Food was not cooked avoid total waste of money

I waited 2 hours for a crappy meal! Disgusting food.

Parmo was overpriced and tasted of rubber, other places do better parmo at half the price

Sadly had to give one star because giving zero is not an option the parmo which we went for a full meat feast one which lukewarm dry and pretty flavorless the portion of chips I think we're a forgotten extra dry lukewarm.no mayonnaise no ketchup in the shop no salad came with our parmo which was a meal deal to be honest absolutely vile disgusting

Food is below average and very mid , also they keep changing the price. Took almost 20 mins to get my order and when they handed it they said it was discounted because of my wait time however it was the same price as the menu

Ordered for collection and arrived on time, short time to wait for food. I was charged a higher price than listed online (although these prices were listed in the shop). Pizza was missing half the advertised toppings, only got 2 out of 4, and what was there was sparse - no substitutes, extra of the other two toppings or price reduction. Pizza was fairly poor quality for the price. The rest of the food was okay/edible. Probably unlikely to return on the basis of quality/price compared to others.

La Roma had no problem taking my payment before telling me that they had to heat up the oil from cold to cook a portion of chips. Waited near 30 mins for a portion and nothing else. Firstly charged me more than the correct price and only realised when I counted my change. Some notice if I was going to be waiting that long would have been great and I would have been happier going somewhere else. La Roma used to be great but the new owners have taken it downhill. Also just the cleansleness like putting jackets on the chopping surface. Who knows what the jackets have touched. And touching chicken, then chips with the same gloves. Doesn’t bother me but definitely not up to standard.

Never had a problem with the place until now always been brilliant. Tonight however my order was wrong, I've called to rectify it and been ignored letting the phone ring and now I'm sat with the wrong food item getting cold and no returned call after leaving a message on an answer machine. Poor

Honestly horrible food, have ordered multiple times quality has gone down hill. Pizzas undercooked and doughy. Toppings non existent. Kebab meat very dry and with no flavour. Wouldn't recommend.

40 mins later than expected (not great as hangry with COVID), however the half chicken and chips turned out to be a full roast chicken upgrade which was appreciated, and a pleasant surprise. The fries were warm, and overall a good 8/10.

Used to order from here probably about 5 years ago, was a decent place. Ordered from here earlier in the year and there were quite a few bits of bone in the parmo. Ordered recently and the service was tragic, rang up 40 minutes after it was meant to arrive to be told 'it has just been sent out with a driver'. Still wasn't here nearly an hour later so I rang back up to ask where it was to be told it was delivered a long time ago, as the delivery driver was pulling up to the house. Didn't believe me so I answered the door on the phone and then got hung up on, I appreciate businesses can be busy but a little customer service goes a long way. Food was warm at best, pizza undercooked but tasted like it could've been nice. Chips were stale. Donner wasn't too bad.

Cooked food is ok but gave a mouldy bun. Tried ordering cooked food the next time and had given an hour notice before I was to arrive and they didn't bother to start it once I arrived. Total idiots who can't manage food stock or even basic orders

Not many pizza kebab shops deliver at 12.40...Jesus wish these didn't either...Pizza is deffo a frozen one ..tell by the toppings...non existent. But it was late...but Never again..

Sadly the formed meat I received resembled no real meat in taste or look. Next time I'll just order early from best kehbab as despite the portion sizes Vs price it's at least real meat.

Ordered food tnyt got roast chicken amd chips kids meal amd a chicken wrap my chicken was that dry it snapped looked out of date tasted awful cudnt eat it chips were edible its a shame as iv ordered from here for yrs but I won't ever order again can't believe the chicken was even sent out in that state only reason for any starts it came hot and in reasonable time

New owners and it is awful now.they use the pizza oven to cook everything and get orders wrong.sadly gone downhill fast.

I wouldn’t be ordering from these again. I placed an order and was over an hour late. Tried ringing but weren’t answering calls. I had to drive down and pick up my food. They just said they were busy. Such a p#%* take

Pizza cold on arrival rang offered another pizza but we declined as heated it up. Shouldn't have to . They weren't helpful told us to ring tomoro so not using again shame because been ok in past also declined a refund shocking

The food came earlier than delivery time stated but, no garlic sauce on a London pizza.

Says open till 12am apparently its closed at 10:25pm opening & closing times are wrong & misleading

Friendly service,never been here before, I asked for creamed cabbage with the rest of our order, to which I was told there wasn't any, but one of the staff ( I wish I got his name) said he could make me some I was so grateful and I'm not kidding it was the best I've ever had from anywhere, the rest of the food was lovely too, I would definitely recommend

Ordered sheesh kebab meat was chewy pitta was not cooked or even cut or stuffed with nothing. It was dumped on top of chip takeaway box. Poor presentation. First order and bloody last.5 star on just eat don't think so!

La roma was always our go to place, we couldn't fault the food but today they have a new chef, nearly two hours waiting for 4 meals and a garlic bread, ordered through darlo eats, never again. La roma you have lost a customer today. Food missing and what was sent inedible, then when we phone up, you don't when it will be sent out. Disgraceful, people beware used to be fab but now your heading for paying for meals that don't arrive and probably a good case of illness.

Food arrived over an hour and a half earlier than we wanted it and one of the pizzas was wrong, rang up and asked for replacement at time we actually wanted it, which they accepted and came and took the food away. Food then arrived on the correct time but it was the old food they took back, absolutely disgusting, will not be returning

I use to like this place, the food is fantastic, I'm a regular customer aswell, with in a week from my last order they have messed up, last week ordered 2 kebabs and only one turned up even the delivery driver had to put there 2 penith in last thing that place would want is custom, so I thought maybe it be a one off, but nope 2 hours I've waited on my food all because my order had gone else where, now its arrived, my pizza isn't even warm. Never in 4 years have I had this. Even 10 minutes late it still be steaming, even the chicken doesn't looked cook

Very rude staff including their boss abused language on the phone just because my parmesan was raw and my garlic sauce was missing keep away from this place plus one of their staff have corona was constantly caughing on the phone called health and safety department

Just had a delivery from La Roma and it was possibly one of the worst takeaways we've had for a long time! Kebab meat was disgusting, the Chicken Kebab was mostly gristle and the pizza was terrible! Sorry but you have just lost our custom!

Hairy chips on delivery thought my chips were wearing a wig disgusting

I had my first Laroma pizza yesterday. It was very tasty, toppings were good and the base was not greasy. Very good indeed.

Got a takaway from Laroma got to say was best pizza and parmos in darlington 10/10

Food turned up looking battered a toddle could of done a better job, I put in a complaint and there were very rude and hung up I foned bk several times for a replacement and got given verbal abuse, I asked for my money back and they refused. Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!

That bad not worth the star ive given it don't order from hear staff rude to you swearing at you and the menu is very misleading

They got the order wrong twice so I just had to settle with something I didn't get my money's worth for and tasted like dump !
