Requested the qabili rice with no raisins , but they also removed the carrots and was like well ok and when started to eating my first bite then noticed that most of the rice was underneath burnt rice which left with disappointment 🙁

As a connoisseur of bold flavors, my recent visit to Pepe's Piri Piri for their renowned fries and rice box left me utterly delighted and craving for more. The combination of perfectly cooked fries and succulent chicken bathed in their signature peri-peri sauce created an experience that's nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Peri-Peri Fries: The Peri-Peri Fries were a revelation that had me hooked from the first bite. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, these fries were seasoned with a tantalizing blend of spices that provided just the right amount of heat and zest. Chicken rice box : The Chicken rice box, undoubtedly the stars of the show, showcased the art of perfect preparation and execution. Very disappointed when the delivery was stopped

The most authentic Asian curry I’ve even had in the NE. Amazing food! Deserve 6 stars ❤️🤌

1) staff literally used the toilet and after that locked it. Literally next customer asked for key and they blatantly said: It is out of service. 2) during day time there is girl, who looks so lost behind the counter. Too slow to take orders, pack them. God help her! 3) saw 4 times (in 6 months that I have gone to this pepes) people coming back and complaining about packaging of order or missing items. 4) bots are more friendly than the staff there. Doesn't greet, say bye or even acknowledge a customer saying cheers while leaving. 5) this is only franchised restaurant on that section of west road and is lowest rated for a reason. 6) if you are ever short on time, don't go cause order cancelled take between 5-35 minutes for collection. 7) reckon management business objective is "jab tak chal Raha hai.....chalao"

Good mocktails, food standard nothing spectacular won’t be rushing there again, lovely staff. The burger tasted like any other takeaway cheese burger nothing that wow...

I visit the lunch box regularly. Staff are always pleasant and attentive. Food is fresh and tasty. Plenty of hot and cold choices. Would recommend for a quick bite.

Bacon....Saucage...looks disgusting staff standing around doing nothing Not Recommended

Came to dine today and we were unable to sample the food or the service sadly. Instead we were introgated pre entry, asked for ID, questioned about medical exmpetion cards.. I have a disability and do NOT need to prove it to anyone, nor show ID to enter! It was rude!!! We came half a mile up the road and found a lovely little cafe called kyber cafe, staff were friendly and the food was tasty, they've just gained a new loyal customer!

We had the family combo yesterday and their BBQ flavour was simply amazing. Hopefully they make it permanent as it's totally different from peri flavour. They had used very good quality BBQ sauce and it was a very satisfying platter. We have tried many places for grilled chicken but Pepe's in Newcastle West Road is the best. Prompt service too. Highly recommend. Halal.

The bar was quite. Ordered food at 7 pm at 8 pm. I asked if it was ready .guy said I asked who's order it was, but no one answered even though you have to give a table number. No one near us saw him . Food arrived at 8.15. not sure if it was re cooked or warmed up as my curry was dry and tastles . I asked for a refund but told only the head office could authorise it . Given free drink to passively us . But it was awful service.
