Absolutely disgusting, bed sheets filthy, curtains where minging, rubbish all down the side of the bed ... No heating room was boltic wouldn't recommend, not even to a goldfish

Good amount and very tasty. Just how your mam would make you a breakfast,after a good night out the night before. Very clean,staff lovely and food is top notch

I personally invited my family to have a coffee at undercroft restaurant , where previous time it was delicious, so we came a long way from billingham to durham for coffee where today I was absolutely disappointed, they just gave machine coffee where quantity and quality very very bad and asked staff they said they are using same coffee bean but machine coffee which tasted like rubbish, staff said as they are closing they made coffee in machine , if the staff said clearly before buying that the coffee can be prepared only by coffee machine I would not bought , waste of 14 pounds which is expensive , really I want refund for the shit coffee , if restaurant owner rectify this and return my money back

Trajo a su hija de vuelta a Uni, así que en busca de un buen desayuno después de un largo viaje en coche. En primer lugar, la habitación estaba helada, todos los clientes tenían abrigos y sombreros puestos. A continuación, el único huevo que podían ofrecer para ir en un rollo estaba revuelto, probablemente porque estaba pre-hecho y podían micro-agitarlo. Evidentemente no tenían ni sartenes ni sartenes furtivas. Por último, no había mucha amabilidad norteña por parte del personal, más bien una renuencia a servir realmente a los clientes que pagan sus salarios. Ojalá hubiéramos ido a las cucharas solo 20 metros más adelante.

Great service. Jason and staff were really friendly and the service was good. We enjoyed our food both at breakfast and our evening meal.

Disgusting. Spent nearly £80 on food which we were going to eat for our Xmas dinner tomorrow. All 4 dishes are swimming in oil. Ruined. Have taken photos but these don't convey the awful taste of oil! When I rang the takeaway to complain, the owner "Ahmed" said it was Just Eat's problem and hung up on me. Just Eat said it was the restaurant's problem as they produced the food. Am now going through my bank to get a charge back.

Great restaurant that I would happily go to again. Service was more than perfect, and the waiting staff were kind, helpful, courteous and extremely efficient. Food was exceptionally good and tasted very Italian, including the vegan option. I spoke with the chef afterwards and complimented him on his cooking. If I was in Durham again, I simply wouldn't bother going anywhere else. This is a really good restaurant, with good service, good food, a wide array of drinks, and all at very reasonable prices.

Only chinese I use. Enjoyed this family chinese takeaway for a very long time.

Quiet place, perfect for relaxing and eating well.

Ordered chicken wrap with garlic and kebab meat chips with cheese. The wrap was soaked in some kind of butter sauce. The kebab meat with chips and cheese had no cheese, I had to add my own cheese after been charged an extra £1.50 for cheese. It was vile I will never go back to this place again what a waste of money it all went in the bin
