Beautiful building worth a visit, wouldn't eat their again though, took my mum for Mother's Day and All seemed fine until the cups came for the tea, they were full of rings and dried on tea... We wiped them clean with the napkins... The food came and it all looked lovely, but that was all, the waiter never told us what the sandwiches were (I also couldn't find this info online) the sandwiches were tiny, I've had bigger chips, the pork pies were mush but the quiche was nice (but cold) they had lovely cossiants (again cold) NO BUTTER OR JAM! So very dry, the only cake that was nice was the lemon and mybe the meringue nest would of been ok if the fruit wasn't tort! I was very disappointed as its seemed like an elegant place. Wouldn't recommend at all!

We've been using this place for a while now . The food and service has always been pretty good .However , over the last few weeks the food has improved massively , especially the chicken shoarma and lamb . Carry on the good work , I can't think of anyone doing takeaway food of this type ,better in the Darlington area

Nice food but far to small for the amount of tables unless you like eating meals on strangers laps

About a year ago on a trip to Edinburgh we stopped in Masham North Yorkshire and had fish & chips at Harry's. 12 months later we returned and were not disappointed. Crisp batter and succulent fish with yummy chips. We had the Senior's Special and it was more than adequate for us. Well worth a visit whether you eat in or take away. Well done yet again..

Chicken in the parmo was grey not fresh

Been a frequent paying customer for a long time. Seriously disappointed in the quality of food. Eating a Pepperoni Parmesan and to my surprise, I had a mouth full of bones. They offered to replace the food but no one in the household wanted to eat or receive more food from this establishment. When asked for a refund they offered £7. We wasted more than £7 for food we do not feel has been quality control checked. Nothing other than chicken breast should have been used so I’m confused how that has happened. Good customer service would have been to refund the whole order, since I nearly choked on multiple chicken bones and this put everyone else off. I will never be ordering from here again.

Been going here for years since back when it was situated on Northgate. Was a little sceptical as not been for a while and read the very mixed reviews since the move and supposedly different owners. We were not disappointed. opted for my usual chicken wrap and it was huge! Very tasty chicken shawarma with salad packed in a wrap. Probably a little too much sauce in mine but was still delicious. Will definitely return.

Best independent pizza shop in Darlington! I've been going for years, and they have never lowered their standards. The staff are all very friendly. Some people have complained about delivery times, but they were really struggling for drivers at one point. So deliveries were longer than usual. Hardly a reason to 1 star them. This has been a consistently great pizza shop for many years and gets really busy at times.

We placed an order @ Friday 10 May 2024, 22:43, order was accepted, then order tracker @ 11.30pm informed us our order had been cancelled. 12pm, no food, no email / further confirmation of our order been cancelled, who knows? will it come, won't it?? not a game I can spend playing on a Friday, after already waiting 50mins. Best wait for my refund and order elsewhere before everywhere else actually shuts. Very Disappointed...

Incredibly bad service and management. Ordered a waffle, chocolate and concrete cake. Waited an hour for it to turn up after chasing the order(arrived within ten minutes of the phone call) The waffle stone cold. Phoned back to discuss with the staff to be told the food is made and kept under a heater (clearly wasn’t) and they can not be accountable if it gets cold on delivery (which is understandable) however this had been sat in the shop and was not just cold from delivery. Spoke to management who told me ‘if I wanted it warm I should have gone into store myself and collected it’ and that it was my fault. Ask for a refund and for the ‘warm’ food to be returned with the driver, which was denied. Terrible service. 0 accountability.
