Absolutely disgusting service, waited 15 minutes after ordering only to see the staff service the just eat people and they were not bothered about customer in the store. Ask for a refund due to the fact on top of the 15 minutes the food sat for 5 minutes on the side while the two staff serving were too busy taking to each other.

Always like to come here when at Durham. Friendly staff, good food. Only minus, is the boards (why does KFC like to anialate the older generations?). Still, you can order at counter and pay cash. Plenty parking, though not many disabled bays (unless taken by the few who cannot be bothered to walk far!!)

Ah, KFC, where mediocrity meets Michelin-star prices. $10 for a soggy chicken sandwich that tasted like it had been seasoned with regret? Groundbreaking. The fries arrived cold and limp, like they’d been on a spiritual journey to find their purpose—and failed. The ambiance? Sticky tables and soul-sucking lights, paired with staff who clearly hated being there as much as I did. Paying extra for watery mashed potatoes was the cherry on top of this overpriced nightmare. Congrats, KFC, on delivering the worst dining experience for the most absurd price. Never again.

Was a slow service by kfc standards but the employee was nice who served us. Strange that they don't bring straws with table service but other than that it's all good

Food itself was ok but missing sides i paid extra for. Just eat automatically refused a refund so be wary that you may lose out on money if there's something missing.

Walked in and asked for food. Sent to machine and told I was not allowed to order with human so I walked out. Should boycott based on that. Last time I eat 3 months ago I got to deal with a human but food so expensive I could have eaten at a restaurant for less. Spent about 40 pounds just ne and my dad.

Used the drive-thru. Was served by Yash, what an absolute delight. He was friendly and warm. When paying for the food at the window Yash took payment with a huge smile on his face. I was astonished to hear this was just first time in drive-thru! What an exceptional member of staff. And to top it off the food was delicious. Well done KFC for employing such a good member of staff and producing exceptional food 😍

Really disappointing ! Ordered my meal waited over 15 minutes to be told that it would be another 2/3 minutes which I was fine with. During this time staff were laughing amongst each other no urgency for food orders. After my meal didn’t come after another 5 minutes over 20 minutes in total I asked for a refund. No apology from manager. Very poor service

We went through the drive through to get a quick lunch. The rice box is delicious and the chicken bites. Too few staff I think, running around like headless chickens ( forgive my pun!) Needs more staff! Waiting for the order in the parked bays can be a long wait, I don't blame the staff. Though the staff are always polite. Always out of sauce for crushems , not the right greens.

I didn’t receive all of my items ordered

I've ordered from this KFC a few times and every time something has been missing or the wrong thing sent. Last night one item was missing and two items were the wrong thing

Had £21.99 family feast 10 piece chicken was not freshly done got home coating on it was rock solid three rib bits it box absolutely nothing on them 1 breast piece dry as sticks Asked for two corn on the cobs for my sides opened it up only one corn and a coleslaw which I would never order ! Would advise anyone ordering from here to order drumsticks as they the only one what’s not dry and has a bit of taste to it

KFC were great, the problem was JustEat, I had to wait two hours for the delivery. Communication with JustEat is atrocious. Worst company I’ve ever used.

I agree with some of the comments regarding cleanliness and maintenance - probably not enough staff. The staff today (23rd May 24 around 14:00) were very polite, friendly and professional James and the blonde girl behind the counter were Excellent!!! Thanks

this time things was miss from order , I have ordered the finger kicking bucket and like all other times same happened today , instead of the bucket he showed up with 2 pcs of chicken one fries and 2 wings and one drink , I called kfc he said oh sorry I give you £1.50 back for missing items, , anyway at the end he suggested I put another order in with just a sauce and he will add the missing items, I got charged again 5 pounds to get missing items, total 26.00 pounds for rubbish. not fair on us

No drink or no gravy with the bucket. Quite unedible now. Would appreciate a refund as will not be ordering again.

quality and service ? I hate the way they throw the chips in the bag and till we get it half the chips are on the bottom, I had chips again and they put them in little box ,I guess they are out of stock on them and the paper bags boys stay open and chips fall out in main bag. not nice

the driver left the food outside on the floor and left , 10 min later I look at my app to see were is my food and its saying delivered, and that's when I go out to check, and yes food was on floor and I didn't even hear the door knocking and that's if he knocked, every time I order all this happens missing food and all other stuff you can think of ,I got 12 pounds refund for my previous order cos stuff was missing and because I deleted the app I lost my refund aswell, im an unlucky guys 👦

hi im looking for half hour the contract us page I cannot find it , I have 2 problems the first is on the just eat app its saying now about kfc 40% of the finger kicking bucket the normal price is 22 pounds after paying I saw that no 40 percent came of my total and the second problem is I added sweet corn in my order and was not in when it came I called kfc they said tell that on your reviews or call them , so I'm here typing this

cannot eat legs and legs I got ,Ordered the 4 pcs colonels meal I think is the name and sadly again I got 3 legs , last time was 4 legs so I consider my self lucky, after calling the restaurant they said we cannot chose what goes in the 4 pcs meal , so why u added 3 legs In it that's telling me somthing else boss , adding 3 legs one after the other that means you chosen what goes in thats the reality.

Missing fries, freezing food and £40 for food I wouldn’t give to the dog. I truly hope this store is closed down. The staff are useless!

Last time I will order , and I got freezing cold fries that you charge nearly 3 pounds and I got the budget for one and got 4 legs. I paid 13 pounds for 4 legs and cold fries. Never again, and one more thing chips was thrown in paper bag and was ripped. Like I said never again this was last time , to get 4 legs in a bucket deal thats out of order.

Bought a boneless banquet and a tub of gravy Paid £2.99 for it for to be plastered over all the other food, which some of the people eating it didn’t like! It was that bad that the bag burst all over. The place, so the £1.99 and then a £1.49 delivery charge. Made this a £35 order! They gave me a compensation of £2.99, which only covered the over priced pot of gravy. Not the fact that the meal was ruined for the others! Just eat are a disgrace! No empathy for the fact that they ruined the meal, or cost to clean up the gravy from all over the bedding! Absolute disgusting! Will be a long time before I use there poor pethetic over priced service!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I don't know what has happened to this KFC... We really enjoyed the food and service in the past... Our usual bucket meal was not on the menu, however was available and supplied... Apart from the price increase, the food was not up to it's usual high standard... The chicken was very dry and not enjoyable... The chips, for some strange reason was coated in some weird overly seasoned coating which we didn't ask for... Not to our taste at all and we didn't enjoy it... There was one other occupied table, very telling...

Honestly props to the delivery guy keeps extra Pepsi in his car just incasr the restaurant doesn’t pack the right orders which is very disappointing from kfc as a global franchise
