beautiful as always! fast and the delivery driver is always a delight 5 star

Parmo was burnt and could not even cut it. Burger arrived with no sauce and salad. Very poor standard for the price it cost and will not be ordering from there again.

Usually food is 10/10 .. unfortunately this time not .. garlic mushrooms were burnt and pizza stuffed crust undercooked. Staff looked absolutely run off their feet. That said they were very polite and apologised for delay in food.

Chips that where supposed to come with the donner burger kebab where not delivered paid £2.50 for something that was not delivered not happy about this

This time the chips were cold the batter on the fish overdone and hard the chicken Parmesan fillet was hard one side. Going to give Geordies a miss next time

Arrived early. You just can’t beat the special kebab. I’ve been getting this for years. Hot and perfectly cooked meat. Lovely fresh, crunchy salad. Outstanding as usual.

Had a problem with a pizza delivered. Staff were really fast to understand the problem and deliver a replacement pizza as quickly as possible. Mistakes happen but they were corrected no question and handled so professionally. Thanks

Well let me start with the positive points of this take away. I had fish, chips and mushy peas and my parents thought they were very good thankyou. I had the special kebab once again very good lots of meat and pleasant to eat 🙃👍 Now for the crutz of this review. As a very successful establishment why oh why would you have menus on the bar that as I was informed are old and not up to date price wise. I do not mean to sound clever or patronistic but how can you deliver such a great selection of foods at simply " wrong prices" and expect the customer to not say anything. Yes we all run businesses but i base mine on honesty. Old menus new prices on the till is not the way forward. Take away the old menus and inform the customers of the price increases or you are misleading your customers from first base. Yes an Individual did come in and rectify the scenario but once again no introduction to who he may be I guess a member of senior staff or ownership. Come on geordies you have been a great asset to the north east for many years why let yourself down now 😌😌

Chicken kebab was completely burned on one side. Stunk if smoke, completely inedible. Second time this has happened to our order, first time we assumed it was a one off, quality has slipped unfortunately.

had a couple of hiccups with the order but woman on the phone was lovely and sorted it out mistakes happen and they rectified them straight away still delicious food

I’ve been a customer for years and I’m always impressed but tonight’s order even shocked me. From the second I placed my order to it arriving at my door took 13 minutes, 13 minutes!!! When I went to eat the food it was piping hot, I actually burnt my mouth. I have never received service like this before, absolutely impeccable. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing food tonight came hot and pizzas had perfect amount of cheese on for us and cakes were too die for didnt have 1 item but substituted it for 3 i would of been happy with 1 but this was really generous thank you we will be back

Been going for over 20 used to be the best please for fast decent takeaway gone down hill in the last few years came Half a hour late and paid £9 for kebab meat and chips half portions of chips and tiny portions of meat discussing will not be going again

Wouldn't even give this 1 star! Absolute dive order takes 1 hour up road for pizza some idiot driver forgets card machine he drives away you ring say come down for it collection you turn up idiots behind counter oaps say wait for driver don't want make fresh want to sell you 2 hour+ food never read the comments but wish I had!!!!! AVOID THE AGRESSIVE OAP COUNTER STAFF!!!!!

gave this a 2nd chance as the food wasn't great last time I ordered. I am not complaining about the food this time the food was pretty good this time. I haven't ordered from here for quite a while and the reason I gave 2 stars and haven't ordered for a while was because of the snotty response I got to my review the last time I ordered. who ever is responding clearly doesn't have any customers service skills at all and are very unprofessional. hopefully this time around this is taken on board

He said well I am here!!! I said again are you parked outside reception

Order a lot from you. Only use you tbh and this meal went straight in the bin. It was terrible however appreciate it was late at night

Chicken was still pink inside, what chips there was are crisps and rest are little pieces of scrap. Not had a problem like this before. Whole meal has gone to waste had to order from somewhere else.

First time I've ordered from here. Took about 20 mins to get here after ordering over the phone. Was red hot and very tasty. I asked for batter and they sent me a full bag off it which was lovely. The fish was cooked to perfection the chips where good tooo. Price wasnt bad either. Definitely be ordering again.

Sent me spaghetti bolognaise because they must of sold out of lasagna & so glad they did, not just cancel my order. Was absolutely beautiful & garlic bread was spot on. Thank you

the kebab didn't get eaten it was soaking with grease tiny little shards of kebab meat didn't find one long strip at all the garlic sauce was like water got 2 large ice blasts with extra bubbles they were half full! shocking for the price and the straws are too thin where you can't even suck the bubbles up was really disappointing

No large garlic sauce on order tonight which was paid for. Bit disappointed as love their garlic sauce. Food was still delicious though

I gave a 5 star for both Food quality and collection, Both my Husband and I enjoyed our meals The jacket potato with chicken and sweetcorn was delicious and piping hot. We ordered a salad that was more than enough for 2 maybe 3 people. The pizza chips and a can was also very nice. Definitely will be ordering again, we collect as we are just a few minutes away. Well worth the money. And ice cream to follow yummy.

Delivery was 30 mins early delivery driver was spot on instructions were followed perfectly and the food was amazing definitely recommended and i will be back great job 10 out of 10

Food didnt turn up. After numerous phone calls the shop said it was either on the way or getting sorted. This was two hours after i place the order. I would like a full refund for the trouble

Despite being on time for deliver my pizzas were closed and didn’t contain garlic sauce. Give that Ive used Geordies so many times before this really is such a shock. To then to my surprise the pepperoni pizza had the stuffed crust and not the bbq chicken.

honestly I hate to leave bad reviews.. i'm sure this was a one off. however I received the worst chicken parmo I've ever had. it was so overcooked that it was black on top (much could have been picked off), but the underside wasn't much better. the bairn had a pizza which was fine.. he tried my parmo and had to spat it out. onion rings nearly broke my teeth but thsts better than soggy. sorry for thr negative review, just won't be using again when cant even be bothered to pick the remove the bla

Stopped using Geordies because the food was always very nice but cold.4 months later the food was nice and hot but everything tasted just ok not as nice as it used to be, way to much salad and the red cabbage tasted like it was done in oil and water making it greasy

Never fails. Chicken kiev pizza was amazing

The food was delivered hot and on time and tasted lovely, however, we ordered strawberries and cream Ben and Jerry's but received cookie dough instead, if the ordered flavour wasn't available we would rather have had our money back.

Just the best chicken and meat ever with the best garlic and curry i don't know loads of places with a load of choices it deserves a chefs kiss me happy
