangetown. Happy Valentines day...not

I sang my little heart out on the way home Coz a love a Chinese and to get home for them to forget my house special curry for then to give me 2 normal currys am heart broking to say the least

Great food, can't recommend enough

Disgusting!!!! Spent £33 on a meal and it was absolutely horrible.....pure taste of old frying fat which made us both vom all night....bearing in mind we,d only ate a small portion. Spare ribs were like rubber and peking sauce was like water.....chicken in curry was processed. Appauling!

Never go anywhere else I know quality and this place always hit the mark

Only had chicken noodle soup and chips but really nice. Consistent as always. Counter guy always remembers even though I always forget that I want no vegetables in my chicken noodle soup.

Vile! Ordered here noodles were mushy and bland salt and pepper chips were solid! Chicken was tasteless and prawn crackers were solid Defiantly wouldn’t come here again 👎🏻

Refused to help us out when just eat messed an order up and to top it off the food tasted pure awful compared to usual. Used for all the times I've lived in doxy, not now.

Foods ok , only take cash at the shop
