fantastic service from a great takeaway. my partner loves the green chillis they put in the salad. I mentioned this when I ordered and they sent a box of green chillis for her. unreal. she is over the moon. thank you very much

Always order from here never ever have a issue always perfect. My partner ordered me a parmesan with chips at 22:30. Rang to confirm that it went through of my phone at 23:00 , confirmed address said it’s on its way. Still didn’t arrived, rang back at 23:15 due to only being round corner stated the delivery driver attended and no answer and stated the wrong address even after confirming, mistakes do happen i can appreciate it however over a hour wait for inedible freezing cold food, such a shame

This was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time Kebab was gorgeous as well all nice and hot and amazing chilli sauce definitely order from here from now on

Brilliant high-quality but affordable food (can get a pizza, chips and drink for around £15), friendly staff, accepts cash. Much better than the pizza store in the indoor market, will definitely visit again. The only issue is the fan is very loud (so it is hard to hear what the people at the front desk are saying) and the room doesn't have much ventilation (and is fairly warm due to the pizzas being cooked).

I placed an order for the shish special kebab which is supposed to be shish and doner. Instead I received the shish with a few chunks of chicken, no doner at all which was highly disappointing. I reported this through the app which led me to believe that I'd be getting a refund. A week later, I've heard nothing at all from either JustEat or Pizza Town D.

Our food was an hour late, it was meant to arrive by 11, then the time just kept getting pushed back and back, I understand some places get busy but don’t take on more orders than what you can manage then. When it arrived the food was cold- I was exhausted so ended up just going to bed and chucking the food in the bin!

The Best pizza thank you for service

Opened the door to the delivery driver who was carrying the bag by his side, he took the box out nearly upside-down & handed me the Pizza sideways instead of flat.. My First thought was; "Oh fantastic, This is gonna be all smush!" but it wasn't so bad after opening it & giving it a little shuggy back into position.. Hilarious really! Pizza Pie was really nice & hot, no free Garlic sauce though.. but was just like a Mama used to make 🤌

Driver called while sat in his car and said he was here but he didn’t even press buzzer kids meal was like warm kebab was fine

Got food delivered tonight, opened pizza box to find pizza full of greese, sick and tired of these darlo pizza shops selling rubbish pizzas, we pay good money to get a very poor service of food, just not on like 😡

We are patients in hospital and this food is the best we have had in 6 months , we will be doing all of our food orders from here from now on , and the delivery time was quick. 😇😇😇

First time ordering from here tonight. Despite waiting for 2 hours due to the driver not being able to find my address, I have to say the wait really was worth it. The Customer service was absolutely amazing when I called to chase up the order and they sent out a fresh order and couldn’t apologise enough. The food arrived hot, and the food really was very tasty, will definitely be ordering from here again, despite the delay.

Pizza bases were still dough, if you held the crust, the pizza dropped, zero crunch. Topping quality was decent and has been good from here before but well undercooked this time.

My food didn’t get delivered at all … I’m less than impressed

The only good thing was the food came on time. The cheesy chips and garlic was stone cold, tasted like the chips were from yesterday and the cheese was not one bit melted. The size of the wrap for £10 was absolutley disgusting never seen a smaller wrap hardly any meat in it. The pizza wasnt cut properly and was so sloppy and full of grease. Will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered pepperoni pizza. Was given what tasted like bbq chicken with loads of cheese on. Would have been okay with the error but there was very little taste to it.

Really gutted with our order, i couldn’t even eat the pizza, I had one bite but it was too greasy to hold and the chicken was shredded all under the cheese which gave it a really horrible texture, but the main issue was the taste of it, I ordered a kiev pizza, and the garlic you could definitely taste but it also tasted like tikka and looked like it too. Was really off putting, the chicken tasted strange. Our chips were like eating crisps, overall not good

Disappointed given how many 5 star reviews there are. Got a half hotshot Parmo & portion of donner. Parmo flavour was bland, expected more but not the worst Parmo I’ve ever had. Quite pricey for a regular too, was relatively small. Chips were really poor. Garlic sauce one of the better ones we’ve had from a takeaway. Pizzas are probably better and so regretted not ordering one instead. Portion of donner was ample.

Never showed up! Money taken of course.
