The best restaurants serving Default food in Boldon Colliery South Tyneside North East

I love this pub. Very cosy. Nice atmosphere. Food is pretty average (Sunday lunch was bland). Staff were nice but annoyingly attentive when we arrived (4 different staff asking for our drinks order in the first 5 mins), then difficult to communicate with once our initial order was taken and we wanted more drinks.

Order on just eat lost the Order never received complete disgrace never again complained on the phone very sad phone call regarding order never again

Stoped by this shop tonight ordered a bassinet pizza which turned out to be the nicest pizza I had ever had the staff were amazing and friendly had me trying be ok his home made sauces he managed to turn a basic pizza into an amazing experience will definitely be going back 9.5 best score yet

Without doubt the worst service I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Condescending attitude and the server watched over the table like a owl as we were the only people in (not surprising). Had the worst garlic mushroom starter ever encountered followed by a a pasta which was like hunt the chicken. All of the meals were poor with little meat and lots of sauce. When we complained we were told that a breast of chicken was used per two meals - no chance. Would never return.

Bbq ribs tasted like bacon fat, chicken balls no chicken only batter swamped in curry sauce, and the chicken&beef curry was freezing with raw onion. All went in the bin £38.00

Helen is a asset to your business. She's so happy, bubbly and so warming/ welcoming. Food was lovely. My little girl loved the fact they had a build your own ice cream for kids

Having ordered a mighty box and bag of prawn crackers for £26.50 delivered and told it would be with me within the hour but actually took 1hr 20 to arrive it was just warm. I called the shop and was greeted with such a miserable women who began explaining how busy they were and that they only had 2 drivers! Sorry but not my problem. She also said I was the only complaint of the night! And?? Her solution to this disappointment was a discount on my next order? What goods that when I’ll not be ordering again. She asked me what I wanted and I suggested a partial refund only to be told she couldn’t do that as the drivers were too busy to return to my address. Total waste of money and horrendous customer service. Avoid!!! There’s so many better Chinese take away than this. Annoyed is an understatement.

Very good fish shop,the patties are very good and so are the chips and curry sauce

Never got the items I ordered and when I phoned he would look in to this and still had to pay for 4 missing items as just eat would not refund

I ordered a chicken tikka nan last night and chips. I had a menu that said 10% off if you order online so I downloaded the app went to collect it then came back home to find 2 short hairs in my food. Very disappointment and will not be going there again

Was hood value staff were really nice and i was served very quick. Place was very clean and tidy i love the look of the outside

Called in here for a quick cuppa and also had an orange and chocolate muffin. Cafe airy and light but noisy with children running about and crying. Would visit again when quieter.
