Zam Zam Pizzeria and shawarma in Darlington

We've been using this place for a while now . The food and service has always been pretty good .However , over the last few weeks the food has improved massively , especially the chicken shoarma and lamb . Carry on the good work , I can't think of anyone doing takeaway food of this type ,better in the Darlington area

Stay away from this place, if you have a problem with your food you get a load of attitude and slavver over the phone. And unwilling to help when it’s there mistake.

Very poor service ordered pizza and kabab meat no kabab on delivery when I call to say it was missing they call me a liar and said what you want me to do about it it's a shame very nice pizza

Lovely staff, i walked in fairly late, the two staff were very friendly and attentive, did me a really good deal and overall provided a very enjoyable experience. the food isn’t half good too! for sure check this place out can’t be beaten on price either thanks guys :)

We started getting food from here due to everywhere being closed 1 night and this place was open. This is now our go-to.

Orders a few times so I know what the shawarma looks and tastes like however that which I was given was not what I've had previously really bad meat grey in colour and sat the chips at bottom of try and heaped all the greasy meat in top meaning the chips are inedible due to amount of grease that has sealed into them

Best wrap and pizza I have ever had good value excellent staff and delivery driver

Best pizzas in town. Everything is right about them. The base, the sause, the cheese...Perfect. The service is excellent and staff are friendly.

Consistently beautiful food. We order the mixed kebab box every time with some pizza, salad and chips. Portions are great size and service is spectacular. We are regulars it easily feeds 4- 6 people. The garlic and the chilli sauces are amazing :)

The best food and the service is very good

Left onions on a burger when i said no onions. This is the second time its happened. Also asked for cucumber in burger but no cucumber. Rang up and guy on phone seemed clueless and could hear the chef shouting just tell them to bring it back. Wouldnt even apologise. Also chips and burger bun were so hard. Disappointed as normally their food is good.

I’d like to mirror recent reviews, this place used to be really good. However, a recent order took over 1.5 hours to arrive with no explanation , cold, and not up to usual standard

Best parmasen I've ever tasted plenty of bashamal sauce and cheese and garlic sauce is beautiful fully recommend 😊

Poor service. Deliver time 55 mins takes two hours not even sorry. Do not recommend

2 stars as this was our go to takeaway, ordering once every week but the past 3 times the food and service has been awful. Portions are half the size they used to be and keep getting smaller each time I've ordered, for the same price. Chicken is drier and burnt and is just not enjoyable. It's a shame, will not be ordering again.

Can't understand why they soak the salad in mint sauce it's over powering can't taste the food because of it had to bin my kebab .

Ordered the meal c on menu which was a chicken special kebab , chips , salad , garlic , chilli and a can of pop , absolutely beautiful and only cost me 5.90

Amazing offers on food. And amount you get for your money is well worth it. Staff friendly as well. Definitely give them a try
